Britanac Elfyn Evans u Toyoti GR Yaris Rally1 pobjednik je trećeg izdanja WRC Croatia Rallyja koji se boduje u poretku za Svjetsko prvenstvo.

Nakon Francuza Sebastiena Ogiera i Finca Kalle Rovanpere dobili smo i trećeg pobjednika Croatia Rallyja, a to je 34-godišnji Velšanin Evans.

Treća je to pobjeda za Toyotu u Hrvatskoj, te šesta za Evansa u njegovoj WRC karijeri. Prvu pobjedu je ostvario 2017. u Walesu, a prije Hrvatske zadnji put je slavio 2021. u Finskoj.

"Osjećaji su pomiješani, Moramo se vratiti u stvarnost. Dugo smo radili na tome, ali iznenađujuće je koliko malo to znači u ovom trenutku. Opet nam nedostaje naš prijatelj, odmah nakon prelaska cilja to je sve o čemu možemo razmišljati," kazao je Evans na novinarskoj konferenciji.

"Pozitivno je što sam napokon pobijedio, bio sam nekoliko puta blizu. Znali smo da će biti teško, pomoglo nam je i što su neki vozači vrlo rano imali problema. To nam je otvorilo priliku da se borimo za pobjedu. Trebao sam biti brži, međutim glavno je bilo ostati izvan problema," dodao je. 

Nakon 20 brzinskih ispita raspoređenih na različitim terenima u pet hrvatskih županija ukupne dužine od 301.26 kilometara, Evans je slavio s rezultatom 2:50.543.

Evansov suvozač Scott Martin je istaknuo kako je za cijelu momčad bio težak vikend nakon pogibije momčadskog kolege Craiga Breena.

"Bio je to vrlo emocionalan kraj, siguran sam kako je Craig bio uz nas. Treba će neko vrijeme, dani, tjedni, mjeseci kako bi sve ovo probavili. Bio je vrlo izazovan vikend za cijelu momčad i želim im na tome čestitati," dodao je Martin.

Drugi je bio Estonac Ott Tanak u Ford Pumi Rally1 koji je za pobjednikom zaostao 27 sekundi.

"Što se tiče rezultata, možemo biti zadovoljni. Sigurno nam nedostaje konstantnosti, međutim osvojili smo dosta bodova," kazao je 35-godišnji Estonac kojem je ovo bilo 44. postolje u karijeri.

"Bilo je dosta obećavajućih stvari, međutim ispred nas je još mnogo posla. Nisam imao dobar osjećaj danas, imali smo problema, pa je najvažnije bilo završiti bez problema. Morat ćemo se popraviti za nastavak sezone," dodao je.

Treći je bio Finac Esapekka Lappi (Hyundai i20 N Rally1) sa 58.6 sekundi zaostatka. Za 32-godišnjeg Finca to je 11. postolje u karijeri, pri čemu prvo u Hyundaijevim bojama. Za Lappija i njegovog suvozača Jannea Ferma bila je ovo također posebno emotivna utrka nakon Breenove nesreće.

"Ne znam odakle početi, da budem iskren. Veliko hvala cijeloj ekipi, siguran sam da većini nas nije bilo lako doći ovamo. Iza mene su najteži dani u mojoj sportskoj karijeri. Bilo je stvarno teško, ali držali smo glave pribrane i pametnom vožnjom uspio se popeti na postolje, što je jako važno za mene i momčad," kazao je Lappi.

"Ponsan sam na ekipu, ostvarili smo odličan rezultat," naglasio je.

Aktualni svjetski prvak i prošlogodišnji pobjednik hrvatskog relija, Finac Kalle Rovanpera bio je četvrti (+1:18), dok je Francuz Sebastien Ogier bio peti (1:28).

Nakon dva treća mjesta u Hrvatskoj, Belgijanac Thierry Neuville se nadao pobjedi, no tijekom drugog dana je doživio udes i ostao bez prilike za pobjedu.

