Benjamin Mendy je danas u potpunosti oslobođen optužbi za silovanje i pokušaje silovanja.

Sada već bivši nogometaš Manchester Cityja je još u siječnju oslobođen šest optužbi za silovanje i seksualno napastovanje, ali po jednoj optužbi za silovanje i pokušaj silovanja mu se ponovo sudilo. Nakon tri sata ispitivanja nisu pronađeni dokazi koji upućuju na njegovu krivicu pa je konačno oslobođen svih optužbi.

Mendy je u suzama dočekao izricanje oslobađajuće presude u slučaju koji se prvi put počeo spominjati prije tri godine. 

Njegova odvjetnica Jenny Wiltshire, rekla je kako je Mendy "pokušao ostati jak" ali je proces "imao ozbiljan utjecaj na njega". Žiri od šest muškaraca i šest žena vijećao je više d tri sata prije nego što je donio zaključak, a zatim je sudac Steven Everett rekao:

- Gospodin Mendy može biti pušten s optuženičke klupe.

Francuski nogometaš je istaknuo kako će se sada fokusirati na nastavak nogometne karijere. Ima 28 godina, a posljednju utakmicu je odigrao u kolovozu 2021. godine. Ugovor sa Cityjem mu je istekao pa je sada u statusu slobodnog igrača.

Nakon saslušanja njegova odvjetnica, Jenny Wiltshire, rekla je:

- Benjamin Mendy želi zahvaliti članovima porote što su se usredotočili na dokaze u ovom suđenju, a ne na glasine i aluzije koje prate ovaj slučaj od samog početka. Ovo je drugi put da je gospodinu Mendyju suđeno i da ga je porota proglasila nevinim.

Benjamin Mendy je danas u potpunosti oslobođen optužbi za silovanje i pokušaje silovanja.

Sada već bivši nogometaš Manchester Cityja je još u siječnju oslobođen šest optužbi za silovanje i seksualno napastovanje, ali po jednoj optužbi za silovanje i pokušaj silovanja mu se ponovo sudilo. Nakon tri sata ispitivanja nisu pronađeni dokazi koji upućuju na njegovu krivicu pa je konačno oslobođen svih optužbi.

Mendy je u suzama dočekao izricanje oslobađajuće presude u slučaju koji se prvi put počeo spominjati prije tri godine. 

Njegova odvjetnica Jenny Wiltshire, rekla je kako je Mendy "pokušao ostati jak" ali je proces "imao ozbiljan utjecaj na njega". Žiri od šest muškaraca i šest žena vijećao je više d tri sata prije nego što je donio zaključak, a zatim je sudac Steven Everett rekao:

- Gospodin Mendy može biti pušten s optuženičke klupe.

Francuski nogometaš je istaknuo kako će se sada fokusirati na nastavak nogometne karijere. Ima 28 godina, a posljednju utakmicu je odigrao u kolovozu 2021. godine. Ugovor sa Cityjem mu je istekao pa je sada u statusu slobodnog igrača.

Nakon saslušanja njegova odvjetnica, Jenny Wiltshire, rekla je:

- Benjamin Mendy želi zahvaliti članovima porote što su se usredotočili na dokaze u ovom suđenju, a ne na glasine i aluzije koje prate ovaj slučaj od samog početka. Ovo je drugi put da je gospodinu Mendyju suđeno i da ga je porota proglasila nevinim.

Bivši nogometaš Manchester Cityja i francuski reprezentativac u suzama dočekao oslobađajuću presudu za silovanje

Benjamin Mendy je danas u potpunosti oslobođen optužbi za silovanje i pokušaje silovanja.

Sada već bivši nogometaš Manchester Cityja je još u siječnju oslobođen šest optužbi za silovanje i seksualno napastovanje, ali po jednoj optužbi za silovanje i pokušaj silovanja mu se ponovo sudilo. Nakon tri sata ispitivanja nisu pronađeni dokazi koji upućuju na njegovu krivicu pa je konačno oslobođen svih optužbi.

Mendy je u suzama dočekao izricanje oslobađajuće presude u slučaju koji se prvi put počeo spominjati prije tri godine. 

Njegova odvjetnica Jenny Wiltshire, rekla je kako je Mendy "pokušao ostati jak" ali je proces "imao ozbiljan utjecaj na njega". Žiri od šest muškaraca i šest žena vijećao je više d tri sata prije nego što je donio zaključak, a zatim je sudac Steven Everett rekao:

- Gospodin Mendy može biti pušten s optuženičke klupe.

Francuski nogometaš je istaknuo kako će se sada fokusirati na nastavak nogometne karijere. Ima 28 godina, a posljednju utakmicu je odigrao u kolovozu 2021. godine. Ugovor sa Cityjem mu je istekao pa je sada u statusu slobodnog igrača.

Nakon saslušanja njegova odvjetnica, Jenny Wiltshire, rekla je:

- Benjamin Mendy želi zahvaliti članovima porote što su se usredotočili na dokaze u ovom suđenju, a ne na glasine i aluzije koje prate ovaj slučaj od samog početka. Ovo je drugi put da je gospodinu Mendyju suđeno i da ga je porota proglasila nevinim.
