HEP-Operator distribucijskog sustava d.o.o. (HEP ODS) provodi „Pilot projekt uvođenja naprednih mreža“, sufinanciran EU sredstvima. Ukupna vrijednost projekta je 176,83 milijuna kuna, od čega su 149,95 milijuna kuna, odnosno 85 posto, bespovratna sredstva iz Europskog fonda za regionalni razvoj, dodijeljena u okviru Operativnog programa “Konkurentnost i kohezija 2014. – 2020”, Specifičnog cilja 4d1.

Uz to, HEP ODS će samostalno uložiti dodatnih 52 milijuna kuna te će ukupna vrijednost investicije u napredne mreže iznositi gotovo 230 milijuna kuna.
Pilot projekt uvođenja naprednih mreža koji će HEP ODS provesti do kraja 2022. godine odnosi se na digitalizaciju dijela elektrodistribucijske mreže u Hrvatskoj. Projektom će se povećati učinkovitost distribucije električne energije, stvoriti preduvjeti za povećanje pouzdanosti napajanja električnom energijom, povećati broj korisnika s pristupom naprednoj mreži i stvoriti preduvjeti za daljnju integraciju distribuiranih izvora. Ovim projektom HEP ODS ulaže u tri funkcionalna područja napredne elektrodistribucijske mreže: naprednu mjeru infrastrukturu, razvoj i optimizaciju konvencionalne mreže te automatizaciju srednjonaponske mreže.
Napredna mjerna infrastruktura omogućit će precizniji izračun gubitaka i lociranje područja s povećanim gubicima u distribucijskoj mreži, praćenje potrošnje električne energije i aktivno upravljanje potrošnjom na razini krajnjih korisnika.
U tu svrhu, u 6.125 transformatorskih stanica ugradit će se sumarna brojila, a kod krajnjih kupaca će se 24.000 postojećih brojila zamijeniti naprednim brojilima. Ugradnjom naprednih brojila osiguravaju se preduvjeti za upravljanje vlastitom potrošnjom, a time i smanjenje računa za električnu energiju, daljinsku kontrolu, upravljanje i očitavanje mjernih i kontrolnih podataka, smanjenje netehničkih gubitaka, podržavanje naprednih tarifnih sustava, povećanje udjela distribuiranih izvora energije na mreži distribucije i sigurna i zaštićena komunikacija između brojila i operatora sustava te krajnjeg korisnika i brojila. Ugradnjom sumarnih brojila osiguravaju se preduvjeti za preciznije sagledavanje stanja zahvaćenog dijela distribucijskog sustava s obzirom na pouzdanost napajanja i kvalitetu isporučene energije te se tako dobiva bolji uvid u prioritete potrebnih ulaganja i aktivnosti i omogućuje povećanje učinkovitosti distribucijskog sustava kroz prikupljanje mjernih podataka za izračun i otkrivanje područja s velikim gubicima.
Razvoj i optimizacija konvencionalne mreže obuhvatit će zamjenu postojećih 449 transformatora novim, energetski učinkovitijim transformatorima. Primjena transformatora sa smanjenom razinom tehničkih gubitaka od posebnog je značaja za povećanje učinkovitosti distribucije električne energije, budući da su distribucijski transformatori odgovorni za nastanak oko trećine tehničkih gubitaka u distribucijskoj mreži, a fiksnim i varijabilnim tehničkim gubicima HEP ODS-a doprinosi velik broj transformatora starijih od 30 godina.

Automatizacija srednjonaponske mreže obuhvatit će ugradnju 670 daljinski upravljivih uređaja u dubini mreže, što će povećati pouzdanost napajanja električnom energijom kroz skraćenje vremena potrebnog za isključivanje dijela distribucijske mreže u kvaru i mogućnost isključenja dijela mreže zahvaćene kvarom i uključenja (preklapanja) dijela korisnika na zdravi dio mreže te stvoriti preduvjete za integraciju distribuiranih izvora, kroz mogućnost preusmjeravanja tokova snaga i potporu neprekinutom radu distribuiranog izvora energije.
Projektom je obuhvaćena srednjonaponska mreža i korisnici elektrodistribucijske mreže u pet, od ukupno 21 distribucijskog područja HEP ODS-a: Elektri Zagreb, Elektroslavoniji Osijek, Elektrodalmaciji Split, Elektri Zadar i Elektrojugu Dubrovnik. Razdoblje provedbe projekta je od 24. svibnja 2018. godine do 31. prosinca 2022. godine.

