Ove prazničke sezone imali smo priliku vidjeti na Instagramu velik broj recepata za ukusne kolače i druga blagdanska jela, a jedan od njih je za Angelicu koju se može naći i pod nazivom Star Bread. Jelo je idealno jer će se svidjeti ljubiteljima tradicije kao i onima koji vole isprobavati nove stvari. Ako se odlučite pokušati je napraviti sigurno ćete impresionirati svoje ukućane jer kolač, kao i slana verzija izgledaju kao da su izašle iz ruku pravoga majstora.

SLATKA VARIJANTA

Sastojci:

KVASAC:

135 g glatkog brašna

1 kockica kvasca ili 5 g suhog kvasca

1 dl mlijeka (ili vode zagrijane na 75°)

1 žličica šećera

TIJESTO:

20 dag glatkog i 20 oštrog brašna

8 dag šećera

1 žličica cimeta

3 žumanjka

12,5 dag omekšalog maslaca

1 dl mlijeka i 1/2 dl vode

NADJEV:

dvije šake očišćenih višanja

šaka sušenih marelica (isjeckati)

šaka grožđica (namočiti ih u rum)

10 dag grubo sjeckanih badema

10 dag grubo sjeckane čokolade

POSIP/PREMAZ:

šećer u prahu ili šećer u prahu/limunov sok/1 bjelanjak

Priprema:

Kvasac s brašnom i šećerom dignite u malo mlakog mlijeka ili tople vode. Sve sastojke za tijesto pomiješajte u zdjeli, dodajte uzdignuti kvasac i mikserom ili kuhačom brzo tucite kako biste dobili  kompaktno tijesto. Ostavite da se diže.

Kad je udvostručilo volumen, tanko ga razvaljajte u veliki pravokutnik. Pospite ga svim sastojcima za nadjev i lijepo ih rasporedite.

Nadjeveno tijesto zamotajte u čvrstu dugačku roladu i prenesite je na papir za pečenje.

Razrežite roladu oštrim nožem po sredini i oblikujte vijenac. Ako vam koji komadić voća izleti van, lagano ga utisnite nazad.

Ostavite vijenac da se diže oko pola sata do 45 minuta. Stavite ga na pleh i pecite u zagrijanoj pećnici oko pola sata do 45 min, na 180°C.

Angelicu pospite šećerom u prahu ili premažite limunovim premazom.

SLANA VARIJANTA

Sastojci

KVASAC:

135 g glatkog brašna

1 kockica kvasca ili 5 g suhog kvasca

1 dl mlijeka (ili vode zagrijane

400 g brašna

120 ml toplog mlijeka

1 jaje

1 žličica morske soli

120 g maslaca sobne temperature

3 žličice ribanog parmezana

NADJEV:

razne vrste suhomesnatih proizvoda (pršut, panceta, kobasica, buđola, šunka...),

pesto, sir..

Priprema:

U odvojenoj zdjeli zamiješajte kvasac i ostavite da naraste 30-ak minuta.

U drugu zdjelu stavite prosijano brašno, napravite udubljenje i dodajte sve ostale sastojke, potom i kvasac. Dobro izmiješajte rukama i zamijesite homogeno tijesto. Ostavite ga sat vremena na toplom da naraste.

Na pobrašnjenoj radnoj površini razvucite tijesto u oblik pravokutnika, pa po njegovoj cijeloj površini složite suhomesnate proizvode (pršut, pancetu, kobasicu, buđolu, šunku...) i zavijte u rolat.

Rolat rasijecite oštrim nožem po sredini, s oba kraja, i oblikujte vijenac, motajući ga tako da razrezani krajevi vire prema van.

Vijenac položite u pleh prekriven papirom za pečenje i ostavite pola sata do 45 minuta na sobnoj temperaturi. Uključite pećnicu na 200 stupnjeva, neka se dobro zagrije. Vijenac prije pečenja pospite ribanim parmezanom. Pecite 25 minuta.

Ove prazničke sezone imali smo priliku vidjeti na Instagramu velik broj recepata za ukusne kolače i druga blagdanska jela, a jedan od njih je za Angelicu koju se može naći i pod nazivom Star Bread. Jelo je idealno jer će se svidjeti ljubiteljima tradicije kao i onima koji vole isprobavati nove stvari. Ako se odlučite pokušati je napraviti sigurno ćete impresionirati svoje ukućane jer kolač, kao i slana verzija izgledaju kao da su izašle iz ruku pravoga majstora.

SLATKA VARIJANTA

Sastojci:

KVASAC:

135 g glatkog brašna

1 kockica kvasca ili 5 g suhog kvasca

1 dl mlijeka (ili vode zagrijane na 75°)

1 žličica šećera

TIJESTO:

20 dag glatkog i 20 oštrog brašna

8 dag šećera

1 žličica cimeta

3 žumanjka

12,5 dag omekšalog maslaca

1 dl mlijeka i 1/2 dl vode

NADJEV:

dvije šake očišćenih višanja

šaka sušenih marelica (isjeckati)

šaka grožđica (namočiti ih u rum)

10 dag grubo sjeckanih badema

10 dag grubo sjeckane čokolade

POSIP/PREMAZ:

šećer u prahu ili šećer u prahu/limunov sok/1 bjelanjak

Priprema:

Kvasac s brašnom i šećerom dignite u malo mlakog mlijeka ili tople vode. Sve sastojke za tijesto pomiješajte u zdjeli, dodajte uzdignuti kvasac i mikserom ili kuhačom brzo tucite kako biste dobili  kompaktno tijesto. Ostavite da se diže.

