Bivši napadač Hajduka i reprezentacije Bosne i Hercegovine Almir Turković otkrio je kako je završio na Poljudu. Vraćao se 2002. godine iz Japana u Hrvatsku, a novi angažman nije morao dugo čekati.

- Ja imam kartu Osaka-Frankfurt, Frankfurt-Zagreb, Zagreb-Sarajevo. Međutim ja sletim u Zagrebu i ne idem više avionom, a stvari odoše u Sarajevo. Mi se nađemo i bio je s nama pokojni Dino Pokrovac, on je bio menadžer i veliki hajdukovac. I mi smo se upoznali, a on meni kaže: "Hoćeš da ti ja nađem klub?". Ja sletio, želio sam se malo odmoriti, a ne znam ni gdje su mi stvari. A on me opet upitao: "Hoćeš li igrati u Hajduku ili Dinamu?" – otkrio je Turković i dodao:

- Nakon toga sam zvao Zorana Vulića, a on je rekao: "Jel‘ to ovaj Turković što je došao iz Japana? Ujutro neka dođe potpisati ugovor, ja ga čekam u osam ispred kluba". Pokrovac ga pita "jel‘ sigurno tako? ", a on odgovori: "Takav mi igrač treba da budem prvak!" I on prekine slušalicu, a ja vidim da nemam gdje. Meni drago da Zoran Vulić ima takvo mišljenje o meni. Mi smo ujutro došli u Split u 8 sati. Vulić nas predstavlja kod predsjednika i kaže mu: "Ja želim ovog igrača, ja ću biti prvak". Uglavnom, kad smo potpisivali ugovor ništa se nismo dogovarali nit‘ oko para. Koga interesiraju pare? Mene ne interesiraju tu pare uopće. Meni je cilj da igram za Hajduk, da odigram i mogu umrijeti odma. Ozbiljno, majke mi moje! Potpisao bih onda i džaba, a nemam pojma koliko sam tad potpisao, ni što stam potpisao. To nije uopće ni bila tema razgovora, oko para nismo ništa pričali. Ali velika je to stvar. Mi smo tad uzeli Kup, dva naslov prvaka i dva Superkupa. Mi smo uzeli pet trofeja. Kad gledaš iz ove perspektive, Hajduk to više nikad nije napravio – prepričao je Turković u podcastu (IN)Direkt.

Turković je u karijeri osim u Hajduku igrao još za Cerezo Osaku, Osijek i Sarajevo.

Bivši napadač Hajduka i reprezentacije Bosne i Hercegovine Almir Turković otkrio je kako je završio na Poljudu. Vraćao se 2002. godine iz Japana u Hrvatsku, a novi angažman nije morao dugo čekati.

- Ja imam kartu Osaka-Frankfurt, Frankfurt-Zagreb, Zagreb-Sarajevo. Međutim ja sletim u Zagrebu i ne idem više avionom, a stvari odoše u Sarajevo. Mi se nađemo i bio je s nama pokojni Dino Pokrovac, on je bio menadžer i veliki hajdukovac. I mi smo se upoznali, a on meni kaže: "Hoćeš da ti ja nađem klub?". Ja sletio, želio sam se malo odmoriti, a ne znam ni gdje su mi stvari. A on me opet upitao: "Hoćeš li igrati u Hajduku ili Dinamu?" – otkrio je Turković i dodao:

- Nakon toga sam zvao Zorana Vulića, a on je rekao: "Jel‘ to ovaj Turković što je došao iz Japana? Ujutro neka dođe potpisati ugovor, ja ga čekam u osam ispred kluba". Uglavnom, kad smo potpisivali ugovor ništa se nismo dogovarali nit‘ oko para. Koga interesiraju pare? Mene ne interesiraju tu pare uopće. Meni je cilj da igram za Hajduk, da odigram i mogu umrijeti odma. Ozbiljno, majke mi moje! Potpisao bih onda i džaba, a nemam pojma koliko sam tad potpisao, ni što stam potpisao. To nije uopće ni bila tema razgovora, oko para nismo ništa pričali. Ali velika je to stvar. Mi smo tad uzeli Kup, dva naslov prvaka i dva Superkupa. Mi smo uzeli pet trofeja. Kad gledaš iz ove perspektive, Hajduk to više nikad nije napravio – prepričao je Turković u podcastu (IN)Direkt.

Turković je u karijeri osim u Hajduku igrao još za Cerezo Osaku, Osijek i Sarajevo.

Bivši napadač Hajduka i reprezentacije Bosne i Hercegovine Almir Turković otkrio je kako je završio na Poljudu. Vraćao se 2002. godine iz Japana u Hrvatsku, a novi angažman nije morao dugo čekati.

- Ja imam kartu Osaka-Frankfurt, Frankfurt-Zagreb, Zagreb-Sarajevo. Međutim ja sletim u Zagrebu i ne idem više avionom, a stvari odoše u Sarajevo. Mi se nađemo i bio je s nama pokojni Dino Pokrovac, on je bio menadžer i veliki hajdukovac. I mi smo se upoznali, a on meni kaže: "Hoćeš da ti ja nađem klub?". Ja sletio, želio sam se malo odmoriti, a ne znam ni gdje su mi stvari. A on me opet upitao: "Hoćeš li igrati u Hajduku ili Dinamu?" – otkrio je Turković i dodao:
