Lijepo dekoriran čokoladni božićni panj pravi je ukras blagdanskog stola i savršen izbor za desert koji će zaokružiti svečani obrok, a ako malo odstupite od uobičajenog načina njegove pripreme, efekt će, zbog one mrvice iznenađenja, biti još jači. Postupite po prijedlogu blogerice Katarine Paoletić pa ovoga puta svoj božićni panj posložite na malo drugačiji način. Katarina nam je poslala i recept, a s njenog smo Instagrama @nesto_slatko_by_katarina preuzeli video s uputstvima. Uputite se u recept i postupak pa se upustite u slatku avanturu. Sigurni smo da ćete biti oduševljeni rezultatom.
- Svake godine gledam recepte za onaj klasični Božićni panj, znate o čemu pričam, jel’ tako?, i baš zato što su svi “isti” nikada ga nisam radila. Do sada! Željela sam okusom i izgledom nešto prekrasno i prefino i mislim da sam uspjela u tome. Torta je gotova za malo više od sat vremena i nemate ispriku ne napraviti je da krasi i vaš stol! - poručila je Katarina Paoletić, a ovo je njen recept za malo drugačiji božićni panj.
Čokoladni božićni panj
Biskvit:
5 jaja
100 g šećera
100 g brašna
100 g čokolade za kuhanje
4 žlice ulja
Krema:
500 g mascarponea
3 žlice šećera u prahu
400 g čokolade za kuhanje
Jaja miksajte postepeno im dodavajući šećer. Nakon što se šećer rastopi, a jaja postanu svijetla i pjenasta, dodajte im prosijano brašno i prethodno rastopljenu čokoladu sa uljem. Lagano sjedinite smjesu špatulom. Na veliki pleh stavite masni papir pa po njemu pažljivo rasporedite tijesto i poravnajte ga. Biskvit stavite peći na 180 stupnjeva, 20 minuta (možda i manje, napravite test čačkalicom). Pečeni biskvit izvadite iz pećnice, na njega stavite vlažnu krpu i zarolajte sve u oblik rolade. Ostavite da se ohladi, a za to vrijeme napravite kremu.
Mascarpone i šećer u prahu miksajte par minuta pa im dodajte čokoladu koju ste prethodno otopili na pari. Krema je odmah spremna za nanošenje na biskvit, a ukoliko vam se čini da nije dovoljno čvrsta stavite ju na 15-20 minuta u hladnjak uz povremeno mješanje.
Trebat će vam još i nekoliko žlica domaćeg pekmeza od aronije (možete staviti i neki drugi, ali vodite računa o tome da bude kiselkastog okusa, jer je rolada dosta slatka).
Ohlađeni biskvit odrolajte, maknite vlažnu krpu, te ga prerežite na tri dijela po dužini. Na biskvit stavite pekmez, na pekmez stavite malo više od polovice kreme, ostatak će vam trebati za dekoraciju. Zarolajte jednu traku rolade, pa ju postavite na dno druge trake biskvita i zarolajte zajedno s njom te ponovite postupak i s trećom trakom.
Tortu stavite u hladnjak na pola sata, a nakon toga ju pomoću slastičarske vrećice ukrasite ostatkom kreme te na kraju dodajte i prigodne dekoracije za panj.

Lijepo dekoriran čokoladni božićni panj pravi je ukras blagdanskog stola i savršen izbor za desert koji će zaokružiti svečani obrok, a ako malo odstupite od uobičajenog načina njegove pripreme, efekt će, zbog one mrvice iznenađenja, biti još jači. Postupite po prijedlogu blogerice Katarine Paoletić pa ovoga puta svoj božićni panj posložite na malo drugačiji način. Katarina nam je poslala i recept, a s njenog smo Instagrama @nesto_slatko_by_katarina preuzeli video s uputstvima. Uputite se u recept i postupak pa se upustite u slatku avanturu. Sigurni smo da ćete biti oduševljeni rezultatom.
- Svake godine gledam recepte za onaj klasični Božićni panj, znate o čemu pričam, jel’ tako?, i baš zato što su svi “isti” nikada ga nisam radila. Do sada! Željela sam okusom i izgledom nešto prekrasno i prefino i mislim da sam uspjela u tome. Jaja miksajte postepeno im dodavajući šećer. Nakon što se šećer rastopi, a jaja postanu svijetla i pjenasta, dodajte im prosijano brašno i prethodno rastopljenu čokoladu sa uljem. Lagano sjedinite smjesu špatulom. Na veliki pleh stavite masni papir pa po njemu pažljivo rasporedite tijesto i poravnajte ga. Biskvit stavite peći na 180 stupnjeva, 20 minuta (možda i manje, napravite test čačkalicom). Pečeni biskvit izvadite iz pećnice, na njega stavite vlažnu krpu i zarolajte sve u oblik rolade. Ostavite da se ohladi, a za to vrijeme napravite kremu.
Mascarpone i šećer u prahu miksajte par minuta pa im dodajte čokoladu koju ste prethodno otopili na pari. Krema je odmah spremna za nanošenje na biskvit, a ukoliko vam se čini da nije dovoljno čvrsta stavite ju na 15-20 minuta u hladnjak uz povremeno mješanje.
Trebat će vam još i nekoliko žlica domaćeg pekmeza od aronije (možete staviti i neki drugi, ali vodite računa o tome da bude kiselkastog okusa, jer je rolada dosta slatka).
Ohlađeni biskvit odrolajte, maknite vlažnu krpu, te ga prerežite na tri dijela po dužini. Na biskvit stavite pekmez, na pekmez stavite malo više od polovice kreme, ostatak će vam trebati za dekoraciju. Zarolajte jednu traku rolade, pa ju postavite na dno druge trake biskvita i zarolajte zajedno s njom te ponovite postupak i s trećom trakom.
Tortu stavite u hladnjak na pola sata, a nakon toga ju pomoću slastičarske vrećice ukrasite ostatkom kreme te na kraju dodajte i prigodne dekoracije za panj.
