Zagrebački županijski sud proglasio je krivima za zlouporabe u aferi ‘Suhi led‘ Zvonimira Šostara, bivšeg ravnatelja Zavoda za javno zdravstvo, Mirtu Lončar, stručnu savjetnicu u Odjelu zagrebačkoga Gradskog ureda za zdravstvo i poduzetnika Davora Ljubića, direktora tvrtke Eko Tours, specijalizirane za čišćenje metodom suhoga leda. Riječ je o nepravomoćnoj odluci na koju postoji mogućnost žalbe Visokom kaznenom sudu.

Uskoro će se saznati i visina kazne za osuđene.

Zagrebački Županijski sud takvu je odluku donio zbog optužbi za zloporabe navodno teške 38 milijuna kuna iz vremena dok je Šostar još bio pročelnik.

Premda je na početku s njima bilo optuženo još sedam okrivljenika, jedan od okrivljenika je preminuo, dok ih se šest u dosadašnjem tijeku postupka nagodilo s USKOK-om te su im izrečene uvjetne zatvorske kazne. Riječ je o osobama koje se teretilo za manje uloge izvlačenja novca iz Ljubićeve tvrtke.

"Namještanje poslova"

Konkretno, Šostara se tereti da je od 2006. do 2013. namjestio Ljubiću poslove s Gradom Zagrebom vrijedne 52,3 milijuna kuna, a radilo se o čišćenju ventilacijskih sustava zagrebačkih sportskih dvorana tzv. metodom suhoga leda, premda, kako tvrdi USKOK, potrebe za tom metodom i tolikim opsegom čišćenja nije bilo.

Također, prema tvrdnjama USKOK-a, Eko Tours je izveo samo poslove vrijedne 13,4 milijuna kuna te je čak 38,9 milijuna kuna naplaćenih radova ostalo neodrađeno, čime je toj tvrtki pribavljena nepripadajuća imovinska korist. Sve troje okrivljenika poreklo USKOK-ove optužbe, a osim zatvorskih kazni, prijeti im i ostanak bez značajne imovine.

Premda se Šostaru na teret stavlja da je osobno ostvario korist od 176.000 kuna, odnosno da je primio mito u tome iznosu u vidu troškova putovanja, hotelskoga smještaja i ribolova, mogao bi ostati bez imovine vrijedne čak osam milijuna kuna jer je USKOK predložio da se na njega primjene odredbe zakona o proširenome oduzimanju imovinske koristi.

Nekretnine i BMW

Naime, vještačenjem je utvrđeno da su Šostar i članovi njegove obitelji do 2013. stekli čak osam milijuna kuna više imovine nego što bi mogli prijavljenim prihodima. Od toga najveći dio, oko pet milijuna kuna, otpada na nekretnine i BMW koji se od početka istrage nalaze pod sudskom blokadom, dok je ostatak od 2,9 milijuna "nepokriven" i USKOK je predložio da se Šostara obaveže da taj novac, bude li proglašen krivim, uplati u proračun pod prijetnjom ovrhe.

Zagrebački županijski sud proglasio je krivima za zlouporabe u aferi ‘Suhi led‘ Zvonimira Šostara, bivšeg ravnatelja Zavoda za javno zdravstvo, Mirtu Lončar, stručnu savjetnicu u Odjelu zagrebačkoga Gradskog ureda za zdravstvo i poduzetnika Davora Ljubića, direktora tvrtke Eko Tours, specijalizirane za čišćenje metodom suhoga leda. Riječ je o nepravomoćnoj odluci na koju postoji mogućnost žalbe Visokom kaznenom sudu.

Uskoro će se saznati i visina kazne za osuđene.

Zagrebački Županijski sud takvu je odluku donio zbog optužbi za zloporabe navodno teške 38 milijuna kuna iz vremena dok je Šostar još bio pročelnik.

Premda je na početku s njima bilo optuženo još sedam okrivljenika, jedan od okrivljenika je preminuo, dok ih se šest u dosadašnjem tijeku postupka nagodilo s USKOK-om te su im izrečene uvjetne zatvorske kazne. Riječ je o osobama koje se teretilo za manje uloge izvlačenja novca iz Ljubićeve tvrtke.

"Namještanje poslova"

Konkretno, Šostara se tereti da je od 2006. do 2013. namjestio Ljubiću poslove s Gradom Zagrebom vrijedne 52,3 milijuna kuna, a radilo se o čišćenju ventilacijskih sustava zagrebačkih sportskih dvorana tzv. metodom suhoga leda, premda, kako tvrdi USKOK, potrebe za tom metodom i tolikim opsegom čišćenja nije bilo.

