Prvostupanjski disciplinski sud MUP-a jutros je u Rijeci presudio da nekadašnji šef krim-policije PU primorsko-goranske Željko Kruneš dobije otkaz. Odluka je nepravomoćna pa će se Kruneš i njegov odvjetnik Saša Jelušić na nju žaliti Drugostupanjskom disciplinskom sudu u Zagrebu.

U slučaju da i zagrebački sud odluči kao riječki, Kruneš može pokrenuti upravni postupak na Upravnom sudu, ali ako drugostupanjski sud potvrdi otkaz, onda on automatski stupa na snagu, a o ishodu upravnog spora će ovisiti daljni Krunešov status u MUP-u. Danas izrečena presuda se MUP-ovim žargonom zove - mjera prestanka službene dužnosti.

Kruneš je dobio otkaz zbog zbog nedopuštenog korištenja službenog vozila van radnog vremena, te namjernog nalijetanja na automobil bivše mu partnerice 2018. godine, u trenucima kada je njihova veza upala u krizu. Štetu od 27 tisuća kuna na policijskom vozilu je platila država, a događaj je opisan na način da je službeno vozilo oštećeno u garaži.

O ovome su se mjesecima vodile polemike, a Sindikat policijskih službenika, točnije njihov predsjednik Mario Puškarić tada je dopisima pitao odgovorne: (od predsjednika Vlade, predsjednika države, ministra unutarnjih poslova, ravnatelja policije) pa do one najdirektnije, načelnika PU primorsko-goranske Tomislava Dizdara - 'Je li oštećenje MUP-ova vozila koje je vozio Kruneš plaćeno iz državnog proračuna u iznosu od 27 tisuća kuna?'

- Pitao sam i je li MUP platio 16 tisuća kuna štetete na gospođinom mercedesu kao i je li MUP podmirio štetu od 27 tisuća kuna na našem MUP-ovom vozilu? Na prvi odgovor sam čekao samo sat vremena, a na drugi još čekam. U prvom odgovoru mi je rečeno da MUP nije snosio nikakve troškove na gospođinom mercedesu - kazao je Puškarić.

Protiv Kruneša je u tijeku i kazneni postupak zbog poticanja na pokušaj ubojstva unuka riječke aktivistice Slavice Šote. Istraga je okončana prije par dana, te se čeka hoće li državno odvjetništvo u Puli podići protiv njega optužnicu ili pak odbaciti slučaj.

Krunešovo nekadašnje uhićenje je povezano s njegovim navodnim sukobom s riječkom aktivisticom Šotom iz neformalne skupine 'Pokret otpora – Riječani protiv korupcije', koja je u više navrata godinama tvrdila da joj je Kruneš prijetio ubojstvom unuka.

Slučaj je ponovno pobudio medijsku pažnju u ožujku ove godine, nakon emisije 'Provjereno' Nove TV, u kojoj je objavljen iskaz Krunešove bivše partnerice. Ona je u lipnju 2015. godina upozorila Slavicu Šotu i njezinu kćer Josipu Novaković kako njezin partner planira ubojstvo Josipine djece, odnosno Šotinih unuka.

Iako su Slavica Šota i njezina kćer Josipa Novaković godinama upozoravale na Krunešovo ponašanje, službeno je postupak protiv njega pokrenut tek nakon što je žena s kojom je svojevremeno bio u intimnoj vezi istupila u emisiji Provjereno. Ispričala je tada kako joj je prijetio, a sve je kulminiralo tako da se on službenim automobilom zaletio u njezino vozilo.

Kruneš je tek u veljači prošle godine smijenjen s funkcije načelnika kriminalističke policije PU primorsko-goranske. Bio je premješten u Policijsku postaju u Crikvenici, a tek sada dobiva i otkaz. Istina, nepravomoćni.

Prvostupanjski disciplinski sud MUP-a jutros je u Rijeci presudio da nekadašnji šef krim-policije PU primorsko-goranske Željko Kruneš dobije otkaz. Odluka je nepravomoćna pa će se Kruneš i njegov odvjetnik Saša Jelušić na nju žaliti Drugostupanjskom disciplinskom sudu u Zagrebu.

