Najveći europski diskontni zrakoplovni prijevoznik, irski Ryanair u utorak je objavio da je povećao godišnju neto dobit za 20 posto, na 480,9 milijuna eura, upozorivši ipak da će u slučaju da se cijene nafte zadrže na razini od 130 dolara za barel u novoj poslovnoj godini prihodima tek uspjeti pokriti troškove.

U 12 mjeseci zaključno d 31. ožujka kompanija je povećala neto dobit, koja ne uključuje jednokratne stavke, na 480,9 milijuna eura. Analitičari su očekivali dobit u visini 474,7 milijuna eura.

Kada se uključe jednokratne stavke, poput otpisa vrijednosti udjela u konkurentskom irskom Aer Lingusu za 91,6 milijuna eura, zbog pada vrijednosti njegovih dionica, Ryanairova neto dobit iznosila je 390,7 milijuna eura, u odnosu na 435,6 milijuna eura u prethodnoj godini.

Izvršni direktor kompanije Michael O'Leary napominje kako je uzlet cijena nafte ublažen masovnom kupnjom goriva po jeftinijim cijenama. No, ako troškovi goriva ostanu visoki, cijene karata će morati porasti za oko pet posto, naglasio je.

Ryanair ne planira uvođenje doplate za gorivo ali O'Leary ističe da će sljedeće zime kompanija prizemljiti do deset posto svoje flote u nastojanju da neutralizira rast troškova zbog povećanja nameta u zrakoplovnim lukama.

Rezultati poslovanja u sljedećoj poslovnoj godini u potpunosti će ovisiti o troškovima goriva, no ako ostanu na postojećoj razini, Ryanair će 2009. vjerojatno tek pokriti troškove, ističe O'Leary.

Ryanair je u prošloj godini prevezao 50,9 milijuna putnika, odnosno 20 posto više nego prethodne godine.

Najveći europski diskontni zrakoplovni prijevoznik, irski Ryanair u utorak je objavio da je povećao godišnju neto dobit za 20 posto, na 480,9 milijuna eura, upozorivši ipak da će u slučaju da se cijene nafte zadrže na razini od 130 dolara za barel u novoj poslovnoj godini prihodima tek uspjeti pokriti troškove.

U 12 mjeseci zaključno d 31. ožujka kompanija je povećala neto dobit, koja ne uključuje jednokratne stavke, na 480,9 milijuna eura. Analitičari su očekivali dobit u visini 474,7 milijuna eura.

Kada se uključe jednokratne stavke, poput otpisa vrijednosti udjela u konkurentskom irskom Aer Lingusu za 91,6 milijuna eura, zbog pada vrijednosti njegovih dionica, Ryanairova neto dobit iznosila je 390,7 milijuna eura, u odnosu na 435,6 milijuna eura u prethodnoj godini.

Izvršni direktor kompanije Michael O'Leary napominje kako je uzlet cijena nafte ublažen masovnom kupnjom goriva po jeftinijim cijenama. No, ako troškovi goriva ostanu visoki, cijene karata će morati porasti za oko pet posto, naglasio je.

Ryanair ne planira uvođenje doplate za gorivo ali O'Leary ističe da će sljedeće zime kompanija prizemljiti do deset posto svoje flote u nastojanju da neutralizira rast troškova zbog povećanja nameta u zrakoplovnim lukama.

Rezultati poslovanja u sljedećoj poslovnoj godini u potpunosti će ovisiti o troškovima goriva, no ako ostanu na postojećoj razini, Ryanair će 2009. vjerojatno tek pokriti troškove, ističe O'Leary.

Ryanair je u prošloj godini prevezao 50,9 milijuna putnika, odnosno 20 posto više nego prethodne godine.
