Na svečanoj dodjeli nagrada 'Najbolji poslodavac', u sklopu konferencije Udruge U4HR i Lidera: 'Biti menadžer više nije dovoljno – trebamo lidera!' MojPosao je dodijelio nagrade poslodavcima koji su ostvarili najviše ocjene u Istraživanju zadovoljstva zaposlenika.
Najbolji poslodavci u 2020. u kategoriji velikih tvrtki su:Infinum, dm-drogerie markt i Rimac Automobili.U kategoriji srednji tvrtki najbolji poslodavci su Q agency, BORNFIGHT te Logista dok su najbolji poslodavci u kategoriji malih tvrtki za 2020. godinu COBE, Ars Futura te Integracija od-do
Također, od prošle godine sve tvrtke koje prvi put sudjeluju u Istraživanju ulaze u konkurenciju za priznanje Best new entry – najbolje plasirana nova tvrtka, a ovogodišnji dobitnik je tvrtka Q agency.
Ove godine je u istraživanju zadovoljstva zaposlenika sudjelovalo 48 tvrtki (42 posto srednjih, 33 posto malih, 15 posto velikih i tri posto micro tvrtki), a svoje odgovore je ponudilo 4300 zaposlenika. Ispitanici su najbolje ocjene dali u kategorijama: Posvećenost poslu, Izazovnost radnih zadataka te Međuljudski odnosi dok su najlošije ocijenjene kategorije Uključenost u donošenje odluka i organizacija rada.
Istraživanjem se mjerila i angažiranost zaposlenika, odnosno njihova motivacija da dodatno doprinose razvoju i rastu tvrtke u kojoj rade. Ovogodišnji rezultati pokazuju da je angažirano 41 posto zaposlenika, što je rast od 12 posto postotnih poena u odnosu na prošlu godinu, dok 55% djelatnika nije angažirano.
Nemotivirano je četiri posto zaposlenika.
Od ove godine istraživanjem se mjeri i eNPS - Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), definiran kao koncept koji je izgrađen oko Net Promoter Score (NPS) radi mjerenja lojalnosti zaposlenika.
To je metoda kojom se mjeri koliko su zaposlenici voljni preporučiti svoje radno mjesto/tvrtku svojoj obitelji ili prijateljima. Moguća eNPS ocjena kreće se od – 100 do +100. Prosjek tvrtki u istraživanju iznosi + 50 bodova, s tim da je prosjek eNPS bodova tvrtki dobitnica +87.
Istraživanje zadovoljstva zaposlenika upitnik je koji se sastoji od 78 ključnih tvrdnji iz devet područja zadovoljstva zaposlenika. To su: Izazovnost radnih zadataka, Lojalnost zaposlenika, Organizacija rada, Radni uvjeti, Posvećenost poslu, Osobni rast i razvoj, Uključenost u donošenje odluka, Međuljudski odnosi i Komunikacija u tvrtki.
Kroz posljednje četiri kategorije mjeri se angažiranost zaposlenika, koja se prikazuje kao postotak angažiranih, neangažiranih te nemotiviranih zaposlenika.

Na svečanoj dodjeli nagrada 'Najbolji poslodavac', u sklopu konferencije Udruge U4HR i Lidera: 'Biti menadžer više nije dovoljno – trebamo lidera!' MojPosao je dodijelio nagrade poslodavcima koji su ostvarili najviše ocjene u Istraživanju zadovoljstva zaposlenika.
Najbolji poslodavci u 2020. u kategoriji velikih tvrtki su:Infinum, dm-drogerie markt i Rimac Automobili.U kategoriji srednji tvrtki najbolji poslodavci su Q agency, BORNFIGHT te Logista dok su najbolji poslodavci u kategoriji malih tvrtki za 2020. godinu COBE, Ars Futura te Integracija od-do
Također, od prošle godine sve tvrtke koje prvi put sudjeluju u Istraživanju ulaze u konkurenciju za priznanje Best new entry – najbolje plasirana nova tvrtka, a ovogodišnji dobitnik je tvrtka Q agency.
Ove godine je u istraživanju zadovoljstva zaposlenika sudjelovalo 48 tvrtki (42 posto srednjih, 33 posto malih, 15 posto velikih i tri posto micro tvrtki), a svoje odgovore je ponudilo 4300 zaposlenika. Ispitanici su najbolje ocjene dali u kategorijama: Posvećenost poslu, Izazovnost radnih zadataka te Međuljudski odnosi dok su najlošije ocijenjene kategorije Uključenost u donošenje odluka i organizacija rada.
Istraživanjem se mjerila i angažiranost zaposlenika, odnosno njihova motivacija da dodatno doprinose razvoju i rastu tvrtke u kojoj rade. Ovogodišnji rezultati pokazuju da je angažirano 41 posto zaposlenika, što je rast od 12 posto postotnih poena u odnosu na prošlu godinu, dok 55% djelatnika nije angažirano.
Nemotivirano je četiri posto zaposlenika.
Od ove godine istraživanjem se mjeri i eNPS - Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), definiran kao koncept koji je izgrađen oko Net Promoter Score (NPS) radi mjerenja lojalnosti zaposlenika.
To je metoda kojom se mjeri koliko su zaposlenici voljni preporučiti svoje radno mjesto/tvrtku svojoj obitelji ili prijateljima. Moguća eNPS ocjena kreće se od – 100 do +100. Prosjek tvrtki u istraživanju iznosi + 50 bodova, s tim da je prosjek eNPS bodova tvrtki dobitnica +87.
Istraživanje zadovoljstva zaposlenika upitnik je koji se sastoji od 78 ključnih tvrdnji iz devet područja zadovoljstva zaposlenika.