"Razočaran sam zbog momčadi i zbog nas nakon svega što se dogodilo. Ovo je težak trenutak, znate. Stvarno smo željeli tu pobjedu, htjeli smo to učiniti za Craiga, ali propustili smo priliku. Dali smo sve od sebe ovdje," naglasio je Neuville.

U WRC2 slavio je Francuz Yohan Rossel (C3) kojem je to druga pobjeda sezone nakon što je slavio i u Monte Carlu.

Nakon četri utrke u ukupnom poretku Svjetskog prvenstva vode Sebastien Ogier i Elfyn Evans sa po 69 bodova, Kalle Roivanpera ima bod manje, Ott Tanak je četvrti sa 65 bodova, dok je peti Thierry Neuville sa 58 bodova.

"Utrka je otvorena, prvih pet je u svega nekoliko bodova. Međutim, daleko je kraj sezone. Slijedi Portugal koji je uvijek izazovan," naglasio je Evans.

Iduća WRC stanica je Portugal gdje će se najbolji relijaši svijeta nadmetati od 11. do 14. svibnja. U kalendaru ove sezone ukupno je 13 relija, a sezona završava sredinom studenog u Japanu.

Organizacijski odbor Croatia Rallyja osudio je incident neodgovornih navijača nakon što se na društvenim mrežama pojavila snimka koja je navodno snimljena na ovogodišnjem izdanju hrvatskog WRC relija.

Na snimci se vidi sukob dvojice navijača na stazi nekoliko trenutaka prije prolaska jednog od reli vozila.

Njihovo verbalno prepucavanje pretvorilo se u fizički sukob, obračun su pokušali zaustaviti redari, a pojavio se i policajac. Pomogli su i drugi gledatelji kako bi se ratoborne udaljilo sa staze i to u posljednjim trenucima prije prolaska automobila.

Vodstvo relija najoštrije je osudilo ponašanje neodgovornih gledatelja poručivši kako će ih pronaći i sankcionirati.

"Najoštrije osuđujemo ponašanje neodgovornih pojedinaca prikazano u videu. Ove scene u niti jednom svom dijelu ne prikazuju istinsku navijačku zajednicu koja strastveno prati automobilistički sport i automobilistička natjecanja. Svojim neodgovornim ponašanjem akteri ovih scena nisu u opasnost doveli samo svoje živote već i službene osobe, volontere natjecanja te natjecateljske posade," poručili su iz Organizacijskog odbora WRC Croatia Rally 2023.

"Kao što je vidljivo na snimci, službeno osoblje i naši volonteri učinili su sve, riskirajući svoje živote, kako bi ovaj događaj spriječili te osigurali cestu. U dogovoru s nadležnim službama podnijet ćemo službenu prijavu i tražiti da se akteri pronađu i najoštrije sankcioniraju," dodaje se.

Na trećem izdanju Croatia Rallyja nastupilo je osam hrvatskih posada, a najbolji plasman ostvarili su Tomas Hrvatin i Đani Simčić u Renault Clio Rally4 zauzevši 29. mjesto od 48 posada koliko ih je stiglo do cilja.

Jan Pokos i Vili Ošlaj u Peugeot 208 Rally4 su zauzeli 30. mjesto, Željko Magličić i Ivan Poljak su u Ford Fiesti Rally4 bili stepenicu niže, dok su Igor Mandić i Albert Ivančić u Renault Clio RS Line Rally5 bili 34.

Vjekoslav Čičko i Eugen Kokolić u Renault Clio RS Line Rally5 su osvojili 39. mjesto, Marko Lončarić i Gabrijel Krnjić (Renault Clio Rally 4) su bili 40., dok su Slaven Šekuljica i Damir Petrović (Renault Clio RS Line Rally5) zauzeli, posljednje 48. mjesto.

Najviše se očekivalo od Martina Ravenščaka i Dore Ravenščak koji su bili prijavljen s Fordom Fiestom Rally3 u klasi WRC3, međutim nisu stigli do cilja.