U slučaju da i zagrebački sud odluči kao riječki, Kruneš može pokrenuti upravni postupak na Upravnom sudu, ali ako drugostupanjski sud potvrdi otkaz, onda on automatski stupa na snagu, a o ishodu upravnog spora će ovisiti daljni Krunešov status u MUP-u. Danas izrečena presuda se MUP-ovim žargonom zove - mjera prestanka službene dužnosti.

Kruneš je dobio otkaz zbog zbog nedopuštenog korištenja službenog vozila van radnog vremena, te namjernog nalijetanja na automobil bivše mu partnerice 2018. godine, u trenucima kada je njihova veza upala u krizu. Štetu od 27 tisuća kuna na policijskom vozilu je platila država, a događaj je opisan na način da je službeno vozilo oštećeno u garaži.

O ovome su se mjesecima vodile polemike, a Sindikat policijskih službenika, točnije njihov predsjednik Mario Puškarić tada je dopisima pitao odgovorne: (od predsjednika Vlade, predsjednika države, ministra unutarnjih poslova, ravnatelja policije) pa do one najdirektnije, načelnika PU primorsko-goranske Tomislava Dizdara - 'Je li oštećenje MUP-ova vozila koje je vozio Kruneš plaćeno iz državnog proračuna u iznosu od 27 tisuća kuna?'

- Pitao sam i je li MUP platio 16 tisuća kuna štetete na gospođinom mercedesu kao i je li MUP podmirio štetu od 27 tisuća kuna na našem MUP-ovom vozilu? Na prvi odgovor sam čekao samo sat vremena, a na drugi još čekam. U prvom odgovoru mi je rečeno da MUP nije snosio nikakve troškove na gospođinom mercedesu - kazao je Puškarić.

Protiv Kruneša je u tijeku i kazneni postupak zbog poticanja na pokušaj ubojstva unuka riječke aktivistice Slavice Šote. Istraga je okončana prije par dana, te se čeka hoće li državno odvjetništvo u Puli podići protiv njega optužnicu ili pak odbaciti slučaj.

Krunešovo nekadašnje uhićenje je povezano s njegovim navodnim sukobom s riječkom aktivisticom Šotom iz neformalne skupine 'Pokret otpora – Riječani protiv korupcije', koja je u više navrata godinama tvrdila da joj je Kruneš prijetio ubojstvom unuka.

Slučaj je ponovno pobudio medijsku pažnju u ožujku ove godine, nakon emisije 'Provjereno' Nove TV, u kojoj je objavljen iskaz Krunešove bivše partnerice. Ona je u lipnju 2015. godina upozorila Slavicu Šotu i njezinu kćer Josipu Novaković kako njezin partner planira ubojstvo Josipine djece, odnosno Šotinih unuka.

Iako su Slavica Šota i njezina kćer Josipa Novaković godinama upozoravale na Krunešovo ponašanje, službeno je postupak protiv njega pokrenut tek nakon što je žena s kojom je svojevremeno bio u intimnoj vezi istupila u emisiji Provjereno. Ispričala je tada kako joj je prijetio, a sve je kulminiralo tako da se on službenim automobilom zaletio u njezino vozilo.

Kruneš je tek u veljači prošle godine smijenjen s funkcije načelnika kriminalističke policije PU primorsko-goranske. Bio je premješten u Policijsku postaju u Crikvenici, a tek sada dobiva i otkaz. Istina, nepravomoćni.

Bivšem šefu krim-policije otkaz u MUP-u: službenim vozilom se namjerno zaletio u automobil bivše partnerice, imali su krizu u vezi

Prvostupanjski disciplinski sud MUP-a jutros je u Rijeci presudio da nekadašnji šef krim-policije PU primorsko-goranske Željko Kruneš dobije otkaz. Odluka je nepravomoćna pa će se Kruneš i njegov odvjetnik Saša Jelušić na nju žaliti Drugostupanjskom disciplinskom sudu u Zagrebu.

U slučaju da i zagrebački sud odluči kao riječki, Kruneš može pokrenuti upravni postupak na Upravnom sudu, ali ako drugostupanjski sud potvrdi otkaz, onda on automatski stupa na snagu, a o ishodu upravnog spora će ovisiti daljni Krunešov status u MUP-u. Danas izrečena presuda se MUP-ovim žargonom zove - mjera prestanka službene dužnosti.

Kruneš je dobio otkaz zbog zbog nedopuštenog korištenja službenog vozila van radnog vremena, te namjernog nalijetanja na automobil bivše mu partnerice 2018....
