Za nekoliko mjeseci trebali bi početi radovi na izgradnji tunela Kozjak, kojim će se promet od čvora Vučevica na autocesti A1 spustiti na Jadransku magistralu. Riječ je o projektu vrijednom 74,6 milijuna eura (bez PDV-a), a rok za izgradnju je 36 mjeseci.  Prije dva tjedna, 27.rujna, svečano je potpisan ugovor između Hrvatskih cesta i tvrtke China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC). 

Ministar mora, prometa i infrastrukture Oleg Butković je na potpisivanju pojasnio da se prva faza na sjevernoj strani tunela radi. 

- Sada imamo ugovor za tunel, te nas čeka i devet kilometara ceste put Kaštelanskog zaljeva kojeg ćemo premostiti mostom, čime bi bile završene dvije faze izgradnje novog ulaza u Split. To je državna ingerencija, a Grad Split bi nastavio gradnju od Kopilice to trajektne luke, i time bi cestovni prilaz gradu napokon bio rasterećen - objasnio je na potpisivanju ugovora ministar Butković. 

U kojoj je fazi planiranje mosta Kaštela-Split, pitali smo Hrvatske ceste. 

- Tvrtka CRBC će, sukladno prethodnim planovima i najavama, biti uvedena u posao do kraja ove godine, a kada će i započeti radovi na izgradnji tunela Kozjak. Nadalje, u pogledu mosta kao jednog od sastavnih dijelova ukupnog projekta možemo konstatirati kako je isti svojim načelnim koridorom definiran u Prostornom planu Splitsko-dalmatinske županije te je sa stajališta realizacije, u fazi studijske pripreme. U prometnom smislu, predviđeno je da budući most izlazi na području Stinice te dalje na javnu cestovnu prometnu mrežu što će biti predmet daljnje projektne dokumentacije i simulacijskih analiza - kazali su nam iz Hrvatskih cesta. 

Rasterećenje

Istaknuli su da će ovaj projekt značajno prometno rasteretiti ulaz u Split preko državnih cesta DC8 (Jadranska magistrala) i DC1 (brza cesta Klis-Solin), a time posebice raskrižje Širina kao i raskrižja Poljičke (DC410) i Domovinskog rata s državnom cestom DC8 što su trenutno prometno najopterećenija raskrižja.

- Projekt kao takav ne može biti rješenje cjelokupne problematike gradske mobilnosti za što je potreban niz komplementarnih mjera, a što je predmet Strategije razvoja Grada Splita kao i Plana održive urbane mobilnosti Grada Splita, ali će i na nju pozitivno utjecati kroz redistribuciju prometnih tokova kao i činjenicu da je most planiran kao cestovno-željeznički što će imati pozitivan utjecaj na razvoj održivih oblika prometovanja. Također, ovaj projekt kao takav ima velik značaj kao dodatni spoj Splita na autocestu te integraciju Splita, Solina i Kaštela. Isto tako, zbog navedenog te potrebe za maritimnom studijom, odabira vizualnog i tehničkog rješenja ova faza projekta bit će svakako vremenski duža za samu implementaciju od ostalih - odgovorili su iz Hrvatskih cesta. 

Ministar Butković je na potpisivanju ugovora, kako smo već naveli, kazao da je za gradnju od Kopilice do trajektne luke čime bi cestovni prilaz Splitu napokon bio rasterećen, zadužen Grad Split. Pa smo se s toga obratili Gradu Splitu. Zanimalo nas je što se sve podrazumijeva pod to, ali i kako je planiran hodogram aktivnosti. 

- Ne postoji direktna povezanost projekta dionice državne ceste tunela Kozjak - Vučevica koja završava spojem na "Kaštelansku magistralu" s gradskim prometnicama područja od Kopilice do Trajektne luke. Grad Split ima hodogram aktivnosti realizacije Gradskog projekta Kopilica u sklopu kojeg će se planirati i prometna mreža promatranog područja. Ovaj plan će biti i dinamikom i tehničkim rješenjima usklađen s aktivnostima i hodogramom pripremnih i istražnih radnji koridora spoja na spomenutu trasu državne ceste u Kaštelima, a koji koridor je planiran Županijskim prostornim planom - odgovorio nam je Teo Vojković, pročelnik po ovlaštenju Upravnog odjela za urbanizam i izgradnju.