Britanac Elfyn Evans u Toyoti GR Yaris Rally1 pobjednik je trećeg izdanja WRC Croatia Rallyja koji se boduje u poretku za Svjetsko prvenstvo.

Nakon Francuza Sebastiena Ogiera i Finca Kalle Rovanpere dobili smo i trećeg pobjednika Croatia Rallyja, a to je 34-godišnji Velšanin Evans.

Treća je to pobjeda za Toyotu u Hrvatskoj, te šesta za Evansa u njegovoj WRC karijeri. Prvu pobjedu je ostvario 2017. u Walesu, a prije Hrvatske zadnji put je slavio 2021. u Finskoj.

"Osjećaji su pomiješani, Moramo se vratiti u stvarnost. Dugo smo radili na tome, ali iznenađujuće je koliko malo to znači u ovom trenutku. Opet nam nedostaje naš prijatelj, odmah nakon prelaska cilja to je sve o čemu možemo razmišljati," kazao je Evans na novinarskoj konferenciji.

"Pozitivno je što sam napokon pobijedio, bio sam nekoliko puta blizu. Znali smo da će biti teško, pomoglo nam je i što su neki vozači vrlo rano imali problema. To nam je otvorilo priliku da se borimo za pobjedu. Trebao sam biti brži, međutim glavno je bilo ostati izvan problema," dodao je. 

Nakon 20 brzinskih ispita raspoređenih na različitim terenima u pet hrvatskih županija ukupne dužine od 301.26 kilometara, Evans je slavio s rezultatom 2:50.543.

Evansov suvozač Scott Martin je istaknuo kako je za cijelu momčad bio težak vikend nakon pogibije momčadskog kolege Craiga Breena.

"Bio je to vrlo emocionalan kraj, siguran sam kako je Craig bio uz nas. Treba će neko vrijeme, dani, tjedni, mjeseci kako bi sve ovo probavili. Bio je vrlo izazovan vikend za cijelu momčad i želim im na tome čestitati," dodao je Martin.

Drugi je bio Estonac Ott Tanak u Ford Pumi Rally1 koji je za pobjednikom zaostao 27 sekundi.

"Što se tiče rezultata, možemo biti zadovoljni. Sigurno nam nedostaje konstantnosti, međutim osvojili smo dosta bodova," kazao je 35-godišnji Estonac kojem je ovo bilo 44. postolje u karijeri.

"Bilo je dosta obećavajućih stvari, međutim ispred nas je još mnogo posla. Nisam imao dobar osjećaj danas, imali smo problema, pa je najvažnije bilo završiti bez problema. Morat ćemo se popraviti za nastavak sezone," dodao je.

Treći je bio Finac Esapekka Lappi (Hyundai i20 N Rally1) sa 58.6 sekundi zaostatka. Za 32-godišnjeg Finca to je 11. postolje u karijeri, pri čemu prvo u Hyundaijevim bojama. Za Lappija i njegovog suvozača Jannea Ferma bila je ovo također posebno emotivna utrka nakon Breenove nesreće.

"Ne znam odakle početi, da budem iskren. Veliko hvala cijeloj ekipi, siguran sam da većini nas nije bilo lako doći ovamo. Iza mene su najteži dani u mojoj sportskoj karijeri. Bilo je stvarno teško, ali držali smo glave pribrane i pametnom vožnjom uspio se popeti na postolje, što je jako važno za mene i momčad," kazao je Lappi.

"Ponsan sam na ekipu, ostvarili smo odličan rezultat," naglasio je.

Aktualni svjetski prvak i prošlogodišnji pobjednik hrvatskog relija, Finac Kalle Rovanpera bio je četvrti (+1:18), dok je Francuz Sebastien Ogier bio peti (1:28).

Nakon dva treća mjesta u Hrvatskoj, Belgijanac Thierry Neuville se nadao pobjedi, no tijekom drugog dana je doživio udes i ostao bez prilike za pobjedu.

