Ravnatelj Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo Krunoslav Capak komentirao je danas iz Virovitice jučerašnje priopćenje Europske agencije za lijekove (EMA) da bi zemlje trebale izbjegavati cjepivo AstraZenece protiv covida-19 za starije od 60 godina zbog bojazni od rijetke pojave zgrušavanja krvi.

"Koliko je meni poznato jedino je donesena odluka da se AstraZenecom ne bi trebale cijepiti osobe koje imaju tzv. kapilarno curenje, vrlo rijedak poremećaj povezan s manjkom određenih proteina u krvi, temeljem čega onda istječe tekućina kroz kapilare i stvaraju se edemi", rekao je Capak.

Dodao je da EMA nije donijela zaključak  da se AstraZenecom neće cijepiti osobe starije od 65 godina, kako se pisalo na hrvatskim portalima tijekom vikenda.

Danas, kaže, kreće ponovno sastajanje HALMED-a i HZJZ-a i povjerenstva za nuspojave pa će se pokušati doznati odakle je ta informacija došla i tko je o tome pričao.

"Sada kada je incidencija u Europi puno niža nego što je bila kada se krenulo s cijepljenjem AstraZenecom, malo se mijenjaju omjeri rizika  - onih koji obole i eventualno dožive tešku bolest u odnosu na one koji se cijepe i dožive neku tešku nuspojave", rekao je Capak.

To se mijenja pa je potrebno da se to ponovno prodiskutira na razini Europe i Hrvatske", poručio je ravnatelj HZJZ-a u Virovitičko-podravskoj županiji gdje je počelo cijepjenje uz pomoć covid autobusa.

Ravnatelj Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo Krunoslav Capak komentirao je danas iz Virovitice jučerašnje priopćenje Europske agencije za lijekove (EMA) da bi zemlje trebale izbjegavati cjepivo AstraZenece protiv covida-19 za starije od 60 godina zbog bojazni od rijetke pojave zgrušavanja krvi.

"Koliko je meni poznato jedino je donesena odluka da se AstraZenecom ne bi trebale cijepiti osobe koje imaju tzv. kapilarno curenje, vrlo rijedak poremećaj povezan s manjkom određenih proteina u krvi, temeljem čega onda istječe tekućina kroz kapilare i stvaraju se edemi", rekao je Capak.

Dodao je da EMA nije donijela zaključak  da se AstraZenecom neće cijepiti osobe starije od 65 godina, kako se pisalo na hrvatskim portalima tijekom vikenda.

Danas, kaže, kreće ponovno sastajanje HALMED-a i HZJZ-a i povjerenstva za nuspojave pa će se pokušati doznati odakle je ta informacija došla i tko je o tome pričao.

"Sada kada je incidencija u Europi puno niža nego što je bila kada se krenulo s cijepljenjem AstraZenecom, malo se mijenjaju omjeri rizika  - onih koji obole i eventualno dožive tešku bolest u odnosu na one koji se cijepe i dožive neku tešku nuspojave", rekao je Capak.

To se mijenja pa je potrebno da se to ponovno prodiskutira na razini Europe i Hrvatske", poručio je ravnatelj HZJZ-a u Virovitičko-podravskoj županiji gdje je počelo cijepjenje uz pomoć covid autobusa.

Ravnatelj Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo Krunoslav Capak komentirao je danas iz Virovitice jučerašnje priopćenje Europske agencije za lijekove (EMA) da bi zemlje trebale izbjegavati cjepivo AstraZenece protiv covida-19 za starije od 60 godina zbog bojazni od rijetke pojave zgrušavanja krvi.

"Koliko je meni poznato jedino je donesena odluka da se AstraZenecom ne bi trebale cijepiti osobe koje imaju tzv. kapilarno curenje, vrlo rijedak poremećaj povezan s manjkom određenih proteina u krvi, temeljem čega onda istječe tekućina kroz kapilare i stvaraju se edemi", rekao je Capak.

Dodao je da EMA nije donijela zaključak  da se AstraZenecom neće cijepiti osobe starije od 65 godina, kako se pisalo na hrvatskim portalima tijekom vikenda.
