Iskoristite sezonu patlidžana dok još traje i isprobajte sva jela od tog sočnog povrća koja još niste probali. Nedavno smo vam dali ideju za namaz od "balancana", sada vam nudimo recept za cijeli obrok. Patlidžane je potrebno prerezati, izdubiti i napuniti pa zapeći. U receptu je neizostavan sir - i to obilje njega. Isprobajte i uživajte!.

Patlidžani punjeni mozzarellom

Sastojci:

500 g patlidžana

300 g mozzarelle

100 g cherry rajčica

100 g parmigiana reggiana

kapari

bosiljak

maslinovo ulje

sol, papar

Priprema:

​Patlidžane prepolovite i izdubite. Dio koji je ostao uz koru poškropite uljem, posolite i zapecite desetak minuta u pećnici zagrijanoj na 200 stupnjeva, a izdubljeno meso nasjeckajte i prepržite na maslinovu ulju. Rajčice nasjeckajte, kapare ocijedite, obje vrste sira naribajte pa sve pomiješajte. Dodajte nadjevu sjeckani bosiljak, sol i papar. Napunite patlidžane i vratite ih u pećnicu na još 10-ak minuta.

Iskoristite sezonu patlidžana dok još traje i isprobajte sva jela od tog sočnog povrća koja još niste probali. Nedavno smo vam dali ideju za namaz od "balancana", sada vam nudimo recept za cijeli obrok. Patlidžane je potrebno prerezati, izdubiti i napuniti pa zapeći. U receptu je neizostavan sir - i to obilje njega. Isprobajte i uživajte!.

Patlidžani punjeni mozzarellom

Sastojci:

500 g patlidžana

300 g mozzarelle

100 g cherry rajčica

100 g parmigiana reggiana

kapari

bosiljak

maslinovo ulje

sol, papar

Priprema:

​Patlidžane prepolovite i izdubite. Dio koji je ostao uz koru poškropite uljem, posolite i zapecite desetak minuta u pećnici zagrijanoj na 200 stupnjeva, a izdubljeno meso nasjeckajte i prepržite na maslinovu ulju. Rajčice nasjeckajte, kapare ocijedite, obje vrste sira naribajte pa sve pomiješajte. Dodajte nadjevu sjeckani bosiljak, sol i papar. Napunite patlidžane i vratite ih u pećnicu na još 10-ak minuta.

Iskoristite sezonu patlidžana dok još traje i isprobajte sva jela od tog sočnog povrća koja još niste probali. Nedavno smo vam dali ideju za namaz od "balancana", sada vam nudimo recept za cijeli obrok. Patlidžane je potrebno prerezati, izdubiti i napuniti pa zapeći. U receptu je neizostavan sir - i to obilje njega. Isprobajte i uživajte!.

Patlidžani punjeni mozzarellom

Sastojci:

500 g patlidžana

300 g mozzarelle

100 g cherry rajčica

100 g parmigiana reggiana

kapari

bosiljak

maslinovo ulje

sol, papar

Priprema:

​Patlidžane prepolovite i izdubite. Dio koji je ostao uz koru poškropite uljem, posolite i zapecite desetak minuta u pećnici zagrijanoj na 200 stupnjeva, a izdubljeno meso nasjeckajte i prepržite na maslinovu ulju. Rajčice nasjeckajte, kapare ocijedite, obje vrste sira naribajte pa sve pomiješajte. Dodajte nadjevu sjeckani bosiljak, sol i papar. Napunite patlidžane i vratite ih u pećnicu na još 10-ak minuta.
