Protiv krijumčara migranata Orhana S. (27) iz Travnika u BiH Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Karlovcu je podiglo optužnicu jer je uhvaćen 10. siječnja u krijumčarenju 18 državljana Sirije i Iraka, koji su prethodno ilegalno ušli u Republiku Hrvatsku.

Sve ih je smjestio u kombi vozilo Citroen Jumpy. Planirao je zaraditi 300 eura "po čovjeku", no nije zaradio ništa jer nije obavio posao, u tome ga je omela policija na području Rakovice, nakon što im je pokušao pobjeći.

Pokušali su ga zaustaviti, no on je, umjesto da uspori i stane naglo povećao brzinu vozila te je u Grabovcu sletio s ceste i udario u metalni stup javne rasvjete. Ni to ga nije spriječilo u daljnjem bijegu. Izašao je iz vozila trčeći, ali se poskliznuo na zaleđenom tlu i pao, te je konačno uhićen oko 4.20 sati.

Na ispitivanju je priznao kazneno djelo, pravdao se lošom financijskom situacijom. Govori da je ranije bio zaposlen u Sloveniji sa svojim prijateljem Smajom O., te da je Smajo dodatno zarađivao prevoženjem migranata. Tamo su upoznali čovjeka koji se zove Amel, a upravo on im je predložio da se uključe u posao krijumčarenja. Amel ga je u Bihaću spojio s čovjekom koji se zove Haris.

- Mislim da je taj Haris glavni organizator prijevoza. Ne znam kako se preziva, znam samo da ga zovu Tito. On mi je ponudio prijevoz 12 migranata, od Rakovice do Zagreba ili Italije ovisno o mogućnostima. Ja sam odlučio krenuti prema Zagrebu. Dao mi je 100 eura na ruke za trošak goriva, a isplatu sam trebao primiti u Bihaću, 300 eura po čovjeku. Vozilo za prijevoz sam unajmio u BiH, što mi je platio Amel. Čitavo vrijeme, kada sam krenuo po ljude, bio sam na vezi s Harisom, a navigacija me odvela do jedne šume na području Rakovice. Kada sam stigao, migranti su sami ušli u vozilo, radilo se o muškarcima i ženama, ispalo je da ih je 18. Krenuli smo i nakon desetak minuta sam iza sebe uočio policijski kombi pod rotirkama - ispričao je uhićeni krijumčar.

Kaže da se tada prestrašio pa je povećao brzinu, pokušavajući im umaknuti.

- Vozio sam ispred njih od ruba do ruba ceste, te sam ih tako onemogućio da me prestignu. Ubrzo sam i ispred sebe vidio policijsko vozilo. Naglo sam zakočio, a kako je bio led na cesti udario sam u rasvjetni stup. Nisam brzo vozio, možda 60 km/h. Izašao sam iz vozila i počeo trčati, ali su me odmah uhvatili, uspio sam prijeći oko 30 metara - ispričao je bosanski krijumčar, a onda izrazio žaljenje obećavši da tako nešto više nikada neće ponoviti.

Policija je detaljno opisala kako je tekla akcija. Kombi bosanskih registracijskih oznaka uočili kako se kreće iz mjesta Kordunski Ljeskovac prema Lipovači, da je vozilo vidno opterećeno. Pokušali su vozilo zaustaviti uporabom zvučnih i svjetlosnih signala, ali se vozač oglušio i nastavio se kretati prema cesti D-1.

- Dolaskom na križanje dvije državne ceste D-1 i D-42 vozač je prošao pored znaka "stop", nastavio se kretati prilaznim putem hotela Grabovac, ušao u lijevi zavoj na cesti na kojoj je bilo snijega i leda, izgubio nadzor nad vozilom i udario u stup. Iskače iz vozila te se trčeći nastoji udaljiti, ali se poskliznuo i pao. Pridigao se i opet pokušao pobjeći, ali je tada zaustavljen u pokušaju bijega i uhićen - navodi se u optužnici, te dodaju da su svi ilegalci bili odrasle osobe, a među njih 18 bile su dvije žene. Njih šestero je bilo na sjedećim mjestima, a ostali u prtljažnom prostoru.

Protiv krijumčara migranata Orhana S. (27) iz Travnika u BiH Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Karlovcu je podiglo optužnicu jer je uhvaćen 10. siječnja u krijumčarenju 18 državljana Sirije i Iraka, koji su prethodno ilegalno ušli u Republiku Hrvatsku.