HEP-Operator distribucijskog sustava d.o.o. (HEP ODS) provodi „Pilot projekt uvođenja naprednih mreža“, sufinanciran EU sredstvima. Ukupna vrijednost projekta je 176,83 milijuna kuna, od čega su 149,95 milijuna kuna, odnosno 85 posto, bespovratna sredstva iz Europskog fonda za regionalni razvoj, dodijeljena u okviru Operativnog programa “Konkurentnost i kohezija 2014. – 2020”, Specifičnog cilja 4d1.

Uz to, HEP ODS će samostalno uložiti dodatnih 52 milijuna kuna te će ukupna vrijednost investicije u napredne mreže iznositi gotovo 230 milijuna kuna.
Pilot projekt uvođenja naprednih mreža koji će HEP ODS provesti do kraja 2022. godine odnosi se na digitalizaciju dijela elektrodistribucijske mreže u Hrvatskoj. Projektom će se povećati učinkovitost distribucije električne energije, stvoriti preduvjeti za povećanje pouzdanosti napajanja električnom energijom, povećati broj korisnika s pristupom naprednoj mreži i stvoriti preduvjeti za daljnju integraciju distribuiranih izvora. Ovim projektom HEP ODS ulaže u tri funkcionalna područja napredne elektrodistribucijske mreže: naprednu mjeru infrastrukturu, razvoj i optimizaciju konvencionalne mreže te automatizaciju srednjonaponske mreže.
Napredna mjerna infrastruktura omogućit će precizniji izračun gubitaka i lociranje područja s povećanim gubicima u distribucijskoj mreži, praćenje potrošnje električne energije i aktivno upravljanje potrošnjom na razini krajnjih korisnika.
U tu svrhu, u 6.125 transformatorskih stanica ugradit će se sumarna brojila, a kod krajnjih kupaca će se 24.000 postojećih brojila zamijeniti naprednim brojilima. Ugradnjom naprednih brojila osiguravaju se preduvjeti za upravljanje vlastitom potrošnjom, a time i smanjenje računa za električnu energiju, daljinsku kontrolu, upravljanje i očitavanje mjernih i kontrolnih podataka, smanjenje netehničkih gubitaka, podržavanje naprednih tarifnih sustava, povećanje udjela distribuiranih izvora energije na mreži distribucije i sigurna i zaštićena komunikacija između brojila i operatora sustava te krajnjeg korisnika i brojila. Ugradnjom sumarnih brojila osiguravaju se preduvjeti za preciznije sagledavanje stanja zahvaćenog dijela distribucijskog sustava s obzirom na pouzdanost napajanja i kvalitetu isporučene energije te se tako dobiva bolji uvid u prioritete potrebnih ulaganja i aktivnosti i omogućuje povećanje učinkovitosti distribucijskog sustava kroz prikupljanje mjernih podataka za izračun i otkrivanje područja s velikim gubicima.
Razvoj i optimizacija konvencionalne mreže obuhvatit će zamjenu postojećih 449 transformatora novim, energetski učinkovitijim transformatorima. Primjena transformatora sa smanjenom razinom tehničkih gubitaka od posebnog je značaja za povećanje učinkovitosti distribucije električne energije, budući da su distribucijski transformatori odgovorni za nastanak oko trećine tehničkih gubitaka u distribucijskoj mreži, a fiksnim i varijabilnim tehničkim gubicima HEP ODS-a doprinosi velik broj transformatora starijih od 30 godina.

Automatizacija srednjonaponske mreže obuhvatit će ugradnju 670 daljinski upravljivih uređaja u dubini mreže, što će povećati pouzdanost napajanja električnom energijom kroz skraćenje vremena potrebnog za isključivanje dijela distribucijske mreže u kvaru i mogućnost isključenja dijela mreže zahvaćene kvarom i uključenja (preklapanja) dijela korisnika na zdravi dio mreže te stvoriti preduvjete za integraciju distribuiranih izvora, kroz mogućnost preusmjeravanja tokova snaga i potporu neprekinutom radu distribuiranog izvora energije.
Projektom je obuhvaćena srednjonaponska mreža i korisnici elektrodistribucijske mreže u pet, od ukupno 21 distribucijskog područja HEP ODS-a: Elektri Zagreb, Elektroslavoniji Osijek, Elektrodalmaciji Split, Elektri Zadar i Elektrojugu Dubrovnik. Razdoblje provedbe projekta je od 24. svibnja 2018. godine do 31. prosinca 2022. godine.
