E pa dosta je više! Pala mi je klapna kad san pročita u 'Slobodnu' solomunsko rješenje problema puknute cijevi do tuša na Ovčicama: skinit ćemo taj tuš na Punti i postavit novi sto metri dalje, u vali. Ko bi se toga dositija!?

Polovica je sedmoga miseca i jedan pišljivi tuš ne radi i sve ga snage i umovi grada, županije i koncesionara ne znaju pustit u promet! A taj je tuš na punti od Ovčica postavljen 1952. godine, znači, dogodine će bit sedandeset godina da tamo teče voda i to bi tribalo proslavit ka jednu veliku obljetnicu. 

Tuš bi triba dobit oznaku 'legendarni' i tražit da ga zaštiti UNESCO, ka spomenik javnoj higijeni i tekućoj vodi žednin kupačima. A ne, nego ga triba skinit jer su - vidi čuda - poslin sedandeset godina ugnjijale cijevi. Još je Staljin bija živ kad je tamo protekla voda! Šta su tribale trajat trista godin!? I koja je to komplikacija neviđena ukopat sto metri okitenske cijevi?

Već danima se vaguni vode izlivaju iz zidova, a ako se želiš tuširat otvoriš vodu na ventilu, pa teče posvuda, ali nešto teče i na špinu. Kupači objašnjavaju turistima ovu jedinstvenu tehniku za upalit vodu: doli nogon, ovako zakreneš, pa skokneš pod vodu i poslin isključiš? Razumiš? Tako teče samo iz zida. Oni se slikaju i stavljaju na Instagram: pozdrav sa Slapova Ovčica!

Okrećen par brojeva. Najprin zoven Tomislava Šutu, direktora Vodovoda i kanalizacije:

- Nadležnost VIK- a je jednaka kao i kod kućanstava: mi se brinemo za dovod do vodomjera, a nakon njega stvar je vlasnika objekta, ili u ovom slučaju koncesionara.

- A može li se, ka u evropskin zemljama, stvar popravit i koncesionaru poslat račun?

- Ako nas pozove i kaže da će snositi troškove.

- Onda žedni i slani kupači ovise o milosti koncesionara?

- A, e.

Zavrtija san i Bojana Ivoševića, dogradonačelnika koji je pokuša razrišit ovi grop:

- Gradska tvrtka Splitska obala spremna je preuzet brigu o tušu i garantirano više neće bit problema. Županija dijeli koncesijska odobrenja i naše ovlasti su u sadašnjoj situaciji minimalne.

Nazva san i Mateu Dorčić, voditeljicu pododsjeka za pitanja pomorskoga dobra naše županije:

- Šta ćemo s ovin? Kad će voda?

- Premda je problem izgledao benigan, pokazalo se da je poprilično kompliciranije: cijev koja se iz Šumice spušta do plaže pukla je na više mjesta od kojih su neka izvan koncesijskog obuhvata društva Frzelin d.o.o. Trenutno iz puknutih cijevi ističu ogromne količine vode i koncesionarka je predložila postavljanje novog tuša pred njezinim ugostiteljskim objektom i stavljanje van funkcije postojećeg tuša. Sama sanacija puknutih cijevi je stvar dogovora stručnih služi Grada Splita i društva Vodovod i kanalizacija - kaže.

Opet smo se vratili na isto. Kad jedna ovčica slomije nogu lakše je pridavit i učinit u kaštradinu, nego je ličit. Pitamo o svemu i koncesionarku gospođu Veru Ferić iz Frzelina koja se od 2014. brine za Ovčice.

- Razumite li vi kako sve ovo funkcionira; grad, županija, država, Vodovod, svi su se digli, a voda se proliva. Voda koju svi građani plaćaju, di je taj novac, milijune godišnje svi uplaćujemo.

- Čija je cijev?

- Recite vi meni, ispada da nije u obuhvatu koncesije, bar ne cila. A svi se obrušili na mene. Kad im tražim nešto napismeno ne daju, nego samo usmeno.

- Vi bi ukinuli ovaj tuš i postavili drugi prid kafićen?

- Ne znan kako drugačije. Stavit ćemo žetone pa nek se ljudi tuširaju. Došla je moda, svi se žele tuširat, a more je čisto, kad je bila fonja prije kolektora, još bi i razumila, ovako...

- A zašto se ne popravi cijev i ostavi stari tuš di je sedandeset godina?

- Ako ne znaju šta će, neka ga skinu. Ne možeš imat sentimente prema nekome tušu, a cilu smo zemlju izgubili – smatra gospođa Ferić.

Mislija san, čitatelji moji, da ćemo priko novina nešto riješit, ali ovo je ka u onoj staroj 'od Poncija do Pilata'. U toj priči nas vodaju ka žedne ovčice priko vode. Za to vrime voda se proliva a jedan stari, dobri tuš, ni kriv ni dužan čeka suv.

