Engleski nogometni premierligaš Crystal Palace imenovao je Austrijanca Olivera Glasnera (49) za novog menadžera nakon što je Roy Hodgson (76) podnio ostavku.

Hodgson je u ponedjeljak podnio ostavku nakon što mu prošlog tjedna pozlilo na treningu nakon čega je primljen u bolnicu. Njegovo stanje je sada stabilno i napustio je bolnicu.

Umjesto najstarijeg menadžera u elitnom razredu engleskog nogometa, vodstvo londonskog kluba je za novog menadžera imenovalo 49-godišnjeg Austrijanca koji je za Palace potpisao ugovor do lipnja 2026.

"Jako sam sretan što sam se pridružio Crystal Palaceu kao menadžer. Veselim se radu s talentiranom momčadi, susretu s navijačima kluba i doživljaju atmosfere Selhurst Parka o kojoj sam toliko slušao," kazao je Glasner za klupsku stranicu.

Austrijanac je posljednji posao obavljao u Eintrachtu iz Frankfurta, a prije toga je radio u Riedu, LASK-u i Wolfsburgu. S Eintrachtom je Glasner osvojio i Europsku ligu u sezoni 2022./23.

"Drago mi je što mogu Oliveru poželjeti dobrodošlicu u klub. Ima izvanredne rezultate i vjerujemo da je on pravi menadžer koji može povesti klub naprijed u ovoj ključnoj fazi," poručio je predsjednik kluba Steve Parish.

Crystal Palace se trenutačno nalazi na 16. mjestu Premier lige sa 24 boda, pet više od zone ispadanja. Londonski klub večeras očekuje gostovanje kod Evertona.

Engleski nogometni premierligaš Crystal Palace imenovao je Austrijanca Olivera Glasnera (49) za novog menadžera nakon što je Roy Hodgson (76) podnio ostavku.

Hodgson je u ponedjeljak podnio ostavku nakon što mu prošlog tjedna pozlilo na treningu nakon čega je primljen u bolnicu. Njegovo stanje je sada stabilno i napustio je bolnicu.

Umjesto najstarijeg menadžera u elitnom razredu engleskog nogometa, vodstvo londonskog kluba je za novog menadžera imenovalo 49-godišnjeg Austrijanca koji je za Palace potpisao ugovor do lipnja 2026.

"Jako sam sretan što sam se pridružio Crystal Palaceu kao menadžer. Veselim se radu s talentiranom momčadi, susretu s navijačima kluba i doživljaju atmosfere Selhurst Parka o kojoj sam toliko slušao," kazao je Glasner za klupsku stranicu.

Austrijanac je posljednji posao obavljao u Eintrachtu iz Frankfurta, a prije toga je radio u Riedu, LASK-u i Wolfsburgu. S Eintrachtom je Glasner osvojio i Europsku ligu u sezoni 2022./23.

"Drago mi je što mogu Oliveru poželjeti dobrodošlicu u klub. Ima izvanredne rezultate i vjerujemo da je on pravi menadžer koji može povesti klub naprijed u ovoj ključnoj fazi," poručio je predsjednik kluba Steve Parish.

Crystal Palace se trenutačno nalazi na 16. mjestu Premier lige sa 24 boda, pet više od zone ispadanja. Londonski klub večeras očekuje gostovanje kod Evertona.

Austrijanac novi menadžer Crystal Palacea umjesto Roya Hodgsona

Engleski nogometni premierligaš Crystal Palace imenovao je Austrijanca Olivera Glasnera (49) za novog menadžera nakon što je Roy Hodgson (76) podnio ostavku.

Hodgson je u ponedjeljak podnio ostavku nakon što mu prošlog tjedna pozlilo na treningu nakon čega je primljen u bolnicu. Njegovo stanje je sada stabilno i napustio je bolnicu.

Umjesto najstarijeg menadžera u elitnom razredu engleskog nogometa, vodstvo londonskog kluba je za novog menadžera imenovalo 49-godišnjeg Austrijanca koji je za Palace potpisao ugovor do lipnja 2026.

"Jako sam sretan što sam se pridružio Crystal Palaceu kao menadžer. Veselim se radu s talentiranom momčadi, susretu s navijačima kluba i doživljaju atmosfere Selhurst Parka o kojoj sam toliko slušao," kazao je Glasner za klupsku stranicu.

Austrijanac je posljednji posao obavljao u Eintrachtu iz Frankfurta, a prije toga je radio u Riedu, LASK-u i Wolfsburgu. S Eintrachtom je Glasner osvojio i Europsku ligu u sezoni 2022./23.

"Drago mi je što mogu Oliveru poželjeti dobrodošlicu u klub. Ima izvanredne rezultate i vjerujemo da je on pravi menadžer koji može povesti klub naprijed u ovoj ključnoj fazi," poručio je predsjednik kluba Steve Parish.

Crystal Palace se trenutačno nalazi na 16. mjestu Premier lige sa 24 boda, pet više od zone ispadanja. Londonski klub večeras očekuje gostovanje kod Evertona.
