Poslovnice Zagrebačke i OTP banke uskoro će zatvoriti svoje poslovnice na Obali hrvatskog narodnog preporoda 10, javlja Dalmatinski portal.
Na natječaju kojeg su raspisali Državne nekretnine, pobijedio je obrt "Reason" nakon što je pristao plaćati najviši iznos zakupnine za prostor gdje je sada OTP banka, a mjesečno će davati nevjerojatnih 16.515 eura. Za nekretninu gdje je još uvijek Zagrebačka banka, najviši iznos ponudila je tvrtka "Ledeni valovi" po mjesečnoj renti od 16.100 eura.
Na natječaju za prostor na atraktivnoj lokaciji javile su se i banke koje tu već djeluju, ali su ponudile gotovo minimalnu traženu cijenu zakupnine, a OTP banka nije zadovoljila uvjete natječaja jer postoji dugovanje te financijske ustanove prema Republici Hrvatskoj.
Obrt "Reason" ponudio je 4.500 eura za prostor OTP banke, ali se vlasnik Boris Rančić pozvao na pravo prvenstva i na kraju je pristao platiti iznos od 16.515 eura, koji je ustvari ponudila tvrtka "Influence". Kako Dalmatinski portal neslužbeno doznaje, zbog statusa branitelja pozvao se na pravo prednosti.
Prema podacima s Fine, Rančićev obrt je primarno osnovan 2014. godine kao trgovina na veliko i na malo. Broji dvoje zaposlenih, a lani je u ovoj djelatnosti ostvario neto dobit od 31.876 eura, što je povećanje od 230 posto u odnosu na prethodnu godinu. Temeljni kapital obrta Reason iznosi svega 2.660 eura. Uz to, obrt Reason je upisao djelatnost još i trgovine i ugostiteljstva, odnosno širio je djelatnosti obrta.
Dalmatinski portal pokušao je stupiti u kontakt s Borisom Rančićem, ali nije odgovarao na njihov poziv.
U kuloarima se šuškalo da je bivši kandidat za gradonačelnika Ante Franić povezan sa spomenutim vlasnikom obrta, a Franić je kazao da Rančića zna samo zato što mu je susjed na Brodarici.
Za tvrtku "Ledeni valovi" koja je zakupila prostor Zagrebačke banke, navedeno je kako se bavi ugostiteljstvom. Tako je izgledno da će financijske institucije na centralnoj lokaciji splitske šetnice, zamijeniti barem jedan ugostiteljski objekt.
Početna mjesečna zakupnina za prostor u kojem je još uvijek Zagrebačka banka bila je 3.580,15 eura, a popela se na 16.100 eura. Prostor OTP banke Državne nekretnine su ocijenile vrijednim 4.270,35 eura, ali je obrt "Reason" pristao plaćati 16.515 eura mjesečno.
Dalmatinski portal je pitao Državne nekretnine kada će se iz poslovnih prostora iseliti banke, ali precizan odgovor nisu dobili.

Poslovnice Zagrebačke i OTP banke uskoro će zatvoriti svoje poslovnice na Obali hrvatskog narodnog preporoda 10, javlja Dalmatinski portal.
Na natječaju kojeg su raspisali Državne nekretnine, pobijedio je obrt "Reason" nakon što je pristao plaćati najviši iznos zakupnine za prostor gdje je sada OTP banka, a mjesečno će davati nevjerojatnih 16.515 eura. Za nekretninu gdje je još uvijek Zagrebačka banka, najviši iznos ponudila je tvrtka "Ledeni valovi" po mjesečnoj renti od 16.100 eura.
Na natječaju za prostor na atraktivnoj lokaciji javile su se i banke koje tu već djeluju, ali su ponudile gotovo minimalnu traženu cijenu zakupnine, a OTP banka nije zadovoljila uvjete natječaja jer postoji dugovanje te financijske ustanove prema Republici Hrvatskoj.
Obrt "Reason" ponudio je 4.500 eura za prostor OTP banke, ali se vlasnik Boris Rančić pozvao na pravo prvenstva i na kraju je pristao platiti iznos od 16.515 eura, koji je ustvari ponudila tvrtka "Influence". Kako Dalmatinski portal neslužbeno doznaje, zbog statusa branitelja pozvao se na pravo prednosti.
Prema podacima s Fine, Rančićev obrt je primarno osnovan 2014. godine kao trgovina na veliko i na malo. Broji dvoje zaposlenih, a lani je u ovoj djelatnosti ostvario neto dobit od 31.876 eura, što je povećanje od 230 posto u odnosu na prethodnu godinu. Temeljni kapital obrta Reason iznosi svega 2.660 eura. Uz to, obrt Reason je upisao djelatnost još i trgovine i ugostiteljstva, odnosno širio je djelatnosti obrta.
Dalmatinski portal pokušao je stupiti u kontakt s Borisom Rančićem, ali nije odgovarao na njihov poziv.
U kuloarima se šuškalo da je bivši kandidat za gradonačelnika Ante Franić povezan sa spomenutim vlasnikom obrta, a Franić je kazao da Rančića zna samo zato što mu je susjed na Brodarici.
Za tvrtku "Ledeni valovi" koja je zakupila prostor Zagrebačke banke, navedeno je kako se bavi ugostiteljstvom. Tako je izgledno da će financijske institucije na centralnoj lokaciji splitske šetnice, zamijeniti barem jedan ugostiteljski objekt.
Početna mjesečna zakupnina za prostor u kojem je još uvijek Zagrebačka banka bila je 3.580,15 eura, a popela se na 16.100 eura. Prostor OTP banke Državne nekretnine su ocijenile vrijednim 4.270,35 eura, ali je obrt "Reason" pristao plaćati 16.515 eura mjesečno.
Dalmatinski portal je pitao Državne nekretnine kada će se iz poslovnih prostora iseliti banke, ali precizan odgovor nisu dobili.