E pa dosta je više! Pala mi je klapna kad san pročita u 'Slobodnu' solomunsko rješenje problema puknute cijevi do tuša na Ovčicama: skinit ćemo taj tuš na Punti i postavit novi sto metri dalje, u vali. Ko bi se toga dositija!?

Polovica je sedmoga miseca i jedan pišljivi tuš ne radi i sve ga snage i umovi grada, županije i koncesionara ne znaju pustit u promet! A taj je tuš na punti od Ovčica postavljen 1952. godine, znači, dogodine će bit sedandeset godina da tamo teče voda i to bi tribalo proslavit ka jednu veliku obljetnicu. 

Tuš bi triba dobit oznaku 'legendarni' i tražit da ga zaštiti UNESCO, ka spomenik javnoj higijeni i tekućoj vodi žednin kupačima. A ne, nego ga triba skinit jer su - vidi čuda - poslin sedandeset godina ugnjijale cijevi. Još je Staljin bija živ kad je tamo protekla voda! Šta su tribale trajat trista godin!? I koja je to komplikacija neviđena ukopat sto metri okitenske cijevi?

Već danima se vaguni vode izlivaju iz zidova, a ako se želiš tuširat otvoriš vodu na ventilu, pa teče posvuda, ali nešto teče i na špinu. Kupači objašnjavaju turistima ovu jedinstvenu tehniku za upalit vodu: doli nogon, ovako zakreneš, pa skokneš pod vodu i poslin isključiš? Razumiš? Tako teče samo iz zida. Oni se slikaju i stavljaju na Instagram: pozdrav sa Slapova Ovčica!

Okrećen par brojeva. Najprin zoven Tomislava Šutu, direktora Vodovoda i kanalizacije:

- Nadležnost VIK- a je jednaka kao i kod kućanstava: mi se brinemo za dovod do vodomjera, a nakon njega stvar je vlasnika objekta, ili u ovom slučaju koncesionara.

- A može li se, ka u evropskin zemljama, stvar popravit i koncesionaru poslat račun?

- Ako nas pozove i kaže da će snositi troškove.

- Onda žedni i slani kupači ovise o milosti koncesionara?

- A, e.

Zavrtija san i Bojana Ivoševića, dogradonačelnika koji je pokuša razrišit ovi grop:

- Gradska tvrtka Splitska obala spremna je preuzet brigu o tušu i garantirano više neće bit problema. Županija dijeli koncesijska odobrenja i naše ovlasti su u sadašnjoj situaciji minimalne.

Nazva san i Mateu Dorčić, voditeljicu pododsjeka za pitanja pomorskoga dobra naše županije:

- Šta ćemo s ovin? Kad će voda?

- Premda je problem izgledao benigan, pokazalo se da je poprilično kompliciranije: cijev koja se iz Šumice spušta do plaže pukla je na više mjesta od kojih su neka izvan koncesijskog obuhvata društva Frzelin d.o.o. Trenutno iz puknutih cijevi ističu ogromne količine vode i koncesionarka je predložila postavljanje novog tuša pred njezinim ugostiteljskim objektom i stavljanje van funkcije postojećeg tuša. Sama sanacija puknutih cijevi je stvar dogovora stručnih služi Grada Splita i društva Vodovod i kanalizacija - kaže.

Opet smo se vratili na isto. Kad jedna ovčica slomije nogu lakše je pridavit i učinit u kaštradinu, nego je ličit. Pitamo o svemu i koncesionarku gospođu Veru Ferić iz Frzelina koja se od 2014. brine za Ovčice.

- Razumite li vi kako sve ovo funkcionira; grad, županija, država, Vodovod, svi su se digli, a voda se proliva. Voda koju svi građani plaćaju, di je taj novac, milijune godišnje svi uplaćujemo.

- Čija je cijev?

- Recite vi meni, ispada da nije u obuhvatu koncesije, bar ne cila. A svi se obrušili na mene. Kad im tražim nešto napismeno ne daju, nego samo usmeno.

- Vi bi ukinuli ovaj tuš i postavili drugi prid kafićen?

- Ne znan kako drugačije. Stavit ćemo žetone pa nek se ljudi tuširaju. Došla je moda, svi se žele tuširat, a more je čisto, kad je bila fonja prije kolektora, još bi i razumila, ovako...

- A zašto se ne popravi cijev i ostavi stari tuš di je sedandeset godina?

- Ako ne znaju šta će, neka ga skinu. Ne možeš imat sentimente prema nekome tušu, a cilu smo zemlju izgubili – smatra gospođa Ferić.

Mislija san, čitatelji moji, da ćemo priko novina nešto riješit, ali ovo je ka u onoj staroj 'od Poncija do Pilata'. U toj priči nas vodaju ka žedne ovčice priko vode. Za to vrime voda se proliva a jedan stari, dobri tuš, ni kriv ni dužan čeka suv.
