Tri mjeseca nakon uhićenja i otvaranja istrage protiv njega, zagrebačko Županijsko državno odvjetništvo podignulo je i optužnicu protiv Matije Vrdoljaka (27), unuka poznatog redatelja Antuna Vrdoljaka, zbog pokušaja ubojstva. Zbog opasnosti od ponavljanja djela, produljen mu je i istražni zatvor, u kojem se nalazi od uhićenja, piše Jutarnji list.

Matija Vrdoljak bio je krajem prošle godine uhićen zbog optužbi da je 9. prosinca, dakle nepunih mjesec dana prije toga, u Draškovićevoj ulici, blizu hotela Sheraton, nožem više puta ubo 21-godišnjeg mladića u leđa pokušavši ga ubiti. Mladić je, na sreću, bio samo lakše ozlijeđen i ozljede su mu sanirane u jednoj zagrebačkoj bolnici, a Vrdoljak je nakon sukoba napustio mjesto događaja te ga policija, koja je pozvana, nije zatekla tamo.

Ni ubodeni 21-godišnjak, koji nije uspio vidjeti napadača, ni policija skoro mjesec dana nisu uspjeli Vrdoljaka identificirati kao počinitelja, nego su objavili snimke nadzornih kamera na kojima se vidio napadač i zatražili pomoć građana. Tek krajem prosinca jedan se građanin javio policiji rekavši da bi misteriozni napadač s objavljenih snimaka mogao biti unuk poznatog redatelja i bivšeg glavnog čovjeka HRT-a.

Policija je ubrzo nakon toga uhitila Matiju Vrdoljaka, koji je inače živio na istoj adresi s djedom, a nakon što je objavljena priča o uhićenju njegova unuka, Antun Vrdoljak nije želio davati nikakve izjave. "Ne mogu o tome razgovarati. Nemam volje", odgovorio je na pitanje novinara 24 sata da prokomentira optužbe protiv unuka te činjenicu da živi s njim u istom stanu.

Napadu u Draškovićevoj, koji se dogodio 9. prosinca prošle godine u ranim jutarnjim satima, prethodili su svađa i sukob više mladih muškaraca, među kojima je, navodno, bio i Vrdoljak. Kako je to policija rekonstruirala na temelju izjava očevidaca, radilo se o sukobu koji je izbio zbog slučajne svađe, kojoj je kumovao i alkohol. Prema jednoj verziji, ubodeni mladić bio je u grupi koja se sukobila s Vrdoljakovim poznanicima, a prema drugoj, nije pripadao nijednoj skupini, nego je samo pokušao smiriti sukob među mladićima kada je uboden u leđa.

Štoviše, ubodeni 21-godišnjak, prema izjavi koju je dao policiji, nije niti znao da je ozlijeđen dok je sukob trajao, nego je to otkrio nedugo nakon njega. "Netko je rekao da prestanemo jer da će doći policija. Dok smo hodali prema Branimirovoj, netko iz grupe je pitao jesmo li vidjeli da je netko tamo imao nož u ruci. Ja nož vidio nisam, ali sam, hodajući, osjetio najednom peckanje na leđima. Osjetio sam i da imam rupu u donjem dijelu. Dečki su pogledali što mi je na leđima i vidjeli krv i tu rupu", ispričao je 21-godišnjak. Vrdoljak se na ispitivanju branio šutnjom.

Tri mjeseca nakon uhićenja i otvaranja istrage protiv njega, zagrebačko Županijsko državno odvjetništvo podignulo je i optužnicu protiv Matije Vrdoljaka (27), unuka poznatog redatelja Antuna Vrdoljaka, zbog pokušaja ubojstva. Zbog opasnosti od ponavljanja djela, produljen mu je i istražni zatvor, u kojem se nalazi od uhićenja, piše Jutarnji list.

Matija Vrdoljak bio je krajem prošle godine uhićen zbog optužbi da je 9. prosinca, dakle nepunih mjesec dana prije toga, u Draškovićevoj ulici, blizu hotela Sheraton, nožem više puta ubo 21-godišnjeg mladića u leđa pokušavši ga ubiti. Mladić je, na sreću, bio samo lakše ozlijeđen i ozljede su mu sanirane u jednoj zagrebačkoj bolnici, a Vrdoljak je nakon sukoba napustio mjesto događaja te ga policija, koja je pozvana, nije zatekla tamo.

Ni ubodeni 21-godišnjak, koji nije uspio vidjeti napadača, ni policija skoro mjesec dana nisu uspjeli Vrdoljaka identificirati kao počinitelja, nego su objavili snimke nadzornih kamera na kojima se vidio napadač i zatražili pomoć građana. Tek krajem prosinca jedan se građanin javio policiji rekavši da bi misteriozni napadač s objavljenih snimaka mogao biti unuk poznatog redatelja i bivšeg glavnog čovjeka HRT-a.

Policija je ubrzo nakon toga uhitila Matiju Vrdoljaka, koji je inače živio na istoj adresi s djedom, a nakon što je objavljena priča o uhićenju njegova unuka, Antun Vrdoljak nije želio davati nikakve izjave. "Ne mogu o tome razgovarati. Nemam volje", odgovorio je na pitanje novinara 24 sata da prokomentira optužbe protiv unuka te činjenicu da živi s njim u istom stanu.

Napadu u Draškovićevoj, koji se dogodio 9. prosinca prošle godine u ranim jutarnjim satima, prethodili su svađa i sukob više mladih muškaraca, među kojima je, navodno, bio i Vrdoljak. Kako je to policija rekonstruirala na temelju izjava očevidaca, radilo se o sukobu koji je izbio zbog slučajne svađe, kojoj je kumovao i alkohol. Prema jednoj verziji, ubodeni mladić bio je u grupi koja se sukobila s Vrdoljakovim poznanicima, a prema drugoj, nije pripadao nijednoj skupini, nego je samo pokušao smiriti sukob među mladićima kada je uboden u leđa.

Štoviše, ubodeni 21-godišnjak, prema izjavi koju je dao policiji, nije niti znao da je ozlijeđen dok je sukob trajao, nego je to otkrio nedugo nakon njega. "Netko je rekao da prestanemo jer da će doći policija. Dok smo hodali prema Branimirovoj, netko iz grupe je pitao jesmo li vidjeli da je netko tamo imao nož u ruci. Ja nož vidio nisam, ali sam, hodajući, osjetio najednom peckanje na leđima. Osjetio sam i da imam rupu u donjem dijelu. Dečki su pogledali što mi je na leđima i vidjeli krv i tu rupu", ispričao je 21-godišnjak. Vrdoljak se na ispitivanju branio šutnjom.