"Razočaran sam zbog momčadi i zbog nas nakon svega što se dogodilo. Ovo je težak trenutak, znate. Stvarno smo željeli tu pobjedu, htjeli smo to učiniti za Craiga, ali propustili smo priliku. Dali smo sve od sebe ovdje," naglasio je Neuville.

U WRC2 slavio je Francuz Yohan Rossel (C3) kojem je to druga pobjeda sezone nakon što je slavio i u Monte Carlu.

Nakon četri utrke u ukupnom poretku Svjetskog prvenstva vode Sebastien Ogier i Elfyn Evans sa po 69 bodova, Kalle Roivanpera ima bod manje, Ott Tanak je četvrti sa 65 bodova, dok je peti Thierry Neuville sa 58 bodova.

"Utrka je otvorena, prvih pet je u svega nekoliko bodova. Međutim, daleko je kraj sezone. Slijedi Portugal koji je uvijek izazovan," naglasio je Evans.

Iduća WRC stanica je Portugal gdje će se najbolji relijaši svijeta nadmetati od 11. do 14. svibnja. U kalendaru ove sezone ukupno je 13 relija, a sezona završava sredinom studenog u Japanu.

Organizacijski odbor Croatia Rallyja osudio je incident neodgovornih navijača nakon što se na društvenim mrežama pojavila snimka koja je navodno snimljena na ovogodišnjem izdanju hrvatskog WRC relija.

Na snimci se vidi sukob dvojice navijača na stazi nekoliko trenutaka prije prolaska jednog od reli vozila.

Njihovo verbalno prepucavanje pretvorilo se u fizički sukob, obračun su pokušali zaustaviti redari, a pojavio se i policajac. Pomogli su i drugi gledatelji kako bi se ratoborne udaljilo sa staze i to u posljednjim trenucima prije prolaska automobila.

Vodstvo relija najoštrije je osudilo ponašanje neodgovornih gledatelja poručivši kako će ih pronaći i sankcionirati.

"Najoštrije osuđujemo ponašanje neodgovornih pojedinaca prikazano u videu. Ove scene u niti jednom svom dijelu ne prikazuju istinsku navijačku zajednicu koja strastveno prati automobilistički sport i automobilistička natjecanja. Svojim neodgovornim ponašanjem akteri ovih scena nisu u opasnost doveli samo svoje živote već i službene osobe, volontere natjecanja te natjecateljske posade," poručili su iz Organizacijskog odbora WRC Croatia Rally 2023.

"Kao što je vidljivo na snimci, službeno osoblje i naši volonteri učinili su sve, riskirajući svoje živote, kako bi ovaj događaj spriječili te osigurali cestu. U dogovoru s nadležnim službama podnijet ćemo službenu prijavu i tražiti da se akteri pronađu i najoštrije sankcioniraju," dodaje se.

Na trećem izdanju Croatia Rallyja nastupilo je osam hrvatskih posada, a najbolji plasman ostvarili su Tomas Hrvatin i Đani Simčić u Renault Clio Rally4 zauzevši 29. mjesto od 48 posada koliko ih je stiglo do cilja.

Jan Pokos i Vili Ošlaj u Peugeot 208 Rally4 su zauzeli 30. mjesto, Željko Magličić i Ivan Poljak su u Ford Fiesti Rally4 bili stepenicu niže, dok su Igor Mandić i Albert Ivančić u Renault Clio RS Line Rally5 bili 34.

Vjekoslav Čičko i Eugen Kokolić u Renault Clio RS Line Rally5 su osvojili 39. mjesto, Marko Lončarić i Gabrijel Krnjić (Renault Clio Rally 4) su bili 40., dok su Slaven Šekuljica i Damir Petrović (Renault Clio RS Line Rally5) zauzeli, posljednje 48. mjesto.

Najviše se očekivalo od Martina Ravenščaka i Dore Ravenščak koji su bili prijavljen s Fordom Fiestom Rally3 u klasi WRC3, međutim nisu stigli do cilja.
