Bivši hrvatski reprezentativac i nekadašnji napadač njemačkog Werdera iz Bremena Ivan Klasnić (40) već 12 godina tuži dugogodišnjeg klupskog liječnika Götza Dimanskog, internisticu Manju Guha i internista Hermanna Holzhütera, koji je u međuvremenu preminuo, piše jutarnji.hr.

Smatra ih odgovornima za njegovo teško zdravstveno stanje te gubitak bubrega. Tužio ih je jer smatra da nisu prepoznali bolest bubrega koju je imao godinama, a mogla se dijagnosticirati iz obične pretrage krvi.

Beskrajni postupak koji je započeo još davne 2004. konačno će biti okončan, a Klasnić iz njega izlazi kao pobjednik. Trebao bi dobiti odštetu od četiri milijuna eura, javlja Bild.

Nagodba je bila na pomolu još u lipnju, a na upit Bilda, Viši regionalni sud u Bremenu je najavio da neće biti dodatnog termina za suđenje. Stranke konačno žene postići nagodbu do kraja studenoga.

BIld je razgovarao s Ivanom Klasnićem nakon velike vijesti. On je još uvijek oprezan i ne želi se prerano veseliti.

- Pričekat ću i vidjeti kako će ispasti odluka. Više o tome ne želim reći, rekao je za Bild.

Klasnićev odvjetnik potvrdio je za Bild da su pregovori o nagodbi u tijeku.

Iznos od četiri milijuna odštete zbog nemogućnosti ostvarenja zarade uslijed lošeg zdravstvenog stanja bit će isplaćeno iz osiguranja okrivljenika.

Podsjetimo, još u ožujku 2017 je regionalni sud u Bremenu odlučio da bivši liječnici Klasniću trebaju isplatiti 100 tisuća eura zbog pogrešnog liječenja Ivana Klasnića. No Klasnić je smatrao da je to premalo pa se žalio na odluku.

Bild piše kako ostaje nejasno je li klupski liječnik Dimanski trebao prepoznati Klasnićevu bolest bubrega. Još 2017. medicinski vještak Arno Kerling procijenio je da Dimanski nije imao nijedan ozbiljan propust, podsjećaju.

Njegovi problemi počeli su još 2007. godine kada mu je u 25. siječnja u klinici u Bremenu transplantiran bubreg majke Šime, koji je tijelo već drugi dan odbacilo. U ožujku iste godine na Klinici u Hannoveru Ivanov donor je bio otac Ivan. Operacija je uspjela, vratio se na nogometne terene. Postao je prvi nogometaš koji je nastupio s transplantiranim bubregom na velikim natjecanjima. Na Euru 2008. bio je i strijelac dva pogotka, a onda je u rujnu 2016. godine i taj bubreg otkazao. Ivan Klasnić čekao je treći bubreg. Triput tjedno išao je na dijalizu u Hamburg koja je trajala tri do pet sati. Treća transplantacija obavljena je u listOpadu 2017. godin u Zagrebu.

Od tada Ivan Klasnić živi normalnim životom zdravog čovjeka. Živi u Hamburgu, često posjećuje Hrvatsku, a i dalje se bavi nogometom. Ima menadžersku agenciju, putuje po Njemačkoj i Hrvatskoj i 'snima' nadarene mlade igrače.

U bogatoj nogometnoj karijeri Ivan je nastupao za St. Pauli, Werder, Nantes, Bolton i Mainz.

Bivši hrvatski reprezentativac i nekadašnji napadač njemačkog Werdera iz Bremena Ivan Klasnić (40) već 12 godina tuži dugogodišnjeg klupskog liječnika Götza Dimanskog, internisticu Manju Guha i internista Hermanna Holzhütera, koji je u međuvremenu preminuo, piše jutarnji.hr.

Smatra ih odgovornima za njegovo teško zdravstveno stanje te gubitak bubrega. Tužio ih je jer smatra da nisu prepoznali bolest bubrega koju je imao godinama, a mogla se dijagnosticirati iz obične pretrage krvi.

