Prvi prijelazni rok Ivana Kepčije i Marija Stanića prošao je u znaku pojačavanja obrane. Napadač je također bio jedna od pozicija na kojoj su Bijeli tražili igrača, ali on ipak nije bio prioritet. Ako naiđemo na nekoga koji je dovoljno kvalitetan i cjenovno prihvatljiv, dovest ćemo ga - to je bio zajednički stav Tudora i dvojca odgovornog za sportsku politiku.

Kako se 17. veljače primicao, to je bilo sve jasnije da će na Poljud teško stići novi napadač, jer svaki onaj koji bi predstavljao napredak u odnosu na postojeći kadar bio je preskup. Istovremeno, otvorila se mogućnost Jairovog odlaska u kazahstanski Kairat, a spominjao se iznos između dva i dva i pol milijuna eura.

Ipak, Brazilac je ostao na Poljudu, a njegov ostanak pokazao se kao najveće pojačanje koji su Bijeli mogli dobiti.

Često se stavljao naglasak na to da Jairova prirodna pozicija nije u vrhu napada, navijači su zazivali "pravog napadača", ali Brazilac je sa svakom utakmicom pokazivao da se sve više navikava na novu ulogu i da se pretvara u Hajdukovog ključnog igrača.

Od izvlačenja na krilnu poziciju kod Oreščanina, preko glavne točke u fazi napada kod Burića, kada je pretežito bio zadužen za zadržavanje lopte i sudjelovao u velikom broju duela, do današnje uloge kompletnog napadača.

Jairo je dobro apsolvirao gotovo sve što bi jedan napadač trebao znati i pretvorio se u napadača koji će osvojiti loptu, zadržati je, ući u prostor, odvući protivničkog igrača, spustiti se u sredinu kako bi primio loptu i omogućio nastavak napada, pravovremeno asistirati suigraču... Ma što god hoćete.

I dalje se zna izvući na krilo i raširiti igru kada situacija to zahtijeva, ali više ne djeluje kao da jedva čeka to učiniti, sada se osjeća ugodno u svakoj poziciji.

Njegova uspješna transformacija i nije toliko iznenađujuća s obzirom na njegove karakteristike, a on je samo jedan u nizu Brazilaca koji se već tradicionalno uspješno prilagođavaju novim ulogama.

Prvi na pamet pada Roberto Firmino, koji je u Hoffenheimu imao drugačiju ulogu nego u Liverpoolu, a koji je danas možda i najbolji sistemski napadač. Da pojasnimo izraz "sistemski napadač" - riječ je o igraču koji zbog svojih kvaliteta idealno funkcionira unutar određene taktičke ideje, iako u drugačijim okolnostima možda ne bi igrao na takvoj razini.

Jairo u određenom smislu čak i nadilazi pojam "sistemskog napadača", naravno u kontekstu razine na kojoj igra, i ostavlja dojam da će biti sve bolji.

Predstava koju je prikazao u subotu protiv Gorice bila je jedna od njegovih najboljih u bijelom dresu, a možda će upravo ona biti ta nakon koje će ga javnost napokon prihvatiti kao napadača.

Hajdukova struka donijela je mnogo upitnih odluka proteklih godina kada su u pitanju transferi, ali ostanak Jaira definitivno je jedna od najboljih. Čija je točno zasluga u pitanju, ne možemo znati, a Jairov odgovor da je odluka bila zajednička ne odaje nam puno.

Je li Kepčija bio taj koji je stopirao transfer, ili je možda Mario Stanić savjetovao predsjednika da bi Brazilca bilo bolje zadržati? Bilo kako bilo, tim potezom uprava Bijelih pokazala je da može donijeti dobru odluku, a simpatizeri kluba će se nadati da će ih budućnosti biti još.

Prvi prijelazni rok Ivana Kepčije i Marija Stanića prošao je u znaku pojačavanja obrane. Napadač je također bio jedna od pozicija na kojoj su Bijeli tražili igrača, ali on ipak nije bio prioritet. Ako naiđemo na nekoga koji je dovoljno kvalitetan i cjenovno prihvatljiv, dovest ćemo ga - to je bio zajednički stav Tudora i dvojca odgovornog za sportsku politiku.

