Kad netko spomene Split i košarku, bilo gdje u svijetu, prvo što čovjeku padne na pamet su Kukoč, Rađa i Jugoplastika. I svi ostali ‘žuti‘ iz tog povijesnog vremena kada su Gripe imale tri godine uzastopce prvaka Europe.

Iz ove perspektive to djeluje nestvarno, poput bajke. Mlađi bi mogli pomisliti da su im ‘starješine‘ cijelu tu priču izmislili. No, dogodilo se. I danas kad nekome kažeš KK Split, uglavnom pita jel‘ to bivša Jugoplastika.

Je li možda vrijeme da se razmisli o povratku starog imena? Nosi on tu ‘jugo‘ konotaciju, ali ovo je ime iznad politike, čak i iznad košarke, sporta. Ime Jugoplastike proslavilo se svijetom. Pustimo sad onaj jednokratni Pop 84, sve je to u glavama ljubitelja košarke - Jugoplastika.

Stoga, i vas pitamo. Treba li vratiti slavno ime, ili ostati na KK Split? Ili vam je svejedno?

Kad netko spomene Split i košarku, bilo gdje u svijetu, prvo što čovjeku padne na pamet su Kukoč, Rađa i Jugoplastika. I svi ostali ‘žuti‘ iz tog povijesnog vremena kada su Gripe imale tri godine uzastopce prvaka Europe.

Iz ove perspektive to djeluje nestvarno, poput bajke. Mlađi bi mogli pomisliti da su im ‘starješine‘ cijelu tu priču izmislili. No, dogodilo se. I danas kad nekome kažeš KK Split, uglavnom pita jel‘ to bivša Jugoplastika.

Je li možda vrijeme da se razmisli o povratku starog imena? Nosi on tu ‘jugo‘ konotaciju, ali ovo je ime iznad politike, čak i iznad košarke, sporta. Ime Jugoplastike proslavilo se svijetom. Pustimo sad onaj jednokratni Pop 84, sve je to u glavama ljubitelja košarke - Jugoplastika.

Stoga, i vas pitamo. Treba li vratiti slavno ime, ili ostati na KK Split? Ili vam je svejedno?

Kad netko spomene Split i košarku, bilo gdje u svijetu, prvo što čovjeku padne na pamet su Kukoč, Rađa i Jugoplastika. I svi ostali ‘žuti‘ iz tog povijesnog vremena kada su Gripe imale tri godine uzastopce prvaka Europe.

Iz ove perspektive to djeluje nestvarno, poput bajke. Mlađi bi mogli pomisliti da su im ‘starješine‘ cijelu tu priču izmislili. No, dogodilo se. I danas kad nekome kažeš KK Split, uglavnom pita jel‘ to bivša Jugoplastika.

Je li možda vrijeme da se razmisli o povratku starog imena? Nosi on tu ‘jugo‘ konotaciju, ali ovo je ime iznad politike, čak i iznad košarke, sporta. Ime Jugoplastike proslavilo se svijetom. Pustimo sad onaj jednokratni Pop 84, sve je to u glavama ljubitelja košarke - Jugoplastika.

Stoga, i vas pitamo. Treba li vratiti slavno ime, ili ostati na KK Split? Ili vam je svejedno?