Za nekoliko mjeseci trebali bi početi radovi na izgradnji tunela Kozjak, kojim će se promet od čvora Vučevica na autocesti A1 spustiti na Jadransku magistralu. Riječ je o projektu vrijednom 74,6 milijuna eura (bez PDV-a), a rok za izgradnju je 36 mjeseci.  Prije dva tjedna, 27.rujna, svečano je potpisan ugovor između Hrvatskih cesta i tvrtke China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC). 

Ministar mora, prometa i infrastrukture Oleg Butković je na potpisivanju pojasnio da se prva faza na sjevernoj strani tunela radi. 

- Sada imamo ugovor za tunel, te nas čeka i devet kilometara ceste put Kaštelanskog zaljeva kojeg ćemo premostiti mostom, čime bi bile završene dvije faze izgradnje novog ulaza u Split. To je državna ingerencija, a Grad Split bi nastavio gradnju od Kopilice to trajektne luke, i time bi cestovni prilaz gradu napokon bio rasterećen - objasnio je na potpisivanju ugovora ministar Butković. 

U kojoj je fazi planiranje mosta Kaštela-Split, pitali smo Hrvatske ceste. 

- Tvrtka CRBC će, sukladno prethodnim planovima i najavama, biti uvedena u posao do kraja ove godine, a kada će i započeti radovi na izgradnji tunela Kozjak. Nadalje, u pogledu mosta kao jednog od sastavnih dijelova ukupnog projekta možemo konstatirati kako je isti svojim načelnim koridorom definiran u Prostornom planu Splitsko-dalmatinske županije te je sa stajališta realizacije, u fazi studijske pripreme. U prometnom smislu, predviđeno je da budući most izlazi na području Stinice te dalje na javnu cestovnu prometnu mrežu što će biti predmet daljnje projektne dokumentacije i simulacijskih analiza - kazali su nam iz Hrvatskih cesta. 

Rasterećenje

Istaknuli su da će ovaj projekt značajno prometno rasteretiti ulaz u Split preko državnih cesta DC8 (Jadranska magistrala) i DC1 (brza cesta Klis-Solin), a time posebice raskrižje Širina kao i raskrižja Poljičke (DC410) i Domovinskog rata s državnom cestom DC8 što su trenutno prometno najopterećenija raskrižja.

- Projekt kao takav ne može biti rješenje cjelokupne problematike gradske mobilnosti za što je potreban niz komplementarnih mjera, a što je predmet Strategije razvoja Grada Splita kao i Plana održive urbane mobilnosti Grada Splita, ali će i na nju pozitivno utjecati kroz redistribuciju prometnih tokova kao i činjenicu da je most planiran kao cestovno-željeznički što će imati pozitivan utjecaj na razvoj održivih oblika prometovanja. Također, ovaj projekt kao takav ima velik značaj kao dodatni spoj Splita na autocestu te integraciju Splita, Solina i Kaštela. Isto tako, zbog navedenog te potrebe za maritimnom studijom, odabira vizualnog i tehničkog rješenja ova faza projekta bit će svakako vremenski duža za samu implementaciju od ostalih - odgovorili su iz Hrvatskih cesta. 

Ministar Butković je na potpisivanju ugovora, kako smo već naveli, kazao da je za gradnju od Kopilice do trajektne luke čime bi cestovni prilaz Splitu napokon bio rasterećen, zadužen Grad Split. Pa smo se s toga obratili Gradu Splitu. Zanimalo nas je što se sve podrazumijeva pod to, ali i kako je planiran hodogram aktivnosti. 

- Ne postoji direktna povezanost projekta dionice državne ceste tunela Kozjak - Vučevica koja završava spojem na "Kaštelansku magistralu" s gradskim prometnicama područja od Kopilice do Trajektne luke. Grad Split ima hodogram aktivnosti realizacije Gradskog projekta Kopilica u sklopu kojeg će se planirati i prometna mreža promatranog područja. Ovaj plan će biti i dinamikom i tehničkim rješenjima usklađen s aktivnostima i hodogramom pripremnih i istražnih radnji koridora spoja na spomenutu trasu državne ceste u Kaštelima, a koji koridor je planiran Županijskim prostornim planom - odgovorio nam je Teo Vojković, pročelnik po ovlaštenju Upravnog odjela za urbanizam i izgradnju.
