Infobip, vodeća IT kompanija u Hrvatskoj i regiji, osvojila je globalnu nagradu za najbolje mobilno rješenje u kategoriji COVID-19 Mobile Response na ovogodišnjoj dodjeli MEFFYS nagrada koju organizira Mobile Ecosystem Forum. Vodnjanska IT kompanija nagrađena je zahvaljujući vlastitom chatbot rješenju koje je tvrtka besplatno implementirala za preko 45 ministarstava zdravstva u zemljama diljem svijeta.

Kako su izvijestili iz ove kompanije, Infobip je tako u suradnji s WhatsAppom, dugogodišnjim globalnim strateškim partnerom, omogućio transparentnu i pravovremenu komunikaciju ministarstava zdravstva s građanima, a sve s ciljem sprječavanja širenja krivih i netočnih informacija vezanih uz koronavirus. Građani su mogli tako na jednome mjestu, putem javno dostupnog broja, odnosno chatbota na WhatsAppu, brzo i jednostavno dobiti provjerene i točne informacije o koronavirusu, ali i najnovije obavijesti oko, primjerice, mogućnosti testiranja, putovanja ili lokalnih mjera.

-Od samog početka pandemije bili smo usmjereni na to da kao tehnološka tvrtka pomognemo državama i ministarstvima u postizanju efikasnije i kvalitetnije komunikacije sa stanovništvom. Naši zaposlenici i timovi uložili su velike napore, pogotovo u tom početnom periodu inicijative kada je bilo najpotrebnije, te smo u rekordnim vremenima ostvarili kontakte i implementirali naša chatbot rješenja diljem svijeta. Drago nam je da se naša solucija pokazala korisnom i uspješnom u velikom broju država - istaknuo je Silvio Kutić, izvršni direktor Infobipa.

U objavi za medije pojašnjavaju kako su Infobipovo chatbot rješenje na WhatsAppu implementirala, između ostalih, ministarstva zdravstva Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva, Francuske, Njemačke, Indije i Nigerije, kao i odjel Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije koji djeluje na području jugoistočne Azije. Ukupno je gotovo 5 milijuna ljudi koristilo Infobipovo chatbot rješenje, a do sada je izmijenjeno 70 milijuna poruka između ministarstava zdravstva zemalja uključenih u inicijativu i građana.

Godišnja dodjela MEFFYS nagrada, kako stoji na službenim stranicama organizatora, prepoznaje i ističe tvrtke pionire mobilne komunikacije koje uvode nove trendove, tehnologije i poslovne modele unaprjeđujući globalni mobilni ekosustav u korist korisnika.

Infobip, vodeća IT kompanija u Hrvatskoj i regiji, osvojila je globalnu nagradu za najbolje mobilno rješenje u kategoriji COVID-19 Mobile Response na ovogodišnjoj dodjeli MEFFYS nagrada koju organizira Mobile Ecosystem Forum. Vodnjanska IT kompanija nagrađena je zahvaljujući vlastitom chatbot rješenju koje je tvrtka besplatno implementirala za preko 45 ministarstava zdravstva u zemljama diljem svijeta.

Kako su izvijestili iz ove kompanije, Infobip je tako u suradnji s WhatsAppom, dugogodišnjim globalnim strateškim partnerom, omogućio transparentnu i pravovremenu komunikaciju ministarstava zdravstva s građanima, a sve s ciljem sprječavanja širenja krivih i netočnih informacija vezanih uz koronavirus. Građani su mogli tako na jednome mjestu, putem javno dostupnog broja, odnosno chatbota na WhatsAppu, brzo i jednostavno dobiti provjerene i točne informacije o koronavirusu, ali i najnovije obavijesti oko, primjerice, mogućnosti testiranja, putovanja ili lokalnih mjera.

-Od samog početka pandemije bili smo usmjereni na to da kao tehnološka tvrtka pomognemo državama i ministarstvima u postizanju efikasnije i kvalitetnije komunikacije sa stanovništvom. Naši zaposlenici i timovi uložili su velike napore, pogotovo u tom početnom periodu inicijative kada je bilo najpotrebnije, te smo u rekordnim vremenima ostvarili kontakte i implementirali naša chatbot rješenja diljem svijeta. Drago nam je da se naša solucija pokazala korisnom i uspješnom u velikom broju država - istaknuo je Silvio Kutić, izvršni direktor Infobipa.

U objavi za medije pojašnjavaju kako su Infobipovo chatbot rješenje na WhatsAppu implementirala, između ostalih, ministarstva zdravstva Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva, Francuske, Njemačke, Indije i Nigerije, kao i odjel Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije koji djeluje na području jugoistočne Azije. Ukupno je gotovo 5 milijuna ljudi koristilo Infobipovo chatbot rješenje, a do sada je izmijenjeno 70 milijuna poruka između ministarstava zdravstva zemalja uključenih u inicijativu i građana.

Infobip, vodeća IT kompanija u Hrvatskoj i regiji, osvojila je globalnu nagradu za najbolje mobilno rješenje u kategoriji COVID-19 Mobile Response na ovogodišnjoj dodjeli MEFFYS nagrada koju organizira Mobile Ecosystem Forum. Vodnjanska IT kompanija nagrađena je zahvaljujući vlastitom chatbot rješenju koje je tvrtka besplatno implementirala za preko 45 ministarstava zdravstva u zemljama diljem svijeta.

Kako su izvijestili iz ove kompanije, Infobip je tako u suradnji s WhatsAppom, dugogodišnjim globalnim strateškim partnerom, omogućio transparentnu i pravovremenu komunikaciju ministarstava zdravstva s građanima, a sve s ciljem sprječavanja širenja krivih i netočnih informacija vezanih uz koronavirus. Građani su mogli tako na jednome mjestu, putem javno dostupnog broja, odnosno chatb...
