Neimenovani igrač NFL-a podnio je građansku tužbu protiv američke zrakoplovne kompanije United Airlines zbog seksualnog uznemiravanja i zlostavljanja jedne putnice tijekom leta iz Los Angelesaa za Newark.

Neimenovani igrač je na sudu u Los Angelesu podnio tužbu protiv kompanije u kojoj tvrdi da ga je putnica tijekom leta "seksualno uznemiravala, napadala i zlostavljala."

Nepoznati igrač i njegov prijatelj tvrde kako su strpljivo molili ženu da se smiri i podnijeli četiri pritužbe stjuardesama prije nego što je žena, koja je bila u alkoholiziranom stanju i uzimala tablete, premještena na drugo mjesto.

"Ovo pitanje se tiče odgovornosti, ne samo Uniteda, već i napadača", rekao je odvjetnik muškaraca za NBC. "Oni koji imaju dužnost prema drugima trebali bi biti odgovorni za svoje neuspjehe," dodao je.

Glasnogovornik Uniteda je naglasio kako je putnik premješten na drugo sjedište, a kako je sudski postupak još u tijeku, ne mogu davati daljnje komentare.

Neimenovani igrač NFL-a podnio je građansku tužbu protiv američke zrakoplovne kompanije United Airlines zbog seksualnog uznemiravanja i zlostavljanja jedne putnice tijekom leta iz Los Angelesaa za Newark.

Neimenovani igrač je na sudu u Los Angelesu podnio tužbu protiv kompanije u kojoj tvrdi da ga je putnica tijekom leta "seksualno uznemiravala, napadala i zlostavljala."

Nepoznati igrač i njegov prijatelj tvrde kako su strpljivo molili ženu da se smiri i podnijeli četiri pritužbe stjuardesama prije nego što je žena, koja je bila u alkoholiziranom stanju i uzimala tablete, premještena na drugo mjesto.

"Ovo pitanje se tiče odgovornosti, ne samo Uniteda, već i napadača", rekao je odvjetnik muškaraca za NBC. "Oni koji imaju dužnost prema drugima trebali bi biti odgovorni za svoje neuspjehe," dodao je.

Glasnogovornik Uniteda je naglasio kako je putnik premješten na drugo sjedište, a kako je sudski postupak još u tijeku, ne mogu davati daljnje komentare.