Beskrajni postupak koji je započeo još davne 2004. konačno će biti okončan, a Klasnić iz njega izlazi kao pobjednik. Trebao bi dobiti odštetu od četiri milijuna eura, javlja Bild.

Nagodba je bila na pomolu još u lipnju, a na upit Bilda, Viši regionalni sud u Bremenu je najavio da neće biti dodatnog termina za suđenje. Stranke konačno žene postići nagodbu do kraja studenoga.

BIld je razgovarao s Ivanom Klasnićem nakon velike vijesti. On je još uvijek oprezan i ne želi se prerano veseliti.

- Pričekat ću i vidjeti kako će ispasti odluka. Više o tome ne želim reći, rekao je za Bild.

Klasnićev odvjetnik potvrdio je za Bild da su pregovori o nagodbi u tijeku.

Iznos od četiri milijuna odštete zbog nemogućnosti ostvarenja zarade uslijed lošeg zdravstvenog stanja bit će isplaćeno iz osiguranja okrivljenika.

Podsjetimo, još u ožujku 2017 je regionalni sud u Bremenu odlučio da bivši liječnici Klasniću trebaju isplatiti 100 tisuća eura zbog pogrešnog liječenja Ivana Klasnića. No Klasnić je smatrao da je to premalo pa se žalio na odluku.

Bild piše kako ostaje nejasno je li klupski liječnik Dimanski trebao prepoznati Klasnićevu bolest bubrega. Još 2017. medicinski vještak Arno Kerling procijenio je da Dimanski nije imao nijedan ozbiljan propust, podsjećaju.

Njegovi problemi počeli su još 2007. godine kada mu je u 25. siječnja u klinici u Bremenu transplantiran bubreg majke Šime, koji je tijelo već drugi dan odbacilo. U ožujku iste godine na Klinici u Hannoveru Ivanov donor je bio otac Ivan. Operacija je uspjela, vratio se na nogometne terene. Postao je prvi nogometaš koji je nastupio s transplantiranim bubregom na velikim natjecanjima. Na Euru 2008. bio je i strijelac dva pogotka, a onda je u rujnu 2016. godine i taj bubreg otkazao. Ivan Klasnić čekao je treći bubreg. Triput tjedno išao je na dijalizu u Hamburg koja je trajala tri do pet sati. Treća transplantacija obavljena je u listOpadu 2017. godin u Zagrebu.

Od tada Ivan Klasnić živi normalnim životom zdravog čovjeka. Živi u Hamburgu, često posjećuje Hrvatsku, a i dalje se bavi nogometom. Ima menadžersku agenciju, putuje po Njemačkoj i Hrvatskoj i 'snima' nadarene mlade igrače.

U bogatoj nogometnoj karijeri Ivan je nastupao za St. Pauli, Werder, Nantes, Bolton i Mainz.

Klasnić bi trebao dobiti četiri milijuna eura odštete zbog nemogućnosti zarađivanja uslijed lošeg zdravstvenog stanja

Bivši hrvatski reprezentativac i nekadašnji napadač njemačkog Werdera iz Bremena Ivan Klasnić (40) već 12 godina tuži dugogodišnjeg klupskog liječnika Götza Dimanskog, internisticu Manju Guha i internista Hermanna Holzhütera, koji je u međuvremenu preminuo, piše jutarnji.hr.

Smatra ih odgovornima za njegovo teško zdravstveno stanje te gubitak bubrega. Tužio ih je jer smatra da nisu prepoznali bolest bubrega koju je imao godinama, a mogla se dijagnosticirati iz obične pretrage krvi.

Beskrajni postupak koji je započeo još davne 2004. konačno će biti okončan, a Klasnić iz njega izlazi kao pobjednik. Trebao bi dobiti odštetu od četiri milijuna eura, javlja Bild.
