Dok su prije pandemije vrlo često putovali dva-tri para skupa kako bi podijelili troškove i jeftinije prošli, posljednje dvije godine smanjio se broj takvih putnika.

Kod mene, recimo, niti jedan slučaj nije bio. I tako u apartmanu koji je registriran za četiri osobe borave uglavnom dvije, ponekad tri, a tek par dana godišnje i četiri osobe. Ovoga ljeta apartman je pun puncat kao i skoro svima u gradu Splitu. Ali.... Uvijek taj ali.

Pun puncat je ako pitate ima li slobodan apartman. Ali ako pitate ima li slobodan koji ležaj? Po tom se može slobodno reći da je više prazan nego pun jer bilo je dosta gostiju koji su i sami boravili u apartmanu. Znači ako gledamo statistiku apartmana popunjenost je 100 posto. Ako gledamo popunjenost ležaja onda je to nekih 45 posto. Ali ja prodajem apartman turistima, a ne ležaj. I tu nastaje veliki prostor na kojem mnogi temelje priče kako iznajmljivači varaju državu i ne prijavljuju goste jer u e-visitoru ima puno manje prijavljenih gostiju nego što ima prijavljenih ležajeva. 

Što se tiče sezona, ona se 'kotrlja' i dalje. Ima manje upita, ali za sada još tri tjedna sve zauzeto. Nekidan sam imala i četiri upita stranaca (tri iz Argentine i jednoga iz Švedske) i to zahvaljujući jednoj Argentinki koja radi u Njemačkoj, a ovog je proljeća bila kod mene te je svojim prijateljima proslijedila moj broj telefona. Po terminima za koje se interesiraju sezona bi mogla potrajati do kraja rujna. A hoće li – vidjet ćemo skoro. 

Za sada očekujem još Slovence, Ruse, Istrijane i Nizozemce. S prvo troje će vjerojatno proteći sve u redu jer su datumi jako blizu, al' za Nizozemce me je već pomalo strah: s obzirom na situaciju posljednja dva dana i njihov termin lako bih mogla dobiti otkaz. Što bude, bude – iskoristit ćemo koju rupu za popravke apartmana jer tu uvijek ima nešto za renovirati: od fleka po zidovima do još mnogo drugih stvari.

Dok su prije pandemije vrlo često putovali dva-tri para skupa kako bi podijelili troškove i jeftinije prošli, posljednje dvije godine smanjio se broj takvih putnika.

Kod mene, recimo, niti jedan slučaj nije bio. I tako u apartmanu koji je registriran za četiri osobe borave uglavnom dvije, ponekad tri, a tek par dana godišnje i četiri osobe. Ovoga ljeta apartman je pun puncat kao i skoro svima u gradu Splitu. Ali.... Uvijek taj ali.

Pun puncat je ako pitate ima li slobodan apartman. Ali ako pitate ima li slobodan koji ležaj? Po tom se može slobodno reći da je više prazan nego pun jer bilo je dosta gostiju koji su i sami boravili u apartmanu. Znači ako gledamo statistiku apartmana popunjenost je 100 posto. Ako gledamo popunjenost ležaja onda je to nekih 45 posto. Ali ja prodajem apartman turistima, a ne ležaj. I tu nastaje veliki prostor na kojem mnogi temelje priče kako iznajmljivači varaju državu i ne prijavljuju goste jer u e-visitoru ima puno manje prijavljenih gostiju nego što ima prijavljenih ležajeva. 

Što se tiče sezona, ona se 'kotrlja' i dalje. Ima manje upita, ali za sada još tri tjedna sve zauzeto. Nekidan sam imala i četiri upita stranaca (tri iz Argentine i jednoga iz Švedske) i to zahvaljujući jednoj Argentinki koja radi u Njemačkoj, a ovog je proljeća bila kod mene te je svojim prijateljima proslijedila moj broj telefona. Po terminima za koje se interesiraju sezona bi mogla potrajati do kraja rujna. A hoće li – vidjet ćemo skoro. 

Za sada očekujem još Slovence, Ruse, Istrijane i Nizozemce. S prvo troje će vjerojatno proteći sve u redu jer su datumi jako blizu, al' za Nizozemce me je već pomalo strah: s obzirom na situaciju posljednja dva dana i njihov termin lako bih mogla dobiti otkaz. Što bude, bude – iskoristit ćemo koju rupu za popravke apartmana jer tu uvijek ima nešto za renovirati: od fleka po zidovima do još mnogo drugih stvari.

Statistika je zeznuta stvar. Po jednoj statistici moj je apartman 100 posto pun, po drugoj niti 50 posto, ali sezona se i dalje kotrlja, i iduća tri tjedna su mi zauzeta

Dok su prije pandemije vrlo često putovali dva-tri para skupa kako bi podijelili troškove i jeftinije prošli, posljednje dvije godine smanjio se broj takvih putnika.

Kod mene, recimo, niti jedan slučaj nije bio. I tako u apartmanu koji je registriran za četiri osobe borave uglavnom dvije, ponekad tri, a tek par dana godišnje i četiri osobe. Ovoga ljeta apartman je pun puncat kao i skoro svima u gradu Splitu. Ali.... Uvijek taj ali.

Pun puncat je ako pitate ima li slobodan apartman. Ali ako pitate ima li slobodan koji ležaj? Po tom se može slobodno reći da je više prazan nego pun jer bilo je dosta gostiju koji su i sami boravili u apartmanu. Znači ako gledamo statistiku apartmana popunjenost je 100 posto. Ako gledamo popunjenost ležaja onda je to nekih 45 posto. Ali ja prodajem apar...
