Tikvice su ljeti mnogima jedna od omiljenih namirnica, a osim što su niskokalorične i prikladne čak i za one koji paze na liniju, ovo povrće specifično je jer ga možemo pripremati na nebrojno različitih načina. Nakon popečki od tikvica, tempure, kombinacije s mesom i drugim povrćem te ostalih zanimljivih varijacija, zaintrigirala nas je ideja na koju smo više puta naišli na društvenim mrežama, a spada u kategoriju zdravih, a ukusnih rješenja.

Nakon tijesta od cvjetače i slanutka, na red je došla tzv. zelena pizza ili pizza s tikvicama.

Tijesto za pizzu od tikvica, ako je suditi po društvenim mrežama, u rekordnom je roku osvojilo simpatije online gastronoma, što i ne iznenađuje s obzirom na to da je riječ o preukusnoj, niskokaloričnoj i bezglutenskoj verziji mnogima omiljenog jela. Čini se da je ova verzija pizze zbilja pogodna za svakoga.

Foodblog thekitchn na svom je Instagram profilu podijelio recept koji jedva čekamo isprobati, a ako ne znate što za ručak, evo vam izvrsne ideje. Najbolje od svega je što se nećete morati ustručavati pojesti komad više.

Pizza s tijestom od tikvica

- dvije srednje tikvice

- jedno jaje

- malo soli

- mozzarella ili gouda sir

- 250 grama kukuruznog brašno

- maslinovo ulje

- začini po izboru (kurkuma, crvena paprika...)

Za početak, pećnicu zagrijte na 200 stupnjeva i pripremite posudu za pečenje koju ste prethodno obložili masnim papirom. 

Tikvice potom naribajte, posolite i pustite barem pola sata da izgube višak vode. Dodatno ih ručno ocijedite te im dodajte jedno jaje, naribani sir, kukuruzno brašno, maslinovo ulje i ostale začine. Sastojke miješajte rukom dok ne dobijete kompaktnu gustu smjesu.

Smjesu potom stavite na masni papir koji ste prethodno premazali maslinovim uljem, formirajući oblik prstima. Debljina 'tijesta' od tikvica, ne bi smjela biti predebela (jer se neće dobro zapeći), niti pretanka (jer bi mogla izgorjeti), pa je idealno da bude debljine oko jednog centimetra.

Na donjoj polici pećnice podlogu za pizzu od tikvica pecite dvadeset minuta ili dok rubovi ne poprime smećkastu nijansu. U međuvremenu pripremite umak od rajčice ili pesto te preostali nadjev za pizzu. 

Nakon što se smjesa zapekla, tikvice izvadite iz pećnice te ih uz pomoć masnog papira i druge posude pokušajte okrenuti na suprotnu stranu. Podlogu od tikvica premažite umakom za pizzu te jelo obogatite nadjevom po izboru, od sira, gljiva, šunke ili nekih drugih dodataka. Pizzu potom vratite u pećnicu na gornju policu  i pecite još deset minuta.

Tikvice su ljeti mnogima jedna od omiljenih namirnica, a osim što su niskokalorične i prikladne čak i za one koji paze na liniju, ovo povrće specifično je jer ga možemo pripremati na nebrojno različitih načina. Nakon popečki od tikvica, tempure, kombinacije s mesom i drugim povrćem te ostalih zanimljivih varijacija, zaintrigirala nas je ideja na koju smo više puta naišli na društvenim mrežama, a spada u kategoriju zdravih, a ukusnih rješenja.

Nakon tijesta od cvjetače i slanutka, na red je došla tzv. zelena pizza ili pizza s tikvicama.

Tijesto za pizzu od tikvica, ako je suditi po društvenim mrežama, u rekordnom je roku osvojilo simpatije online gastronoma, što i ne iznenađuje s obzirom na to da je riječ o preukusnoj, niskokaloričnoj i bezglutenskoj verziji mnogima omiljenog jela. Čini se da je ova verzija pizze zbilja pogodna za svakoga.

Foodblog thekitchn na svom je Instagram profilu podijelio recept koji jedva čekamo isprobati, a ako ne znate što za ručak, evo vam izvrsne ideje. Najbolje od svega je što se nećete morati ustručavati pojesti komad više.

Pizza s tijestom od tikvica

- dvije srednje tikvice

- jedno jaje

- malo soli

- mozzarella ili gouda sir

- 250 grama kukuruznog brašno

- maslinovo ulje

- začini po izboru (kurkuma, crvena paprika...)