Kako se 17. veljače primicao, to je bilo sve jasnije da će na Poljud teško stići novi napadač, jer svaki onaj koji bi predstavljao napredak u odnosu na postojeći kadar bio je preskup. Istovremeno, otvorila se mogućnost Jairovog odlaska u kazahstanski Kairat, a spominjao se iznos između dva i dva i pol milijuna eura.

Ipak, Brazilac je ostao na Poljudu, a njegov ostanak pokazao se kao najveće pojačanje koji su Bijeli mogli dobiti.

Često se stavljao naglasak na to da Jairova prirodna pozicija nije u vrhu napada, navijači su zazivali "pravog napadača", ali Brazilac je sa svakom utakmicom pokazivao da se sve više navikava na novu ulogu i da se pretvara u Hajdukovog ključnog igrača.

Od izvlačenja na krilnu poziciju kod Oreščanina, preko glavne točke u fazi napada kod Burića, kada je pretežito bio zadužen za zadržavanje lopte i sudjelovao u velikom broju duela, do današnje uloge kompletnog napadača.

Jairo je dobro apsolvirao gotovo sve što bi jedan napadač trebao znati i pretvorio se u napadača koji će osvojiti loptu, zadržati je, ući u prostor, odvući protivničkog igrača, spustiti se u sredinu kako bi primio loptu i omogućio nastavak napada, pravovremeno asistirati suigraču... Ma što god hoćete.

I dalje se zna izvući na krilo i raširiti igru kada situacija to zahtijeva, ali više ne djeluje kao da jedva čeka to učiniti, sada se osjeća ugodno u svakoj poziciji.

Njegova uspješna transformacija i nije toliko iznenađujuća s obzirom na njegove karakteristike, a on je samo jedan u nizu Brazilaca koji se već tradicionalno uspješno prilagođavaju novim ulogama.

Prvi na pamet pada Roberto Firmino, koji je u Hoffenheimu imao drugačiju ulogu nego u Liverpoolu, a koji je danas možda i najbolji sistemski napadač. Da pojasnimo izraz "sistemski napadač" - riječ je o igraču koji zbog svojih kvaliteta idealno funkcionira unutar određene taktičke ideje, iako u drugačijim okolnostima možda ne bi igrao na takvoj razini.

Jairo u određenom smislu čak i nadilazi pojam "sistemskog napadača", naravno u kontekstu razine na kojoj igra, i ostavlja dojam da će biti sve bolji.

Predstava koju je prikazao u subotu protiv Gorice bila je jedna od njegovih najboljih u bijelom dresu, a možda će upravo ona biti ta nakon koje će ga javnost napokon prihvatiti kao napadača.

Hajdukova struka donijela je mnogo upitnih odluka proteklih godina kada su u pitanju transferi, ali ostanak Jaira definitivno je jedna od najboljih. Čija je točno zasluga u pitanju, ne možemo znati, a Jairov odgovor da je odluka bila zajednička ne odaje nam puno.

Je li Kepčija bio taj koji je stopirao transfer, ili je možda Mario Stanić savjetovao predsjednika da bi Brazilca bilo bolje zadržati? Bilo kako bilo, tim potezom uprava Bijelih pokazala je da može donijeti dobru odluku, a simpatizeri kluba će se nadati da će ih budućnosti biti još.

Prvi prijelazni rok Ivana Kepčije i Marija Stanića prošao je u znaku pojačavanja obrane. Napadač je također bio jedna od pozicija na kojoj su Bijeli tražili igrača, ali on ipak nije bio prioritet. Ako naiđemo na nekoga koji je dovoljno kvalitetan i cjenovno prihvatljiv, dovest ćemo ga - to je bio zajednički stav Tudora i dvojca odgovornog za sportsku politiku.

Kako se 17. veljače primicao, to je bilo sve jasnije da će na Poljud teško stići novi napadač, jer svaki onaj koji bi predstavljao napredak u odnosu na postojeći kadar bio je preskup. Istovremeno, otvorila se mogućnost Jairovog odlaska u kazahstanski Kairat, a spominjao se iznos između dva i dva i pol milijuna eura.