Također, prema tvrdnjama USKOK-a, Eko Tours je izveo samo poslove vrijedne 13,4 milijuna kuna te je čak 38,9 milijuna kuna naplaćenih radova ostalo neodrađeno, čime je toj tvrtki pribavljena nepripadajuća imovinska korist. Sve troje okrivljenika poreklo USKOK-ove optužbe, a osim zatvorskih kazni, prijeti im i ostanak bez značajne imovine.

Premda se Šostaru na teret stavlja da je osobno ostvario korist od 176.000 kuna, odnosno da je primio mito u tome iznosu u vidu troškova putovanja, hotelskoga smještaja i ribolova, mogao bi ostati bez imovine vrijedne čak osam milijuna kuna jer je USKOK predložio da se na njega primjene odredbe zakona o proširenome oduzimanju imovinske koristi.

Nekretnine i BMW

Naime, vještačenjem je utvrđeno da su Šostar i članovi njegove obitelji do 2013. stekli čak osam milijuna kuna više imovine nego što bi mogli prijavljenim prihodima. Od toga najveći dio, oko pet milijuna kuna, otpada na nekretnine i BMW koji se od početka istrage nalaze pod sudskom blokadom, dok je ostatak od 2,9 milijuna "nepokriven" i USKOK je predložio da se Šostara obaveže da taj novac, bude li proglašen krivim, uplati u proračun pod prijetnjom ovrhe.

Zvonimir Šostar i još dvoje optuženih proglašeni krivima za aferu ‘suhi led‘

Zagrebački županijski sud proglasio je krivima za zlouporabe u aferi ‘Suhi led‘ Zvonimira Šostara, bivšeg ravnatelja Zavoda za javno zdravstvo, Mirtu Lončar, stručnu savjetnicu u Odjelu zagrebačkoga Gradskog ureda za zdravstvo i poduzetnika Davora Ljubića, direktora tvrtke Eko Tours, specijalizirane za čišćenje metodom suhoga leda. Riječ je o nepravomoćnoj odluci na koju postoji mogućnost žalbe Visokom kaznenom sudu.

Uskoro će se saznati i visina kazne za osuđene.

Zagrebački Županijski sud takvu je odluku donio zbog optužbi za zloporabe navodno teške 38 milijuna kuna iz vremena dok je Šostar još bio pročelnik.

Premda je na početku s njima bilo optuženo još sedam okrivljenika, jedan od okrivljenika je preminuo, dok ih se šest u dosadašnjem tijeku postupka nagodilo s USKOK-om te su im izrečene uvjetne zatvorske kazne. Riječ je o osobama koje se teretilo za manje uloge izvlačenja novca iz Ljubićeve tvrtke.

"Namještanje poslova"

Konkretno, Šostara se tereti da je od 2006. do 2013. namjestio Ljubiću poslove s Gradom Zagrebom vrijedne 52,3 milijuna kuna, a radilo se o čišćenju ventilacijskih sustava zagrebačkih sportskih dvorana tzv. metodom suhoga leda, premda, kako tvrdi USKOK, potrebe za tom metodom i tolikim opsegom čišćenja nije bilo.

Također, prema tvrdnjama USKOK-a, Eko Tours je izveo samo poslove vrijedne 13,4 milijuna kuna te je čak 38,9 milijuna kuna naplaćenih radova ostalo neodrađeno, čime je toj tvrtki pribavljena nepripadajuća imovinska korist. Sve troje okrivljenika poreklo USKOK-ove optužbe, a osim zatvorskih kazni, prijeti im i ostanak bez značajne imovine.

Premda se Šostaru na teret stavlja da je osobno ostvario korist od 176.000 kuna, odnosno da je primio mito u tome iznosu u vidu troškova putovanja, hotelskoga smještaja i ribolova, mogao bi ostati bez imovine vrijedne čak osam milijuna kuna jer je USKOK predložio da se na njega primjene odredbe zakona o proširenome oduzimanju imovinske koristi.

Nekretnine i BMW

Naime, vještačenjem je utvrđeno da su Šostar i članovi njegove obitelji do 2013. stekli čak osam milijuna kuna više imovine nego što bi mogli prijavljenim prihodima. Od toga najveći dio, oko pet milijuna kuna, otpada na nekretnine i BMW koji se od početka istrage nalaze pod sudskom blokadom, dok je ostatak od 2,9 milijuna "nepokriven" i USKOK je predložio da se Šostara obaveže da taj novac, bude li proglašen krivim, uplati u proračun pod prijetnjom ovrhe.