Kad je udvostručilo volumen, tanko ga razvaljajte u veliki pravokutnik. Pospite ga svim sastojcima za nadjev i lijepo ih rasporedite.

Nadjeveno tijesto zamotajte u čvrstu dugačku roladu i prenesite je na papir za pečenje.

Razrežite roladu oštrim nožem po sredini i oblikujte vijenac. Ako vam koji komadić voća izleti van, lagano ga utisnite nazad.

Ostavite vijenac da se diže oko pola sata do 45 minuta. Stavite ga na pleh i pecite u zagrijanoj pećnici oko pola sata do 45 min, na 180°C.

Angelicu pospite šećerom u prahu ili premažite limunovim premazom.

Sastojci

KVASAC:

135 g glatkog brašna

400 g brašna

120 ml toplog mlijeka

1 jaje

1 žličica morske soli

120 g maslaca sobne temperature

3 žličice ribanog parmezana

NADJEV:

razne vrste suhomesnatih proizvoda (pršut, panceta, kobasica, buđola, šunka...),

pesto, sir..

Priprema:

U odvojenoj zdjeli zamiješajte kvasac i ostavite da naraste 30-ak minuta.

U drugu zdjelu stavite prosijano brašno, napravite udubljenje i dodajte sve ostale sastojke, potom i kvasac. Dobro izmiješajte rukama i zamijesite homogeno tijesto. Ostavite ga sat vremena na toplom da naraste.

Na pobrašnjenoj radnoj površini razvucite tijesto u oblik pravokutnika, pa po njegovoj cijeloj površini složite suhomesnate proizvode (pršut, pancetu, kobasicu, buđolu, šunku...) i zavijte u rolat.

Rolat rasijecite oštrim nožem po sredini, s oba kraja, i oblikujte vijenac, motajući ga tako da razrezani krajevi vire prema van.

Ove prazničke sezone imali smo priliku vidjeti na Instagramu velik broj recepata za ukusne kolače i druga blagdanska jela, a jedan od njih je za Angelicu koju se može naći i pod nazivom Star Bread. Jelo je idealno jer će se svidjeti ljubiteljima tradicije kao i onima koji vole isprobavati nove stvari. Ako se odlučite pokušati je napraviti sigurno ćete impresionirati svoje ukućane jer kolač, kao i slana verzija izgledaju kao da su izašle iz ruku pravoga majstora.

SLATKA VARIJANTA

Sastojci:

KVASAC:

135 g glatkog brašna

1 kockica kvasca ili 5 g suhog kvasca

1 dl mlijeka (ili vode zagrijane na 75°)

1 žličica šećera

TIJESTO:

20 dag glatkog i 20 oštrog brašna

8 dag šećera

1 žličica cimeta

3 žumanjka

12,5 dag omekšalog maslaca

1 dl mlijeka i 1/2 dl vode

NADJEV:

dvije šake očišćenih višanja

šaka sušenih marelica (isjeckati)

šaka grožđica (namočiti ih u rum)

10 dag grubo sjeckanih badema

10 dag grubo sjeckane čokolade

POSIP/PREMAZ:

šećer u prahu ili šećer u prahu/limunov sok/1 bjelanjak

Priprema:

Kvasac s brašnom i šećerom dignite u malo mlakog mlijeka ili tople vode. Sve sastojke za tijesto pomiješajte u zdjeli, dodajte uzdignuti kvasac i mikserom ili kuhačom brzo tucite kako biste dobili  kompaktno tijesto. Ostavite da se diže.

Kad je udvostručilo volumen, tanko ga razvaljajte u veliki pravokutnik. Pospite ga svim sastojcima za nadjev i lijepo ih rasporedite.

Nadjeveno tijesto zamotajte u čvrstu dugačku roladu i prenesite je na papir za pečenje.

Razrežite roladu oštrim nožem po sredini i oblikujte vijenac. Ako vam koji komadić voća izleti van, lagano ga utisnite nazad.

Ostavite vijenac da se diže oko pola sata do 45 minuta. Stavite ga na pleh i pecite u zagrijanoj pećnici oko pola sata do 45 min, na 180°C.

Angelicu pospite šećerom u prahu ili premažite limunovim premazom.

SLANA VARIJANTA

Sastojci

KVASAC:

135 g glatkog brašna

400 g brašna

120 ml toplog mlijeka

1 jaje

1 žličica morske soli

120 g maslaca sobne temperature

3 žličice ribanog parmezana

NADJEV:

razne vrste suhomesnatih proizvoda (pršut, panceta, kobasica, buđola, šunka...),

pesto, sir..

Priprema:

U odvojenoj zdjeli zamiješajte kvasac i ostavite da naraste 30-ak minuta.

U drugu zdjelu stavite prosijano brašno, napravite udubljenje i dodajte sve ostale sastojke, potom i kvasac. Dobro izmiješajte rukama i zamijesite homogeno tijesto. Ostavite ga sat vremena na toplom da naraste.

Na pobrašnjenoj radnoj površini razvucite tijesto u oblik pravokutnika, pa po njegovoj cijeloj površini složite suhomesnate proizvode (pršut, pancetu, kobasicu, buđolu, šunku...) i zavijte u rolat.
