Ni pandemija koronavirusa nije poremetila održavanje ovogodišnje jubilarne 25. regate krstaša “Sušac 100x2”.

Tek je jugo odgodilo start za 24 sata, pa će flota umjesto u petak točno u podne zajedriti put pučinskog otoka danas, subota u podne sa startne linije ispred splitskog “Mornara”. Oni su naime organizatori ove regate od sto nautičkih milja za dvoje, od Splita pa oko Sušac i nazad u Split, a ove godine broji se i rekord što se jedrilica tiče – čak 52 broda sa po dva člana posade popunilo je startnu listu.

A među njima već standardno je puno iskusnih i proslavljenih jedriličara, od srebrnog olimpijskog medaljonoše Tonča Stipanovića, pa mnogobrojnih olimpijaca: Mate Arapova, Ivana Kljakovića Gašpića, Luke Radelića, te Tomislava Bašića, do iskusnih “morskih vukova” kao što je Miljenko Nikolić kojem je ovo 20. nastup na “Sušcu”, te legendarni Zlatan Filip Zoričić, Leo Lemešić, Ferdo Matulja, Darko Prižmić...

A upravo potonji Pelješanin, Prižmić drži i rekord najbržeg broda regate! Prižmić je zajedno sa Igorom Piacunom, na brodu “Adria Azija HPB”, 2007. godine projedrio rutu od sto milja za 13:37,52 sati.

Hoće li ove godine, povodom “kvarat stoljeća” regatavanja, pasti novi rekord vidjet ćemo, jer je olujno jugo start pomaklo za jedan dan, no prema prognozi unatoč mirnijim uvjetima, vjetra će biti dovoljno za jedno pravo muško regatavanje.

Uz jedan kuriozitet – među flotom je i šest mješovitih posada, muško-ženski parovi su sada “in”, a svakako će zanimljivo biti pratiti regatavanje proslavljenog skijaša Ivice Kostelića u paru sa “meštricom od idara” Petrom Klibom.

Ni pandemija koronavirusa nije poremetila održavanje ovogodišnje jubilarne 25. regate krstaša “Sušac 100x2”.

Tek je jugo odgodilo start za 24 sata, pa će flota umjesto u petak točno u podne zajedriti put pučinskog otoka danas, subota u podne sa startne linije ispred splitskog “Mornara”. Oni su naime organizatori ove regate od sto nautičkih milja za dvoje, od Splita pa oko Sušac i nazad u Split, a ove godine broji se i rekord što se jedrilica tiče – čak 52 broda sa po dva člana posade popunilo je startnu listu.

A među njima već standardno je puno iskusnih i proslavljenih jedriličara, od srebrnog olimpijskog medaljonoše Tonča Stipanovića, pa mnogobrojnih olimpijaca: Mate Arapova, Ivana Kljakovića Gašpića, Luke Radelića, te Tomislava Bašića, do iskusnih “morskih vukova” kao što je Miljenko Nikolić kojem je ovo 20. nastup na “Sušcu”, te legendarni Zlatan Filip Zoričić, Leo Lemešić, Ferdo Matulja, Darko Prižmić...

A upravo potonji Pelješanin, Prižmić drži i rekord najbržeg broda regate! Prižmić je zajedno sa Igorom Piacunom, na brodu “Adria Azija HPB”, 2007. godine projedrio rutu od sto milja za 13:37,52 sati.

Hoće li ove godine, povodom “kvarat stoljeća” regatavanja, pasti novi rekord vidjet ćemo, jer je olujno jugo start pomaklo za jedan dan, no prema prognozi unatoč mirnijim uvjetima, vjetra će biti dovoljno za jedno pravo muško regatavanje.

Uz jedan kuriozitet – među flotom je i šest mješovitih posada, muško-ženski parovi su sada “in”, a svakako će zanimljivo biti pratiti regatavanje proslavljenog skijaša Ivice Kostelića u paru sa “meštricom od idara” Petrom Klibom.

Tek je jugo odgodilo start za 24 sata, pa će flota umjesto u petak točno u podne zajedriti put pučinskog otoka danas, subota u podne sa startne linije ispred splitskog “Mornara”. Oni su naime organizatori ove regate od sto nautičkih milja za dvoje, od Splita pa oko Sušac i nazad u Split, a ove godine broji se i rekord što se jedrilica tiče – čak 52 broda sa po dva člana posade popunilo je startnu listu.
