Vodnjanski Infobip, globalna cloud komunikacijska platforma i vodeća IT kompanija u regiji, zaključila je akviziciju američke kompanije Peerless Network, globalnog pružatelja usluga glasovne komunikacije preko interneta (Voice over IP) u poslu vrijednom oko 200 milijuna američkih dolara, priopćili su u srijedu iz Infobipa.

Infobipovi klijenti će, navodi se, zahvaljujući toj akviziciji dobiti pristup tržištu SAD-a putem Peerless Networka, koji pokriva 93 posto američke populacije u 49 saveznih država. Osim toga, Infobip će ponuditi klijentima Peerless Networka pristup svojoj vodećoj komunikacijskoj cloud platformi, kako bi im pomogao u širenju komunikacije na više kanala i dodatno povezivanje sa svojim klijentima na globalnoj razini.

Suosnivač i glavni izvršni direktor Infobipa Silvio Kutić rekao je tim povodom da je SAD dom brojnih vodećih svjetskih platformi i poduzeća, tako da spomenuta akvizicija za njegovu tvrtku predstavlja značajnu prekretnicu.

“Potvrda je to naše globalne strategije rasta kako bismo još bolje pomogli tvrtkama da dođu do klijenata na pravom komunikacijskom kanalu u pravo vrijeme uz povećanje pouzdanosti i prodaje. Štoviše, kombiniranje vodeće glasovne ponude Peerless Networka s Infobipovim globalnim komunikacijskim mogućnostima priprema nas za lidersku poziciju na tržištu cloud komunikacija koje se ubrzano razvija. Proširenjem ponude i globalne prisutnosti, pomažemo tvrtkama da ostvare značajnije veze sa svojim korisnicima diljem svijeta", naveo je Kutić.

Osnovan 2008. godine, Peerless Network pruža agilna, isplativa te implementacijski najjednostavnija glasovna rješenja uz vrhunsku korisničku uslugu kako bi se zadovoljile potrebe njihovih klijenata, uključujući niz Fortune 500 kompanija.

Akvizicijom se stvara sveobuhvatno rješenje za višekanalnu komunikaciju koja je sada dostupna klijentima. Infobip i Peerless Network sada će zajedno ponuditi mrežu lokalnih timova koji će biti na raspolaganju i u komunikaciji s tvrtkama diljem svijeta.

U kombinaciji, Infobip i Peerless Network zajedno obrađuju više od 30 milijardi mjesečnih interakcija s korisnicima kroz čitav niz komunikacijskih kanala u više od 190 zemalja.

Nova akvizicija slijedi nakon preuzimanja vodećeg B2B pružatelja rješenja za razmjenu mobilnih poruka OpenMarketa, vodećeg svjetskog pružatelja SMS firewall usluge Anama, developerske konferencije Shift te poslovno-tehnološkog magazina Netokracija.

Vodnjanski Infobip, globalna cloud komunikacijska platforma i vodeća IT kompanija u regiji, zaključila je akviziciju američke kompanije Peerless Network, globalnog pružatelja usluga glasovne komunikacije preko interneta (Voice over IP) u poslu vrijednom oko 200 milijuna američkih dolara, priopćili su u srijedu iz Infobipa.

Infobipovi klijenti će, navodi se, zahvaljujući toj akviziciji dobiti pristup tržištu SAD-a putem Peerless Networka, koji pokriva 93 posto američke populacije u 49 saveznih država. Osim toga, Infobip će ponuditi klijentima Peerless Networka pristup svojoj vodećoj komunikacijskoj cloud platformi, kako bi im pomogao u širenju komunikacije na više kanala i dodatno povezivanje sa svojim klijentima na globalnoj razini.

Suosnivač i glavni izvršni direktor Infobipa Silvio Kutić rekao je tim povodom da je SAD dom brojnih vodećih svjetskih platformi i poduzeća, tako da spomenuta akvizicija za njegovu tvrtku predstavlja značajnu prekretnicu.

Akvizicijom se stvara sveobuhvatno rješenje za višekanalnu komunikaciju koja je sada dostupna klijentima. Infobip i Peerless Network sada će zajedno ponuditi mrežu lokalnih timova koji će biti na raspolaganju i u komunikaciji s tvrtkama diljem svijeta.

U kombinaciji, Infobip i Peerless Network zajedno obrađuju više od 30 milijardi mjesečnih interakcija s korisnicima kroz čitav niz komunikacijskih kanala u više od 190 zemalja.

Nova akvizicija slijedi nakon preuzimanja vodećeg B2B pružatelja rješenja za razmjenu mobilnih poruka OpenMarketa, vodećeg svjetskog pružatelja SMS firewall usluge Anama, developerske konferencije Shift te poslovno-tehnološkog magazina Netokracija.

Nova velika akvizicija Infobipa: dovršili kupnju američke kompanije za 200 milijuna dolara

Vodnjanski Infobip, globalna cloud komunikacijska platforma i vodeća IT kompanija u regiji, zaključila je akviziciju američke kompanije Peerless Network, globalnog pružatelja usluga glasovne komunikacije preko interneta (Voice over IP) u poslu vrijednom oko 200 milijuna američkih dolara, priopćili su u srijedu iz Infobipa.

Infobipovi klijenti će, navodi se, zahvaljujući toj akviziciji dobiti pristup tržištu SAD-a putem Peerless Networka, koji pokriva 93 posto američke populacije u 49 saveznih država. Osim toga, Infobip će ponuditi klijentima Peerless Networka pristup svojoj vodećoj komunikacijskoj cloud platformi, kako bi im pomogao u širenju komunikacije na više kanala i dodatno povezivanje sa svojim klijentima na globalnoj razini.
