Jeftinije karte i redoviti vozni red često su razlozi zbog kojih se mnogi odlučuju putovati s "Flixbusom", no mnogi na kraju požale. Najčešće je riječ o kašnjenju zbog čega to poremeti cijeli itinerar. Upravo to se dogodilo i našoj čitateljici koja nam se javila kako bi upozorila ostale.

 "Dana 21. kolovoza kupila sam na autobusnom kolodvoru u Zagrebu putnu kartu Zagreb - Split za subotu 26. kolovoza za 31,05 eura koji po redu vožnje kreće iz Zagreba u 9.30 s dolaskom u Split u 14.05 kao Direkt express", piše čitateljica. 

"U punoj vjeri ukrcala sam se u stvarno super autobus, registracije VŽ 0777-V. Ja i nekoliko drugih putnika koji su kao i ja trebali nastaviti put na otoke Brač i Hvar. Ukratko, bez obzira na red vožnje, doslovno su nas "vozali" preko Prgometa, Segeta i Trogira, pa smo u Split stigli u 15.30 i normalno svi zakasnili na planirane veze za otoke. Napominjem da se iz punog autobusa iskrcalo dvoje u Segetu i dvoje u Trogiru. Istina, bila je gužva na autoputu što bi moglo opravdat 20-tak minuta kašnjenja, ali ovako varati putnike koji u dobroj vjeri kupe karte za Flixbus, previše je.

Ja sigurno više nikada neću putovati njihovim autobusom, a ovo je informacija drugima da dobro razmisle.

Istine radi, vozači su mi pokazali ploču koja je bila na prednjem staklu vozila sa podatkom da voze Varaždin, Gornji Kneginac, Bedenica, Zagreb, Prgomet, Seget Donji, Trogir, Split ali o tome nisu skrenuli pažnju putnicima s kartom za Split što je trebala biti direktna linija, a što su bili dužni učiniti. Poslovnost za plakanje."

Upitali smo i "Flixbus" za objašnjenje, no nije neuobičajeno da odgovor nije stigao.

Jeftinije karte i redoviti vozni red često su razlozi zbog kojih se mnogi odlučuju putovati s "Flixbusom", no mnogi na kraju požale. Najčešće je riječ o kašnjenju zbog čega to poremeti cijeli itinerar. Upravo to se dogodilo i našoj čitateljici koja nam se javila kako bi upozorila ostale.

 "Dana 21. kolovoza kupila sam na autobusnom kolodvoru u Zagrebu putnu kartu Zagreb - Split za subotu 26. kolovoza za 31,05 eura koji po redu vožnje kreće iz Zagreba u 9.30 s dolaskom u Split u 14.05 kao Direkt express", piše čitateljica. 

"U punoj vjeri ukrcala sam se u stvarno super autobus, registracije VŽ 0777-V. Ja i nekoliko drugih putnika koji su kao i ja trebali nastaviti put na otoke Brač i Hvar. Ukratko, bez obzira na red vožnje, doslovno su nas "vozali" preko Prgometa, Segeta i Trogira, pa smo u Split stigli u 15.30 i normalno svi zakasnili na planirane veze za otoke. Napominjem da se iz punog autobusa iskrcalo dvoje u Segetu i dvoje u Trogiru. Istina, bila je gužva na autoputu što bi moglo opravdat 20-tak minuta kašnjenja, ali ovako varati putnike koji u dobroj vjeri kupe karte za Flixbus, previše je.

Ja sigurno više nikada neću putovati njihovim autobusom, a ovo je informacija drugima da dobro razmisle.

Istine radi, vozači su mi pokazali ploču koja je bila na prednjem staklu vozila sa podatkom da voze Varaždin, Gornji Kneginac, Bedenica, Zagreb, Prgomet, Seget Donji, Trogir, Split ali o tome nisu skrenuli pažnju putnicima s kartom za Split što je trebala biti direktna linija, a što su bili dužni učiniti. Poslovnost za plakanje."

Upitali smo i "Flixbus" za objašnjenje, no nije neuobičajeno da odgovor nije stigao.