Sve ih je smjestio u kombi vozilo Citroen Jumpy. Planirao je zaraditi 300 eura "po čovjeku", no nije zaradio ništa jer nije obavio posao, u tome ga je omela policija na području Rakovice, nakon što im je pokušao pobjeći.

Pokušali su ga zaustaviti, no on je, umjesto da uspori i stane naglo povećao brzinu vozila te je u Grabovcu sletio s ceste i udario u metalni stup javne rasvjete. Ni to ga nije spriječilo u daljnjem bijegu. Izašao je iz vozila trčeći, ali se poskliznuo na zaleđenom tlu i pao, te je konačno uhićen oko 4.20 sati.

Na ispitivanju je priznao kazneno djelo, pravdao se lošom financijskom situacijom. Govori da je ranije bio zaposlen u Sloveniji sa svojim prijateljem Smajom O., te da je Smajo dodatno zarađivao prevoženjem migranata. Tamo su upoznali čovjeka koji se zove Amel, a upravo on im je predložio da se uključe u posao krijumčarenja. Amel ga je u Bihaću spojio s čovjekom koji se zove Haris.

- Mislim da je taj Haris glavni organizator prijevoza. Ne znam kako se preziva, znam samo da ga zovu Tito. On mi je ponudio prijevoz 12 migranata, od Rakovice do Zagreba ili Italije ovisno o mogućnostima. Ja sam odlučio krenuti prema Zagrebu. Dao mi je 100 eura na ruke za trošak goriva, a isplatu sam trebao primiti u Bihaću, 300 eura po čovjeku. Vozilo za prijevoz sam unajmio u BiH, što mi je platio Amel. Čitavo vrijeme, kada sam krenuo po ljude, bio sam na vezi s Harisom, a navigacija me odvela do jedne šume na području Rakovice. Kada sam stigao, migranti su sami ušli u vozilo, radilo se o muškarcima i ženama, ispalo je da ih je 18. Krenuli smo i nakon desetak minuta sam iza sebe uočio policijski kombi pod rotirkama - ispričao je uhićeni krijumčar.

Kaže da se tada prestrašio pa je povećao brzinu, pokušavajući im umaknuti.

- Vozio sam ispred njih od ruba do ruba ceste, te sam ih tako onemogućio da me prestignu. Ubrzo sam i ispred sebe vidio policijsko vozilo. Naglo sam zakočio, a kako je bio led na cesti udario sam u rasvjetni stup. Nisam brzo vozio, možda 60 km/h. Izašao sam iz vozila i počeo trčati, ali su me odmah uhvatili, uspio sam prijeći oko 30 metara - ispričao je bosanski krijumčar, a onda izrazio žaljenje obećavši da tako nešto više nikada neće ponoviti.

Policija je detaljno opisala kako je tekla akcija. Kombi bosanskih registracijskih oznaka uočili kako se kreće iz mjesta Kordunski Ljeskovac prema Lipovači, da je vozilo vidno opterećeno. Pokušali su vozilo zaustaviti uporabom zvučnih i svjetlosnih signala, ali se vozač oglušio i nastavio se kretati prema cesti D-1.

- Dolaskom na križanje dvije državne ceste D-1 i D-42 vozač je prošao pored znaka "stop", nastavio se kretati prilaznim putem hotela Grabovac, ušao u lijevi zavoj na cesti na kojoj je bilo snijega i leda, izgubio nadzor nad vozilom i udario u stup. Iskače iz vozila te se trčeći nastoji udaljiti, ali se poskliznuo i pao. Pridigao se i opet pokušao pobjeći, ali je tada zaustavljen u pokušaju bijega i uhićen - navodi se u optužnici, te dodaju da su svi ilegalci bili odrasle osobe, a među njih 18 bile su dvije žene. Njih šestero je bilo na sjedećim mjestima, a ostali u prtljažnom prostoru.

Protiv krijumčara migranata Orhana S. (27) iz Travnika u BiH Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Karlovcu je podiglo optužnicu jer je uhvaćen 10. siječnja u krijumčarenju 18 državljana Sirije i Iraka, koji su prethodno ilegalno ušli u Republiku Hrvatsku.

Sve ih je smjestio u kombi vozilo Citroen Jumpy. Planirao je zaraditi 300 eura "po čovjeku", no nije zaradio ništa jer nije obavio posao, u tome ga je omela policija na području Rakovice, nakon što im je pokušao pobjeći.
