- Bila je subota jutro, a parking poluprazan, što se ne događa često. Parkirali smo auto na mjestu za invalide, za što imamo dozvolu. Samo, nismo se stavili desno, na predviđeni kvadrat, nego lijevo, na pomoćni prostor, iscrtkan žutim crtama. Pored nas nije bilo nikoga. Jasno, cijela ta površina je jedno te isto mjesto, samo što iscrtkani dio, u teoriji, služi za ulazak osoba s kolicima. Dakle, samo smo konzumirali svoje pravo, a nikome nismo oduzeli njegovo - priča nam Biserka Martinić-Meštrante, koja stanuje pokraj parkinga pri ulazu na rukometno igralište u Vukovarskoj. 

Pogađate - vozilo je dobilo kaznu. Plus opomenu za dodatnih 660 do 1.990 eura, ukoliko ju se ne podmiri. U danima nakon, i drugi automobili zatečeni tu su dobijali papiriće, ali one upozorenja. Vrsta obavijesti je vjerojatno ovisila o raspoloženju službenog lica koji ju je ispisao.

Biserkin suprug je, kako bi rasčistio situaciju, posjetio Banovinu. Tamo ga je dočekao glavni prometni redar, poznat po šaketanju u Stobreču, ispisivanju 200-tinjak kazni za vrijeme koncerta na Sustipanu, privatiziranju invalidskog mjesta stupićem, kažnjavanju bez ostavljanja obavijesti, ostavljanju obavijesti na potezu koji se ne bi trebao kažnjavati, parkiranju na sred ceste i petnaestminutnom blokiranju slobode kretanja građana.

- Muž mi kaže da je bio jako neugodan - govori Splićanka.

Prometni redar koji se tukao s građanima u Stobreču postao glavni nadređeni! A to je tek jedna od spornih stvari...

Evo kako izgleda pisano objašnjenje "neugodnog" redara.

- Vaše vozilo je zatečeno u prekršaju,(vozilo je parkirano na dopunskom dijelu za invlaidno mjesto koje je sastavni dio  mjesta za parkiranje jednog vozila sa osobe sa invaliditetom,tako da ste onemogučili parkiranje drugog vozila na tom mjestu,te izlazak odnosno ulazak osobe sa invaliditetom u vozilo) određena je prekršajna kazna, a sve sukladno Zakonu o sigurnosti prometa na cestama.

Obavijest o počinjenom prekršaju bit će upućena vlasniku vozila, a u slučaju neplaćanja kazne, pokreće se prekršajni postupak. Točnije, podnosi se Obavezni prekršajni nalog protiv vozača na koji ćete moći podnijeti prigovor. O istom odlučuje sudac za prekršaje.Zbog mnogih pritužbi osoba sa invaliditetom na ovakove situacije,šaljem Vam dopis MUP-a i pravobraniteljice za osobe sa invaliditetom u prilogu).

Spomenuto "parkiranje drugog vozila" bi značilo da se dva vozila parkiraju na mjesto koje je službeno predodređeno za jedno. Istina, zakon sugerira da dio tog žutog kvadrata koji treba biti popunjen je njegova desna strana. S druge strane, zdravi razum nalaže da nitko nije oštećen ukoliko osoba - u ovom slučaju sa 100-postotnim invaliditetom - zauzme lijevi dio prostora predviđenog za njenu pogodnost.

Također, kaže nam sugovornica, pravobraniteljica traži da se opomene one koji parkiraju kraj invalida i po potrebi premjesti auto, ne kažnjava.

- Ne razumijem zašto obavezno moramo parkirati desno, a ne lijevo? U našem susjedstvu ima dosta osoba s invaliditetom. Naš sin je jedan od njih. Mi, susjedi koji imamo iskaznicu pristupačnosti, se međusobno poznajemo i nitko od naših nije u kolicima, što znači da nam sporni pomoćni prostor ništa ne znači. Pogotovo jer s desne strane postoji pločnik, pa je olakšan izlazak iz auta - objašnjava Biserka.

Sugerira da bi po njoj, a i većini susjeda s kojima je o tome pričala, bilo logičnije da se ovo jedno invalidsko mjesto pretvori u dva. To bi, kaže, više odgovaralo trenutnim građanskim potrebama.

- Ja sam radila u Urbanističkom zavodu, dok je još postojao, pa se nešto razumijem u to. Napisali smo mail Gradu u kojem smo tu tražili dva mjesta za invalide, bez pomoćnog. Također, zbog potrebitih ljudi koji tu žive, da stavi još jedno kraj Vukovarske 8 i na vrhu Držićeve. Mislim da se to može ako ima dobre volje, da to nikog ništa ne košta i ne opterećuje - smatra stanarka Manuša.

Ove potrebe su postale još naglašenije otkad je, priča nam sugovornica, jedan čovjek u obližnoj zgradi otvorio rent-a-car i sad svojih pet-šest auta drži na spomenutom parkingu. Ali, to je već za neku drugu priču...

