Splitski gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak najavio je u petak kako će zajedno s Muzejom Grada Splita urediti podrume Dioklecijanove palače iz čije su unutrašnjosti počeli iseljavati umjetnici koji su tamo imali svoje štandove, te da će u budućnosti definirati prostore za umjetnike.

Rekao je da grad u partnerskom odnosu s Ministarstvom kulture i medija i Muzejom grada Splita želi urediti podrume Dioklecijanove palače da budu jedan od najreprezentativnijih spomenika kulture, povijesti i baštine Splita, ali i cijele Hrvatske. 

Grad je zajedno s konzervatorima, nastavio je, odlučio kako u ovom trenutku u podrumima nije prikladno da bude bilo kakva prodaja, kao i da će nakon uređenja podrumi dobiti svoju funkciju u kojoj će se povremeno koristiti za različite manifestacije. No, do tada će biti ispražnjeni od dosadašnjih sadržaja.

"Mi smo u razgovoru s umjetnicima, te ćemo neke od prostora koje imamo u staroj gradskoj jezgri i u budućnosti definirati da budu prostori za umjetnike. Uskoro idemo u Ministarstvo na razgovor da se državnim prostorima u centru grada upravlja kako je u planu upravljanja starom gradskom jezgrom u kojoj prednost ima život u jezgri, a u ovom slučaju možemo dati prednost i umjetnicima", kazao je Puljak.

Upitana o stavu resornog ministarstva oko štandova u podrumima ministrica Nina Obuljen Koržinek, koja je danas u Splitu povodom obilježavanja Godine Marka Marulića, je rekla da se oni ne bave štandovima. Podsjetila je da je Vlada u njihovom mandatu riješila stogodišnji problem i omogućila uknjižbu podruma, država ih je predala gradu Splitu na upravljanje, te zajednički grad, konzervatorski odjel i Muzej grada Splita "vode računa da se pristupi sustavnoj obnovi podruma što to je najvažnije radi sigurnosti i očuvanja tog vrijednog kulturnog resursa".

"Podrumi su jedan od najvrjednijih hrvatskih lokaliteta, u gradu Splitu koji je zaštićen kao UNESCO baština i možda je najugroženiji njegov dio. Drago mi je da smo stvorili uvjete da se sustavno pristupi obnovi. To nam je zajednički interes i sigurno ćemo na tome dalje raditi", dodala je Obuljen Koržinek.

Vlasnicima štandova u Dioklecijanovim podrumima su istekli ugovori o zakupu, te svi moraju iseliti svoje stvari. Dio ih je to napravio, ali ostali nisu već i dalje rade u podrumima. Angažirali su odvjetnički ured koji je na Visokom upravnom sudu pokrenuo postupak zaštite zakonitosti smatrajući da je odluka koju je donijelo Gradsko vijeće nezakonita, te na splitskom Općinskom sudu privremenu mjeru kako bi se zaštitili od komunalnih redara koje im šalje grad.

Splitski gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak najavio je u petak kako će zajedno s Muzejom Grada Splita urediti podrume Dioklecijanove palače iz čije su unutrašnjosti počeli iseljavati umjetnici koji su tamo imali svoje štandove, te da će u budućnosti definirati prostore za umjetnike.

Rekao je da grad u partnerskom odnosu s Ministarstvom kulture i medija i Muzejom grada Splita želi urediti podrume Dioklecijanove palače da budu jedan od najreprezentativnijih spomenika kulture, povijesti i baštine Splita, ali i cijele Hrvatske. 

Grad je zajedno s konzervatorima, nastavio je, odlučio kako u ovom trenutku u podrumima nije prikladno da bude bilo kakva prodaja, kao i da će nakon uređenja podrumi dobiti svoju funkciju u kojoj će se povremeno koristiti za različite manifestacije. No, do tada će biti ispražnjeni od dosadašnjih sadržaja.

"Mi smo u razgovoru s umjetnicima, te ćemo neke od prostora koje imamo u staroj gradskoj jezgri i u budućnosti definirati da budu prostori za umjetnike. Uskoro idemo u Ministarstvo na razgovor da se državnim prostorima u centru grada upravlja kako je u planu upravljanja starom gradskom jezgrom u kojoj prednost ima život u jezgri, a u ovom slučaju možemo dati prednost i umjetnicima", kazao je Puljak.

Upitana o stavu resornog ministarstva oko štandova u podrumima ministrica Nina Obuljen Koržinek, koja je danas u Splitu povodom obilježavanja Godine Marka Marulića, je rekla da se oni ne bave štandovima. Podsjetila je da je Vlada u njihovom mandatu riješila stogodišnji problem i omogućila uknjižbu podruma, država ih je predala gradu Splitu na upravljanje, te zajednički grad, konzervatorski odjel i Muzej grada Splita "vode računa da se pristupi sustavnoj obnovi podruma što to je najvažnije radi sigurnosti i očuvanja tog vrijednog kulturnog resursa".

"Podrumi su jedan od najvrjednijih hrvatskih lokaliteta, u gradu Splitu koji je zaštićen kao UNESCO baština i možda je najugroženiji njegov dio. Drago mi je da smo stvorili uvjete da se sustavno pristupi obnovi. To nam je zajednički interes i sigurno ćemo na tome dalje raditi", dodala je Obuljen Koržinek.

Vlasnicima štandova u Dioklecijanovim podrumima su istekli ugovori o zakupu, te svi moraju iseliti svoje stvari. Dio ih je to napravio, ali ostali nisu već i dalje rade u podrumima. Angažirali su odvjetnički ured koji je na Visokom upravnom sudu pokrenuo postupak zaštite zakonitosti smatrajući da je odluka koju je donijelo Gradsko vijeće nezakonita, te na splitskom Općinskom sudu privremenu mjeru kako bi se zaštitili od komunalnih redara koje im šalje grad.

Splitski gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak najavio je u petak kako će zajedno s Muzejom Grada Splita urediti podrume Dioklecijanove palače iz čije su unutrašnjosti počeli iseljavati umjetnici koji su tamo imali svoje štandove, te da će u budućnosti definirati prostore za umjetnike.
