Nikad nam nije dosta recepata za dobar, kremasti domaći sladoled i zato smo vječno u potrazi. Sudeći prema fotografiji, a također i s obzirom na to tko je objavio recept, rekli bismo da smo pronašli pravu stvar.

Na profilu popularnog domaćeg blogera Mile Butorca (Hungry Mile) objavljen je recept za grčki sladoled koji je, dalo bi se zaključiti prema potrebnim sastojcima, vrlo kremast i potpuno neodoljiv. Super nam je što uključuje i zdrave sastojke poput grčkog jogurta i maslinovog ulja, ali i prave poslastice poput karameliziranih orašastih plodova.

Mile nam je dopustio da vam ga prenesemo, a na vama je da ga isprobate i javite nam kakav je.

Grčki sladoled

Sastojci:

200 ml mlijeka

200 ml slatkog vrhnja

3 žumanjka

vanilija (najbolje sjemenke iz mahune, ili dvije žličice dobrog ekstrakta, ili 2 vanilin šećera)

5 žlica šećera

4 žlice maslinova ulja

400 g grčkog jogurta (masnog)

2 žlice meda

karamelizirani orašasti plodovi

Postupak:

1. U lonac dodajte 3 žlice šećera, mlijeko, slatko vrhnje i vaniliju. Stavite na vatru da zavrije. U međuvremenu žumanjcima dodajte 2 žlice šećera i promiješajte pjenjačom.

2. Prije nego mlijeko zakipi odvadite malo mlijeka i polijte žumanjke, dobro promiješajte (tako ćete temperirati žumanjke i spriječiti da se prekuhaju). Smanjite vatru i neprestano miješajući u mlijeko usipajte žutu smjesu. Nastavite miješati sve dok smjesa ne postane gusta i puna mjehurića.

3. Ugasite vatru, dodajte maslinovo ulje, dobro ga umiješajte i ostavite sa strane da se do kraja ohladi. (Obavezno vrh kreme pokrijte s prozirnom folijom.)

4. Kada je krema u potpunosti ohlađena, razradite ju mikserom, dodajte grčki jogurt i med, te miksajte dok se svi sastojci ne povežu u gustu svijetlo žutu kremu.

5. Kremu rasporedite u posudu, dodajte karamelizirane orašaste plodove i promiješajte. Stavite u zamrzivač, najbolje preko noći.

Nikad nam nije dosta recepata za dobar, kremasti domaći sladoled i zato smo vječno u potrazi. Sudeći prema fotografiji, a također i s obzirom na to tko je objavio recept, rekli bismo da smo pronašli pravu stvar.

Na profilu popularnog domaćeg blogera Mile Butorca (Hungry Mile) objavljen je recept za grčki sladoled koji je, dalo bi se zaključiti prema potrebnim sastojcima, vrlo kremast i potpuno neodoljiv. Super nam je što uključuje i zdrave sastojke poput grčkog jogurta i maslinovog ulja, ali i prave poslastice poput karameliziranih orašastih plodova.

Hungry Mile

Mile nam je dopustio da vam ga prenesemo, a na vama je da ga isprobate i javite nam kakav je.

Grčki sladoled

Sastojci:

200 ml mlijeka

200 ml slatkog vrhnja

3 žumanjka

vanilija (najbolje sjemenke iz mahune, ili dvije žličice dobrog ekstrakta, ili 2 vanilin šećera)

5 žlica šećera

4 žlice maslinova ulja

400 g grčkog jogurta (masnog)

2 žlice meda

karamelizirani orašasti plodovi

Postupak:

1. U lonac dodajte 3 žlice šećera, mlijeko, slatko vrhnje i vaniliju. Stavite na vatru da zavrije. U međuvremenu žumanjcima dodajte 2 žlice šećera i promiješajte pjenjačom.

2. Prije nego mlijeko zakipi odvadite malo mlijeka i polijte žumanjke, dobro promiješajte (tako ćete temperirati žumanjke i spriječiti da se prekuhaju). Smanjite vatru i neprestano miješajući u mlijeko usipajte žutu smjesu. Nastavite miješati sve dok smjesa ne postane gusta i puna mjehurića.

3. Ugasite vatru, dodajte maslinovo ulje, dobro ga umiješajte i ostavite sa strane da se do kraja ohladi. (Obavezno vrh kreme pokrijte s prozirnom folijom.)

4. Kada je krema u potpunosti ohlađena, razradite ju mikserom, dodajte grčki jogurt i med, te miksajte dok se svi sastojci ne povežu u gustu svijetlo žutu kremu.

5. Kremu rasporedite u posudu, dodajte karamelizirane orašaste plodove i promiješajte. Stavite u zamrzivač, najbolje preko noći.

Dobili smo recept za kremast i bogat domaći sladoled: posebnu draž daju mu zdravi sastojci s Mediterana, ali i jedna poslastica za bonkuloviće

Nikad nam nije dosta recepata za dobar, kremasti domaći sladoled i zato smo vječno u potrazi. Sudeći prema fotografiji, a također i s obzirom na to tko je objavio recept, rekli bismo da smo pronašli pravu stvar.

Na profilu popularnog domaćeg blogera Mile Butorca (Hungry Mile) objavljen je recept za grčki sladoled koji je, dalo bi se zaključiti prema potrebnim sastojcima, vrlo kremast i potpuno neodoljiv. Super nam je što uključuje i zdrave sastojke poput grčkog jogurta i maslinovog ulja, ali i prave poslastice poput karameliziranih orašastih plodova.

Mile nam je dopustio da vam ga prenesemo, a na vama je da ga isprobate i javite nam kakav je.

Grčki sladoled

Sastojci:

200 ml mlijeka

200 ml slatkog vrhnja

3 žumanjka

vanilija (najbolje sjemenke iz mahune, ili dvije žličice dobrog ekstrakta, ili 2 vanilin šećera)

5 žlica šećera

4 žlice maslinova ulja

400 g grčkog jogurta (masnog)

2 žlice meda

karamelizirani orašasti plodovi

Postupak:

1. U lonac dodajte 3 žlice šećera, mlijeko, slatko vrhnje i vaniliju. Stavite na vatru da zavrije. U međuvremenu žumanjcima dodajte 2 žlice šećera i promiješajte pjenjačom.

2. Prije nego mlijeko zakipi odvadite malo mlijeka i polijte žumanjke, dobro promiješajte (tako ćete temperirati žumanjke i spriječiti da se prekuhaju). Smanjite vatru i neprestano miješajući u mlijeko usipajte žutu smjesu. Nastavite miješati sve dok smjesa ne postane gusta i puna mjehurića.

3. Ugasite vatru, dodajte maslinovo ulje, dobro ga umiješajte i ostavite sa strane da se do kraja ohladi. (Obavezno vrh kreme pokrijte s prozirnom folijom.)

4. Kada je krema u potpunosti ohlađena, razradite ju mikserom, dodajte grčki jogurt i med, te miksajte dok se svi sastojci ne povežu u gustu svijetlo žutu kremu.

5. Kremu rasporedite u posudu, dodajte karamelizirane orašaste plodove i promiješajte. Stavite u zamrzivač, najbolje preko noći.
