Popis stanovništva glavna je tema posljednjih dana, a sve je više građana koji se odlučuju sami popisati kako ne bi nikoga morali puštati u svoje domove, što zbog korone, što zbog činjenice da ne vole nepoznate osobe u svome domu. Iako je samopopis napredak u odnosu na dosadašnje popise, dr. Joško Kalilić, umirovljeni splitski liječnik i bivši pročelnik Ureda za zdravstvo Splitsko- dalmatinske županije ukazuje na nelogičnost. Smatra da je dolazak popisivača po šifru koja se nakon samopoisa dodijeli bespotreban.

- Svi građani RH koji su uspješno ispunili obrasce i time sami obavili samopopis dobili su na laptopu šifru od DZZS. Prema njihovim uputama tu šifru treba se predati osobno popisivačima koji će posjetiti njihov dom ili je trebaju nalijepiti na vrata stana, kuće ili dvorišta da je popisivači vide, prepišu ili preuzmu čak i u slučaju ako i ne vide referentnu osobu koja je izvršila samopopis koji ne mora ni biti kod kuće u vrijeme njihovog posjeta.

Smatram da je ta uputa DZZS potpuno nepotrebna i štetna jer se šifra od trenutka uspješnog završetka samopopisa već nalazi u arhivi DZZS jer su je oni (njihova informatička služba) i dali. Time bi se uštedilo na vremenu i novcu jer u suprotnom popisivači bez ikakvog valjanog razloga dolaze po šifru koju je država automatski već prije njihovog dolaska preuzela, hodati od kuće do kuće po možda i ružnom vremenu, nepotrebno uznemiravati ukućane, izlagati sebe i druge potencijalnim zaraznim bolestima itd.

Iako je ovaj prigovor upućen na više adresa u DZZS nitko od njih do sada nije dao odgovor i eventualno objašnjenje, kaže Kalilić.

- Mislim da bi služba DZZS trebala što prije mailom upozoriti sve popisivače da ne odlaze na adrese onih korisnika koji su uspješno izvršili samopopis a takvih je do sada oko 600.000 i taj broj će još više rasti do kraja tjedna jer u sustavu e-Građana ima oko 1.500.000 stanovnika RH pa možemo zamisliti koliko bi se na taj način smanjio obim posla za popisivače a za državu uštede u vremenu i materijalnim sredstvima.

Nadamo se da će nadležni u DZZS uvažiti navedeni prigovor i dati nove upute popisivačima kako oni ne bi uzalud obavljali obiman posao koji je suvišan i svakako nepotreban, zaključuje dr. Kalilić.

Popis stanovništva glavna je tema posljednjih dana, a sve je više građana koji se odlučuju sami popisati kako ne bi nikoga morali puštati u svoje domove, što zbog korone, što zbog činjenice da ne vole nepoznate osobe u svome domu. Iako je samopopis napredak u odnosu na dosadašnje popise, dr. Joško Kalilić, umirovljeni splitski liječnik i bivši pročelnik Ureda za zdravstvo Splitsko- dalmatinske županije ukazuje na nelogičnost. Smatra da je dolazak popisivača po šifru koja se nakon samopoisa dodijeli bespotreban.

- Svi građani RH koji su uspješno ispunili obrasce i time sami obavili samopopis dobili su na laptopu šifru od DZZS. Prema njihovim uputama tu šifru treba se predati osobno popisivačima koji će posjetiti njihov dom ili je trebaju nalijepiti na vrata stana, kuće ili dvorišta da je popisivači vide, prepišu ili preuzmu čak i u slučaju ako i ne vide referentnu osobu koja je izvršila samopopis koji ne mora ni biti kod kuće u vrijeme njihovog posjeta.

Smatram da je ta uputa DZZS potpuno nepotrebna i štetna jer se šifra od trenutka uspješnog završetka samopopisa već nalazi u arhivi DZZS jer su je oni (njihova informatička služba) i dali. Time bi se uštedilo na vremenu i novcu jer u suprotnom popisivači bez ikakvog valjanog razloga dolaze po šifru koju je država automatski već prije njihovog dolaska preuzela, hodati od kuće do kuće po možda i ružnom vremenu, nepotrebno uznemiravati ukućane, izlagati sebe i druge potencijalnim zaraznim bolestima itd.

Iako je ovaj prigovor upućen na više adresa u DZZS nitko od njih do sada nije dao odgovor i eventualno objašnjenje, kaže Kalilić.

- Mislim da bi služba DZZS trebala što prije mailom upozoriti sve popisivače da ne odlaze na adrese onih korisnika koji su uspješno izvršili samopopis a takvih je do sada oko 600.000 i taj broj će još više rasti do kraja tjedna jer u sustavu e-Građana ima oko 1.500.000 stanovnika RH pa možemo zamisliti koliko bi se na taj način smanjio obim posla za popisivače a za državu uštede u vremenu i materijalnim sredstvima.

Nadamo se da će nadležni u DZZS uvažiti navedeni prigovor i dati nove upute popisivačima kako oni ne bi uzalud obavljali obiman posao koji je suvišan i svakako nepotreban, zaključuje dr. Kalilić.

Popis stanovništva glavna je tema posljednjih dana, a sve je više građana koji se odlučuju sami popisati kako ne bi nikoga morali puštati u svoje domove, što zbog korone, što zbog činjenice da ne vole nepoznate osobe u svome domu. Iako je samopopis napredak u odnosu na dosadašnje popise, dr. Joško Kalilić, umirovljeni splitski liječnik i bivši pročelnik Ureda za zdravstvo Splitsko- dalmatinske županije ukazuje na nelogičnost. Smatra da je dolazak popisivača po šifru koja se nakon samopoisa dodijeli bespotreban.

- Svi građani RH koji su uspješno ispunili obrasce i time sami obavili samopopis dobili su na laptopu šifru od DZZS. Prema njihovim uputama tu šifru treba se predati osobno popisivačima koji će posjetiti njihov dom ili je trebaju nalijepiti na vrata stana, kuće ...
