Podstanarima u Splitu nije jednostavno pronaći stan za najam po normalnim cijenama. To je ravno dobitku na lotu. Znaju to već i ptice na grani. Cijene u zadnje vrijeme luduju, a i ono malo stanova što se nađe po povoljnijim cijenama daleko je od pristojnog. 

Traženje novog stana izludjelo je i našu sugovornicu koja je više od tri mjeseca pretraživala brojne Facebook grupe, oglase, nema gdje nije gledala. Na kraju je preko poznanika uspjela pronaći stan, ali kaže ono što je doživljela u ovih nekoliko mjeseci potrage je bilo prestrašno. 

- Praznih stanova ima u izobilju, ali problem je što naš svit to sebi ne može priuštiti. Tražila sam dvosoban stan jer imam dvoje djece, a cijene su bolesne. Kreću se od 600 pa nadalje, ali ti stanovi od 600 eura su rupe iz vremena Jugoslavije. Točno se vidi da je u njima donedavno živjela nečija baka ili djed kojih više nema pa su brže-bolje oglasili stan a da nisu lipe uložili u njega. Dok mjesečni najam onih pristojnijih ide od 800 eura pa naviše - govori nam naša sugovornica (op.a. podaci poznati autoru) koja želi da se zna i priča s čime se sve susreću podstanari. 

Bezakonje

Ističe da u Splitu vlada bezakonje što se tiče iznajmljivanja stanova. 

- Uz dvoje djece, imam i psa od 14 godina koji većinu dana samo spava, ne čuje i slabo vidi. U 95 posto slučajeva, kada bih zvala za neki stan, ne bih stigla ni spomenuti da imam kućnog ljubimca jer bi vlasnicima stanova, čim bi čuli da imam malo dijete, pao mrak na oči. Samo to što imam dijete je već bilo problematično.

Komentirali bi mi da će djeca obojiti zidove, na što bih spremno odgovorila da se za to ne trebaju brinuti te da ću ja sve opiturati ako ga slučajno išara. Drugi strah koji bi mi spominjali je taj da im ja neću izići iz stana ako im zatreba - nabraja nam sugovornica s čime se sve suočavala.

Ističe da bi se ton sugovornika odmah promijenio čim bi upitala postoji li mogućnost potpisivanja ugovora.

- Ugovor je ovdje mrtvo slovo na papiru. Rijetki su oni koji su ga spremni potpisati, a ako na to i pristanu, znaju imati prohtjeve kako živjeti u stanu. Zvala sam bila za jedan stan i kada sam rekla ženi da mi treba prijava i spomenula ugovor, ona je kao iz topa rekla da može, na što sam se iznenadila. Onda je uslijedio hladan tuš. Mrtva-hladna mi je rekla da onda ja morat plaćat porez. Recite mi jel to normalno? Znači, ja bih njoj trebala plaćati uz najamninu i porez za njezin stan - govori nam Splićanka koja je imala sreću i pronašla je stan koji joj po svemu odgovara. 

Njezina potraga je uspješno završila, ali kaže žao joj je drugih koji nisu imali sreće kao ona.

Podstanarima u Splitu nije jednostavno pronaći stan za najam po normalnim cijenama. To je ravno dobitku na lotu. Znaju to već i ptice na grani. Cijene u zadnje vrijeme luduju, a i ono malo stanova što se nađe po povoljnijim cijenama daleko je od pristojnog. 

Traženje novog stana izludjelo je i našu sugovornicu koja je više od tri mjeseca pretraživala brojne Facebook grupe, oglase, nema gdje nije gledala. Na kraju je preko poznanika uspjela pronaći stan, ali kaže ono što je doživljela u ovih nekoliko mjeseci potrage je bilo prestrašno. 

- Praznih stanova ima u izobilju, ali problem je što naš svit to sebi ne može priuštiti. Tražila sam dvosoban stan jer imam dvoje djece, a cijene su bolesne. Kreću se od 600 pa nadalje, ali ti stanovi od 600 eura su rupe iz vremena Jugoslavije. Točno se vidi da je u njima donedavno živjela nečija baka ili djed kojih više nema pa su brže-bolje oglasili stan a da nisu lipe uložili u njega. Dok mjesečni najam onih pristojnijih ide od 800 eura pa naviše - govori nam naša sugovornica (op.a. podaci poznati autoru) koja želi da se zna i priča s čime se sve susreću podstanari.

Ističe da u Splitu vlada bezakonje što se tiče iznajmljivanja stanova. 

- Uz dvoje djece, imam i psa od 14 godina koji većinu dana samo spava, ne čuje i slabo vidi. U 95 posto slučajeva, kada bih zvala za neki stan, ne bih stigla ni spomenuti da imam kućnog ljubimca jer bi vlasnicima stanova, čim bi čuli da imam malo dijete, pao mrak na oči. Samo to što imam dijete je već bilo problematično.

Komentirali bi mi da će djeca obojiti zidove, na što bih spremno odgovorila da se za to ne trebaju brinuti te da ću ja sve opiturati ako ga slučajno išara. Drugi strah koji bi mi spominjali je taj da im ja neću izići iz stana ako im zatreba - nabraja nam sugovornica s čime se sve suočavala.

Ističe da bi se ton sugovornika odmah promijenio čim bi upitala postoji li mogućnost potpisivanja ugovora.

- Ugovor je ovdje mrtvo slovo na papiru. Rijetki su oni koji su ga spremni potpisati, a ako na to i pristanu, znaju imati prohtjeve kako živjeti u stanu. Zvala sam bila za jedan stan i kada sam rekla ženi da mi treba prijava i spomenula ugovor, ona je kao iz topa rekla da može, na što sam se iznenadila. Onda je uslijedio hladan tuš. Mrtva-hladna mi je rekla da onda ja morat plaćat porez. Recite mi jel to normalno? Znači, ja bih njoj trebala plaćati uz najamninu i porez za njezin stan - govori nam Splićanka koja je imala sreću i pronašla je stan koji joj po svemu odgovara. 

Njezina potraga je uspješno završila, ali kaže žao joj je drugih koji nisu imali sreće kao ona.

Splićanka jedva našla stanodavku koja je pristala na ugovor, a onda je uslijedio hladan tuš: ‘Je li to normalno?!‘

Podstanarima u Splitu nije jednostavno pronaći stan za najam po normalnim cijenama. To je ravno dobitku na lotu. Znaju to već i ptice na grani. Cijene u zadnje vrijeme luduju, a i ono malo stanova što se nađe po povoljnijim cijenama daleko je od pristojnog. 

Traženje novog stana izludjelo je i našu sugovornicu koja je više od tri mjeseca pretraživala brojne Facebook grupe, oglase, nema gdje nije gledala. Na kraju je preko poznanika uspjela pronaći stan, ali kaže ono što je doživljela u ovih nekoliko mjeseci potrage je bilo prestrašno. 

- Praznih stanova ima u izobilju, ali problem je što naš svit to sebi ne može priuštiti. Tražila sam dvosoban stan jer imam dvoje djece, a cijene su bolesne. Kreću se od 600 pa nadalje, ali ti stanovi od 600 eura su rupe iz vremena Jugoslavije. Točno se vidi da je u njima donedavno živjela nečija baka ili djed kojih više nema pa su brže-bolje oglasili stan a da nisu lipe uložili u njega. Dok mjesečni najam onih pristojnijih ide od 800 eura pa naviše - govori nam naša sugovornica (op.a. podaci poznati autoru) koja želi da se zna i priča s čime se sve susreću podstanari.