- Bila je subota jutro, a parking poluprazan, što se ne događa često. Parkirali smo auto na mjestu za invalide, za što imamo dozvolu. Samo, nismo se stavili desno, na predviđeni kvadrat, nego lijevo, na pomoćni prostor, iscrtkan žutim crtama. Pored nas nije bilo nikoga. Jasno, cijela ta površina je jedno te isto mjesto, samo što iscrtkani dio, u teoriji, služi za ulazak osoba s kolicima. Dakle, samo smo konzumirali svoje pravo, a nikome nismo oduzeli njegovo - priča nam Biserka Martinić-Meštrante, koja stanuje pokraj parkinga pri ulazu na rukometno igralište u Vukovarskoj. 

Pogađate - vozilo je dobilo kaznu. Plus opomenu za dodatnih 660 do 1.990 eura, ukoliko ju se ne podmiri. U danima nakon, i drugi automobili zatečeni tu su dobijali papiriće, ali one upozorenja. Vrsta obavijesti je vjerojatno ovisila o raspoloženju službenog lica koji ju je ispisao.

Biserkin suprug je, kako bi rasčistio situaciju, posjetio Banovinu. Tamo ga je dočekao glavni prometni redar, poznat po šaketanju u Stobreču, ispisivanju 200-tinjak kazni za vrijeme koncerta na Sustipanu, privatiziranju invalidskog mjesta stupićem, kažnjavanju bez ostavljanja obavijesti, ostavljanju obavijesti na potezu koji se ne bi trebao kažnjavati, parkiranju na sred ceste i petnaestminutnom blokiranju slobode kretanja građana.

- Muž mi kaže da je bio jako neugodan - govori Splićanka.

Prometni redar koji se tukao s građanima u Stobreču postao glavni nadređeni! A to je tek jedna od spornih stvari...

Evo kako izgleda pisano objašnjenje "neugodnog" redara.

- Vaše vozilo je zatečeno u prekršaju,(vozilo je parkirano na dopunskom dijelu za invlaidno mjesto koje je sastavni dio  mjesta za parkiranje jednog vozila sa osobe sa invaliditetom,tako da ste onemogučili parkiranje drugog vozila na tom mjestu,te izlazak odnosno ulazak osobe sa invaliditetom u vozilo) određena je prekršajna kazna, a sve sukladno Zakonu o sigurnosti prometa na cestama.

Obavijest o počinjenom prekršaju bit će upućena vlasniku vozila, a u slučaju neplaćanja kazne, pokreće se prekršajni postupak. Točnije, podnosi se Obavezni prekršajni nalog protiv vozača na koji ćete moći podnijeti prigovor. O istom odlučuje sudac za prekršaje.Zbog mnogih pritužbi osoba sa invaliditetom na ovakove situacije,šaljem Vam dopis MUP-a i pravobraniteljice za osobe sa invaliditetom u prilogu).

Spomenuto "parkiranje drugog vozila" bi značilo da se dva vozila parkiraju na mjesto koje je službeno predodređeno za jedno. Istina, zakon sugerira da dio tog žutog kvadrata koji treba biti popunjen je njegova desna strana. S druge strane, zdravi razum nalaže da nitko nije oštećen ukoliko osoba - u ovom slučaju sa 100-postotnim invaliditetom - zauzme lijevi dio prostora predviđenog za njenu pogodnost.

Također, kaže nam sugovornica, pravobraniteljica traži da se opomene one koji parkiraju kraj invalida i po potrebi premjesti auto, ne kažnjava.

- Ne razumijem zašto obavezno moramo parkirati desno, a ne lijevo? U našem susjedstvu ima dosta osoba s invaliditetom. Naš sin je jedan od njih. Mi, susjedi koji imamo iskaznicu pristupačnosti, se međusobno poznajemo i nitko od naših nije u kolicima, što znači da nam sporni pomoćni prostor ništa ne znači. Pogotovo jer s desne strane postoji pločnik, pa je olakšan izlazak iz auta - objašnjava Biserka.

Sugerira da bi po njoj, a i većini susjeda s kojima je o tome pričala, bilo logičnije da se ovo jedno invalidsko mjesto pretvori u dva. To bi, kaže, više odgovaralo trenutnim građanskim potrebama.

- Ja sam radila u Urbanističkom zavodu, dok je još postojao, pa se nešto razumijem u to. Napisali smo mail Gradu u kojem smo tu tražili dva mjesta za invalide, bez pomoćnog. Također, zbog potrebitih ljudi koji tu žive, da stavi još jedno kraj Vukovarske 8 i na vrhu Držićeve. Mislim da se to može ako ima dobre volje, da to nikog ništa ne košta i ne opterećuje - smatra stanarka Manuša.

Ove potrebe su postale još naglašenije otkad je, priča nam sugovornica, jedan čovjek u obližnoj zgradi otvorio rent-a-car i sad svojih pet-šest auta drži na spomenutom parkingu. Ali, to je već za neku drugu priču...
