Slovenija je nezadovoljna presudom europskog suda po kojoj hrvatski vinari svoje vino mogu zvati teran, rekli su u srijedu slovenski dužnosnici koji za tu odluku optužuju prethodnu vladu.

Opći sud EU-a odbacio je u srijedu tužbu Slovenije protiv Europske komisije kojom je Ljubljana tražila poništenje odluke da hrvatski vinari u Istri mogu koristiti naziv teran.

"Odluku suda treba poštovati, ali je ona štetna za naše proizvođače kraškog terana koji se boje da će hrvatski teran preplaviti slovensko tržište", kazala je ministrica poljoprivrede Aleksandra Pivec.

Ministar vanjskih poslova Anže Logar smatra da su za fijasko u obrani slovenskog terana krive prijašnje vlade koje su "zaspale" kad je Europska komisija 2017. pripremila delegirani akt u korist Hrvatske koju je onda osporavala vlada Mire Cerara i onda tužila Europsku komisiju zbog navodne pristranosti u korist Hrvatske.

"Odluku Europskog suda ćemo potanko proučiti, kao i sve diplomatske aktivnosti vezane na taj slučaj", kazao je Logar.

Nije rekao hoće li se Slovenija žaliti na presudu što može učiniti u roku od dva mjeseca.

Čelnik slovenskih vinara i proizvođač kraškog terana Marjan Colja kazao je da ih presuda nije iznenadila iako su njome razočarani, ali vjeruje kako su slovenski ljubitelji vina dobro kupovati slovenski, a ne istarski teran.

"I ovo potvrđuje da europski sudovi nisu imuni od politike", rekao je Colja. Neki slovenski političari i dio javnosti drže da europski sudovi u sporovima Slovenije i Hrvatske pokazuju "političku pristranost" jer je u europskim institucijama najjača Europska pučka stranka (EPP), kojoj pripada i HDZ, vladajuća stranka u Hrvatskoj.

Slično misli i Dejan Židan, nekadašnji ministar poljoprivrede koji je najviše inzistirao na odbijenoj tužbi. On je slovenskom javnom radiju izjavio da je hrvatski teran priznat zbog utjecaja koje hrvatska vlada ima u EPP-u, a ne zbog loših diplomatskih reakcija, za što bivšu vladu optužuju članice sadašnje vladajuće koalicije.

Suprotno njemu, slovenski eurozastupnik Franc Bogovič, također nekadašnji ministar poljoprivrede, smatra da su za kompromitaciju Slovenije krive prijašnje vlade lijevog centra koje su koristile krivu taktiku.

"Današnja sudska presuda rezultat je pretjeranog samopouzdanja i odbijanja bilo kakvih pregovora...s Hrvatskom i EK-om", rekao je Bogovič, član Slovenske pučke stranke.

Spor Hrvatske i Slovenije izbio je 2013. kada su sa trgovačkih polica u Sloveniji uklonjene boce hrvatskog terana. Hrvatska je tada predložila zajedničku prekograničnu zaštitu terana, što su Slovenci odbili uz obrazloženje da to nije moguće zbog različitih agroklimatskih uvjeta u proizvodnji vina.

Nakon što dvije države nisu uspjele pronaći kompromis, Europska komisija je u svibnju 2017. usvojila delegirani akt kojim se hrvatskim vinarima u Istri omogućava iznimka u korištenju imena teran, koje je Slovenija na razini EU-a zaštitila oznakom zemljopisnog podrijetla. Prema tom aktu hrvatski teran na etiketama mora imati natpis Hrvatska Istra, a ispod toga manjim slovima može pisati teran.

Slovenija je nezadovoljna presudom europskog suda po kojoj hrvatski vinari svoje vino mogu zvati teran, rekli su u srijedu slovenski dužnosnici koji za tu odluku optužuju prethodnu vladu.

Opći sud EU-a odbacio je u srijedu tužbu Slovenije protiv Europske komisije kojom je Ljubljana tražila poništenje odluke da hrvatski vinari u Istri mogu koristiti naziv teran.

