Damir Barbir, predsjednik kotara Trstenik, objavio je da je započela izgradnja javne garaže Trstenik u koju će Grad Split investirati sedam milijuna eura, a građani će nakon dovršetka izgradnje dobiti gotovo 300 parkirnih mjesta.

- Zbog formiranja gradilišta za prometnicu Os 2 i javnu garažu Trstenik, potrebno je osloboditi površinu od vozila, kako bi se mogao ograničiti pristup gradilištu, jer tako Zakon nalaže.
Nažalost, isto znači kako će, za vrijeme radova, aktualna parkirna mjesta biti van funkcije. Tim povodom, u dogovoru s Gradom, kontaktirao sam privatnog vlasnika zemljišta, koje se nalazi u blizini, kako bi osigurali zamjenska parkirna mjesta za vrijeme trajanja radova. Radi se o jedinoj mogućoj alternativi. Zbog visoke izgrađenosti Trstenika i privatni vlasnik mi je rekao kako je, načelno, voljan pomoći građanima. O svemu ću izvijestiti čim dobijem konačan odgovor vlasnika zemljišta i Grada.
Inače, kao što je ranije komunicirano, investitor na predmetnom gradilištu je Kaufland Hrvatska koji će izgraditi prometnicu i dio garaže, nakon čega će Grad dovršiti izgradnju.

Nakon odabira izvođača i njegovog uvođenja u posao, rok za dovršetak garaže je 12 mjeseci.
- Nova javna garaža i sportski sadržaji na krovu, koji nam kronično nedostaju, sigurno će podići kvalitetu života svih nas na Trsteniku, a ponavljam kako ću dati sve od sebe da i privremeni gubitak parkirnih mjesta što prije nadomjestimo - u dogovoru s vlasnikom zemljišta i Gradom.
Jednako tako, izborio sam se da dodatna parking mjesta u Ulici Moliških Hrvata ostanu, kao dio kompenzacije za privremeno izgubljena mjesta i nastavit ću raditi sve što je moguće, unutar mojih ovlasti, da problem parkinga potpuno riješimo u što skorijem roku - kazao je predsjednik kotara Trstenik.
Iz Grada Splita su objasnili da je investitor "Uporabne cjeline 1" Kaufland Hrvatska k.d. koji će izgraditi prometnicu i dio javne garaže, nakon čega će Grad Split dovršiti izgradnju garaže ("Uporabna cjelina 2"). U postupku je raspisivanje javne nabave, a nakon odabira izvođača i njegovog uvođenja u posao rok za dovršetak garaže bit će 12 mjeseci.

- Vjerujemo da će nova javna garaža s 284 parkirnih mjesta i javnim sadržajem na krovu, po uzoru na nedavno otvorenu garažu na Lokvama, značajno poboljšati situaciju s prometom u mirovanju, kao i podići kvalitetu života unutar kotara. Stanovnicima kotara zahvaljujemo na suradnji i razumijevanju. Cjelokupni plan izgradnje novih garaža sutra će javnosti predstaviti gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak - poručili su iz Grada Splita.

Damir Barbir, predsjednik kotara Trstenik, objavio je da je započela izgradnja javne garaže Trstenik u koju će Grad Split investirati sedam milijuna eura, a građani će nakon dovršetka izgradnje dobiti gotovo 300 parkirnih mjesta.

- Zbog formiranja gradilišta za prometnicu Os 2 i javnu garažu Trstenik, potrebno je osloboditi površinu od vozila, kako bi se mogao ograničiti pristup gradilištu, jer tako Zakon nalaže.
Nažalost, isto znači kako će, za vrijeme radova, aktualna parkirna mjesta biti van funkcije. Tim povodom, u dogovoru s Gradom, kontaktirao sam privatnog vlasnika zemljišta, koje se nalazi u blizini, kako bi osigurali zamjenska parkirna mjesta za vrijeme trajanja radova. Radi se o jedinoj mogućoj alternativi. Zbog visoke izgrađenosti Trstenika i privatni vlasnik mi je rekao kako je, načelno, voljan pomoći građanima. O svemu ću izvijestiti čim dobijem konačan odgovor vlasnika zemljišta i Grada.
Inače, kao što je ranije komunicirano, investitor na predmetnom gradilištu je Kaufland Hrvatska koji će izgraditi prometnicu i dio garaže, nakon čega će Grad dovršiti izgradnju.

Nakon odabira izvođača i njegovog uvođenja u posao, rok za dovršetak garaže je 12 mjeseci.
- Nova javna garaža i sportski sadržaji na krovu, koji nam kronično nedostaju, sigurno će podići kvalitetu života svih nas na Trsteniku, a ponavljam kako ću dati sve od sebe da i privremeni gubitak parkirnih mjesta što prije nadomjestimo - u dogovoru s vlasnikom zemljišta i Gradom.
Jednako tako, izborio sam se da dodatna parking mjesta u Ulici Moliških Hrvata ostanu, kao dio kompenzacije za privremeno izgubljena mjesta i nastavit ću raditi sve što je moguće, unutar mojih ovlasti, da problem parkinga potpuno riješimo u što skorijem roku - kazao je predsjednik kotara Trstenik.
Iz Grada Splita su objasnili da je investitor "Uporabne cjeline 1" Kaufland Hrvatska k.d. koji će izgraditi prometnicu i dio javne garaže, nakon čega će Grad Split dovršiti izgradnju garaže ("Uporabna cjelina 2"). U postupku je raspisivanje javne nabave, a nakon odabira izvođača i njegovog uvođenja u posao rok za dovršetak garaže bit će 12 mjeseci.

- Vjerujemo da će nova javna garaža s 284 parkirnih mjesta i javnim sadržajem na krovu, po uzoru na nedavno otvorenu garažu na Lokvama, značajno poboljšati situaciju s prometom u mirovanju, kao i podići kvalitetu života unutar kotara.