Za početak, pećnicu zagrijte na 200 stupnjeva i pripremite posudu za pečenje koju ste prethodno obložili masnim papirom. 

Tikvice potom naribajte, posolite i pustite barem pola sata da izgube višak vode. Dodatno ih ručno ocijedite te im dodajte jedno jaje, naribani sir, kukuruzno brašno, maslinovo ulje i ostale začine. Sastojke miješajte rukom dok ne dobijete kompaktnu gustu smjesu.

Smjesu potom stavite na masni papir koji ste prethodno premazali maslinovim uljem, formirajući oblik prstima. Debljina 'tijesta' od tikvica, ne bi smjela biti predebela (jer se neće dobro zapeći), niti pretanka (jer bi mogla izgorjeti), pa je idealno da bude debljine oko jednog centimetra.

Na donjoj polici pećnice podlogu za pizzu od tikvica pecite dvadeset minuta ili dok rubovi ne poprime smećkastu nijansu. U međuvremenu pripremite umak od rajčice ili pesto te preostali nadjev za pizzu. 

Nakon što se smjesa zapekla, tikvice izvadite iz pećnice te ih uz pomoć masnog papira i druge posude pokušajte okrenuti na suprotnu stranu. Podlogu od tikvica premažite umakom za pizzu te jelo obogatite nadjevom po izboru, od sira, gljiva, šunke ili nekih drugih dodataka. Pizzu potom vratite u pećnicu na gornju policu  i pecite još deset minuta.

Tikvice su ljeti mnogima jedna od omiljenih namirnica, a osim što su niskokalorične i prikladne čak i za one koji paze na liniju, ovo povrće specifično je jer ga možemo pripremati na nebrojno različitih načina. Nakon popečki od tikvica, tempure, kombinacije s mesom i drugim povrćem te ostalih zanimljivih varijacija, zaintrigirala nas je ideja na koju smo više puta naišli na društvenim mrežama, a spada u kategoriju zdravih, a ukusnih rješenja.

Nakon tijesta od cvjetače i slanutka, na red je došla tzv. zelena pizza ili pizza s tikvicama.

Tijesto za pizzu od tikvica, ako je suditi po društvenim mrežama, u rekordnom je roku osvojilo simpatije online gastronoma, što i ne iznenađuje s obzirom na to da je riječ o preukusnoj, niskokaloričnoj i bezglutenskoj verziji mnogima omiljenog jela. Čini se da je ova verzija pizze zbilja pogodna za svakoga.

Foodblog thekitchn na svom je Instagram profilu podijelio recept koji jedva čekamo isprobati, a ako ne znate što za ručak, evo vam izvrsne ideje. Najbolje od svega je što se nećete morati ustručavati pojesti komad više.

Pizza s tijestom od tikvica

- dvije srednje tikvice

- jedno jaje

- malo soli

- mozzarella ili gouda sir

- 250 grama kukuruznog brašno

- maslinovo ulje

- začini po izboru (kurkuma, crvena paprika...)

Za početak, pećnicu zagrijte na 200 stupnjeva i pripremite posudu za pečenje koju ste prethodno obložili masnim papirom. 

Tikvice potom naribajte, posolite i pustite barem pola sata da izgube višak vode. Dodatno ih ručno ocijedite te im dodajte jedno jaje, naribani sir, kukuruzno brašno, maslinovo ulje i ostale začine. Sastojke miješajte rukom dok ne dobijete kompaktnu gustu smjesu.

Smjesu potom stavite na masni papir koji ste prethodno premazali maslinovim uljem, formirajući oblik prstima. Debljina 'tijesta' od tikvica, ne bi smjela biti predebela (jer se neće dobro zapeći), niti pretanka (jer bi mogla izgorjeti), pa je idealno da bude debljine oko jednog centimetra.

Na donjoj polici pećnice podlogu za pizzu od tikvica pecite dvadeset minuta ili dok rubovi ne poprime smećkastu nijansu. U međuvremenu pripremite umak od rajčice ili pesto te preostali nadjev za pizzu. 

Nakon što se smjesa zapekla, tikvice izvadite iz pećnice te ih uz pomoć masnog papira i druge posude pokušajte okrenuti na suprotnu stranu. Podlogu od tikvica premažite umakom za pizzu te jelo obogatite nadjevom po izboru, od sira, gljiva, šunke ili nekih drugih dodataka. Pizzu potom vratite u pećnicu na gornju policu  i pecite još deset minuta.
