Danas je točno u podne zaključen javni poziv gradske tvrtke "Žnjan" za prijave na licitaciju za ugostiteljsku kućicu uz nakadašnji kultni kafić "Žbirac" na Bačvicama, koji je zatvoren još u prosincu prošle godine. Poziv je objavljen 5. srpnja, a svi koji ispunjavaju uvjete sutra će u 10 sati imati priliku licitirati.

Početna cijena je 25.000 eura bez PDV-a. Svaka iduća ponuda mora biti za 500 viša. Osoba, fizička ili pravna koja ima dozvolu za obavljanje ugostiteljske djelatnosti, dobit će prostor u zakup do 31. prosinca 2027. godine, a koncesijsko udobrenje Grada do kraja 2023., pa će je morati obnavljati svake iduće.

Prema Planu upravljanja, koncesijsko odobrenje se daje na godinu dana za ugostiteljske djelatnosti. Čestica je površine 12 metara kvadratnih uz štekat od 60 metara kvadratnih i štand za rukotvorine, igračke i suvenire.

Visina zakupa za svaku iduću godina se formira kao iznos koji je 10 posto godišnjeg prometa objekta, ako je iznos veći od licitiranog u prvoj godini. Ako je iznos manji, visina zakupa ostaje kao i prve godine.

Onaj tko pobjedi na licitaciji, odnosno dostavi najvišu ponudu, ima tri dana od objave odluke za sklopiti ugovor s tvrtkom "Žnjan" d.o.o. i 15 dana za ishodovati odobrenje od Grada Splita.

Za prijavu na javnu dražbu svaka osoba mora uplatiti jamstveni polog od 25 tisuća eura koja se vraća svima koji sudjeluju, a ne pobjede na licitaciji, dok se osobi koja na dražbi s najvišom ponudom dobije mikrolokaciju u zakup zadržava polog do isteka ugovora. Uz 25 tisuća eura, pobjednik mora dostaviti bjanko zadužnicu na 50 tisuća eura.

Zakupnik se mora obvezati i da neće modul dati u zakup niti koncesijsko odobrenje u potkoncesiju.

Licitiaciji za prostor nekadašnjeg Žbirca će u petak u 10 sati pristupiti četiri tvrtke koje su poslale valjane ponude: "Fraton" j.d.o.o., "Bumbar" d.o.o., "El Nino" j.d.o.o. i "Pošada Split" d.o.o. koje su ispunile uvjete javnog poziva. Jedina tvrtka koja to nije uspjela je Slatka kutija d.o.o.

Danas je točno u podne zaključen javni poziv gradske tvrtke "Žnjan" za prijave na licitaciju za ugostiteljsku kućicu uz nakadašnji kultni kafić "Žbirac" na Bačvicama, koji je zatvoren još u prosincu prošle godine. Poziv je objavljen 5. srpnja, a svi koji ispunjavaju uvjete sutra će u 10 sati imati priliku licitirati.

Početna cijena je 25.000 eura bez PDV-a. Svaka iduća ponuda mora biti za 500 viša. Osoba, fizička ili pravna koja ima dozvolu za obavljanje ugostiteljske djelatnosti, dobit će prostor u zakup do 31. prosinca 2027. godine, a koncesijsko udobrenje Grada do kraja 2023., pa će je morati obnavljati svake iduće.

Prema Planu upravljanja, koncesijsko odobrenje se daje na godinu dana za ugostiteljske djelatnosti. Čestica je površine 12 metara kvadratnih uz štekat od 60 metara kvadratnih i štand za rukotvorine, igračke i suvenire.

Visina zakupa za svaku iduću godina se formira kao iznos koji je 10 posto godišnjeg prometa objekta, ako je iznos veći od licitiranog u prvoj godini. Ako je iznos manji, visina zakupa ostaje kao i prve godine.

Onaj tko pobjedi na licitaciji, odnosno dostavi najvišu ponudu, ima tri dana od objave odluke za sklopiti ugovor s tvrtkom "Žnjan" d.o.o. i 15 dana za ishodovati odobrenje od Grada Splita.

Za prijavu na javnu dražbu svaka osoba mora uplatiti jamstveni polog od 25 tisuća eura koja se vraća svima koji sudjeluju, a ne pobjede na licitaciji, dok se osobi koja na dražbi s najvišom ponudom dobije mikrolokaciju u zakup zadržava polog do isteka ugovora. Uz 25 tisuća eura, pobjednik mora dostaviti bjanko zadužnicu na 50 tisuća eura.

Zakupnik se mora obvezati i da neće modul dati u zakup niti koncesijsko odobrenje u potkoncesiju.

Licitiaciji za prostor nekadašnjeg Žbirca će u petak u 10 sati pristupiti četiri tvrtke koje su poslale valjane ponude: "Fraton" j.d.o.o., "Bumbar" d.o.o., "El Nino" j.d.o.o. i "Pošada Split" d.o.o. koje su ispunile uvjete javnog poziva. Jedina tvrtka koja to nije uspjela je Slatka kutija d.o.o.
