Kad nemaš dovoljno radnika, u srcu sezone posvetiš se preuređenju dućana. Do jučer u potpunosti atipične poteze počeli su povlačiti trgovački lanci u nedostatku radne snage, pa se tako sada stanovnici nekih splitskih kvartova suočavaju sa zatvorenim vratima mahom manjih trgovina mješovite robe u njihovu vlasništvu. Zamijetili smo ih, primjerice, na Splitu 3 i Pujankama, u gradskim četvrtima s prilično velikim brojem stanovnika, kojima je ovih dana sužen manevarski prostor za odlazak u kupovinu u blizini kućne adrese.

Nikakav problem, preživjet će to kupci, ali trgovkinje su dobile jackpot kakav ne pamte - odlazak na godišnji odmor u srcu sezone! Doduše, kako ne bi bilo zabune, lanjski, pa je pitanje za inspekciju kako ga njihov poslodavac pravda u srpnju kad je 30. lipnja tekuće godine zakonski rok za korištenje godišnjeg odmora iz prethodne.

- Malo sređuju dućan usred sezone, baš smo to i mi, među sobom, komentirale. Moš‘ mislit‘! A zapravo je pravi razlog preuređenja činjenica da nemaju dovoljno radnica, a mi koje radimo imamo krcato neiskorištenog godišnjeg, pa se renoviranjima trgovina u ljetnjoj špici, jednim udarcem ubijaju dvije muhe. Ali nama je dobro došlo, malo ćemo se odmoriti. Do kada!? Ne znamo, iako nam je to još stari godišnji. Ništa nam nisu rekli, ni koliko će trajati, možemo li iskoristiti cijeli, ništa. Čekamo da nam jave kad ćemo doći raditi i zapravo uopće nemamo uopće pojma do kada ćemo biti slobodne. Rekli su da će nas zvati kad će trebati doći puniti dućan, nadamo da će preuređenje potrajati barem desetak dana - uzda se prodavačica M. S. (podaci poznati redakciji) u potrebu za duljim radovima na uređenju prostora, jer moguće je da, ukoliko potraju kraće od preostalih joj 15 dana lanjskog godišnjeg odmora, opet ne uspije iskoristiti sve.

Lanjski godišnji

Saznavši za namjeru renoviranja trgovine skupa s kolegicama je, priznaje,  strahovala kako će ih nadređeni, zbog nedostatka djelatnica na drugim lokacijama, "razbacati kao što to obično rade". No, odlučile su se čvrsto postaviti - ili odlazak na lanjski godišnji ili će biti problema.

- Ma i otkaza ako treba. Baš nas je bilo strah, jer svašta je moguće. Ali, hvala Bogu, sve smo se složile kako ćemo se postaviti kontroloru. Naravno, nije ni njemu lako... Kako će dati godišnji bilo kome kad nema tko raditi? Ali to nije naš problem, neka se obrati poslodavcu - odrješito će blagajnica koja ovih dana, umjesto u dućan, odlazi na more.

Nesvakidašnja je to za nju situacija, a pogotovo, ističe, kolegicama koje lani nisu iskoristile ni dana godišnjeg.

- Je li to za Bogu plakati!? Poslodavac bi im najradije platio te neiskorištene dane, lani je čak puno kolegica i pristajalo na to, ali meni ne pada na pamet. Čovječe, moram se odmoriti. Imam ja i drugi život osim dućana - kaže radosno dodajući kako, usprkos činjenici što zajedno s ostalim trgovkinjama mora biti u pripravnosti iščekujući poziv poslodavca za skorašnji povratak na radno mjesto, ljeti konačno - uživa!

Kad nemaš dovoljno radnika, u srcu sezone posvetiš se preuređenju dućana. Do jučer u potpunosti atipične poteze počeli su povlačiti trgovački lanci u nedostatku radne snage, pa se tako sada stanovnici nekih splitskih kvartova suočavaju sa zatvorenim vratima mahom manjih trgovina mješovite robe u njihovu vlasništvu. Zamijetili smo ih, primjerice, na Splitu 3 i Pujankama, u gradskim četvrtima s prilično velikim brojem stanovnika, kojima je ovih dana sužen manevarski prostor za odlazak u kupovinu u blizini kućne adrese.

Nikakav problem, preživjet će to kupci, ali trgovkinje su dobile jackpot kakav ne pamte - odlazak na godišnji odmor u srcu sezone! Doduše, kako ne bi bilo zabune, lanjski, pa je pitanje za inspekciju kako ga njihov poslodavac pravda u srpnju kad je 30. lipnja tekuće godine zakonski rok za korištenje godišnjeg odmora iz prethodne.

- Malo sređuju dućan usred sezone, baš smo to i mi, među sobom, komentirale. Moš‘ mislit‘! A zapravo je pravi razlog preuređenja činjenica da nemaju dovoljno radnica, a mi koje radimo imamo krcato neiskorištenog godišnjeg, pa se renoviranjima trgovina u ljetnjoj špici, jednim udarcem ubijaju dvije muhe. Ali nama je dobro došlo, malo ćemo se odmoriti. Do kada!? Ne znamo, iako nam je to još stari godišnji. Ništa nam nisu rekli, ni koliko će trajati, možemo li iskoristiti cijeli, ništa. Čekamo da nam jave kad ćemo doći raditi i zapravo uopće nemamo uopće pojma do kada ćemo biti slobodne. Rekli su da će nas zvati kad će trebati doći puniti dućan, nadamo da će preuređenje potrajati barem desetak dana - uzda se prodavačica M. S. (podaci poznati redakciji) u potrebu za duljim radovima na uređenju prostora, jer moguće je da, ukoliko potraju kraće od preostalih joj 15 dana lanjskog godišnjeg odmora, opet ne uspije iskoristiti sve.

Lanjski godišnji

Saznavši za namjeru renoviranja trgovine skupa s kolegicama je, priznaje,  strahovala kako će ih nadređeni, zbog nedostatka djelatnica na drugim lokacijama, "razbacati kao što to obično rade". No, odlučile su se čvrsto postaviti - ili odlazak na lanjski godišnji ili će biti problema.

- Ma i otkaza ako treba. Baš nas je bilo strah, jer svašta je moguće. Ali, hvala Bogu, sve smo se složile kako ćemo se postaviti kontroloru. Naravno, nije ni njemu lako... Kako će dati godišnji bilo kome kad nema tko raditi? Ali to nije naš problem, neka se obrati poslodavcu - odrješito će blagajnica koja ovih dana, umjesto u dućan, odlazi na more.

Nesvakidašnja je to za nju situacija, a pogotovo, ističe, kolegicama koje lani nisu iskoristile ni dana godišnjeg.

- Je li to za Bogu plakati!? Poslodavac bi im najradije platio te neiskorištene dane, lani je čak puno kolegica i pristajalo na to, ali meni ne pada na pamet. Čovječe, moram se odmoriti. Imam ja i drugi život osim dućana - kaže radosno dodajući kako, usprkos činjenici što zajedno s ostalim trgovkinjama mora biti u pripravnosti iščekujući poziv poslodavca za skorašnji povratak na radno mjesto, ljeti konačno - uživa!