"Odluku suda treba poštovati, ali je ona štetna za naše proizvođače kraškog terana koji se boje da će hrvatski teran preplaviti slovensko tržište", kazala je ministrica poljoprivrede Aleksandra Pivec.

Ministar vanjskih poslova Anže Logar smatra da su za fijasko u obrani slovenskog terana krive prijašnje vlade koje su "zaspale" kad je Europska komisija 2017. pripremila delegirani akt u korist Hrvatske koju je onda osporavala vlada Mire Cerara i onda tužila Europsku komisiju zbog navodne pristranosti u korist Hrvatske.

"Odluku Europskog suda ćemo potanko proučiti, kao i sve diplomatske aktivnosti vezane na taj slučaj", kazao je Logar.

Nije rekao hoće li se Slovenija žaliti na presudu što može učiniti u roku od dva mjeseca.

Čelnik slovenskih vinara i proizvođač kraškog terana Marjan Colja kazao je da ih presuda nije iznenadila iako su njome razočarani, ali vjeruje kako su slovenski ljubitelji vina dobro kupovati slovenski, a ne istarski teran.

"I ovo potvrđuje da europski sudovi nisu imuni od politike", rekao je Colja. Neki slovenski političari i dio javnosti drže da europski sudovi u sporovima Slovenije i Hrvatske pokazuju "političku pristranost" jer je u europskim institucijama najjača Europska pučka stranka (EPP), kojoj pripada i HDZ, vladajuća stranka u Hrvatskoj.

Slično misli i Dejan Židan, nekadašnji ministar poljoprivrede koji je najviše inzistirao na odbijenoj tužbi. On je slovenskom javnom radiju izjavio da je hrvatski teran priznat zbog utjecaja koje hrvatska vlada ima u EPP-u, a ne zbog loših diplomatskih reakcija, za što bivšu vladu optužuju članice sadašnje vladajuće koalicije.

Suprotno njemu, slovenski eurozastupnik Franc Bogovič, također nekadašnji ministar poljoprivrede, smatra da su za kompromitaciju Slovenije krive prijašnje vlade lijevog centra koje su koristile krivu taktiku.

"Današnja sudska presuda rezultat je pretjeranog samopouzdanja i odbijanja bilo kakvih pregovora...s Hrvatskom i EK-om", rekao je Bogovič, član Slovenske pučke stranke.

Spor Hrvatske i Slovenije izbio je 2013. kada su sa trgovačkih polica u Sloveniji uklonjene boce hrvatskog terana. Hrvatska je tada predložila zajedničku prekograničnu zaštitu terana, što su Slovenci odbili uz obrazloženje da to nije moguće zbog različitih agroklimatskih uvjeta u proizvodnji vina.

Nakon što dvije države nisu uspjele pronaći kompromis, Europska komisija je u svibnju 2017. usvojila delegirani akt kojim se hrvatskim vinarima u Istri omogućava iznimka u korištenju imena teran, koje je Slovenija na razini EU-a zaštitila oznakom zemljopisnog podrijetla. Prema tom aktu hrvatski teran na etiketama mora imati natpis Hrvatska Istra, a ispod toga manjim slovima može pisati teran.

Slovenci razočarani odlukom europskog suda u sporu s Hrvatskom: ‘Naši vinari se boje da će hrvatski teran preplaviti slovensko tržište‘

Slovenija je nezadovoljna presudom europskog suda po kojoj hrvatski vinari svoje vino mogu zvati teran, rekli su u srijedu slovenski dužnosnici koji za tu odluku optužuju prethodnu vladu.

Opći sud EU-a odbacio je u srijedu tužbu Slovenije protiv Europske komisije kojom je Ljubljana tražila poništenje odluke da hrvatski vinari u Istri mogu koristiti naziv teran.

"Odluku suda treba poštovati, ali je ona štetna za naše proizvođače kraškog terana koji se boje da će hrvatski teran preplaviti slovensko tržište", kazala je ministrica poljoprivrede Aleksandra Pivec.
