Znanstvenik Ivan Đikić u ponedjeljak je u otvorenom pismu ponovno pozvao znanstvenika Dragana Primorca da objasni je li u sukobu interesa kad su u pitanju brza antigenska testiranja odnosno testiranje nogometaša na covid-19 u Hrvatskoj.

Primorac mu je ranije odgovorio da ne može biti u u sukobu interesa zbog antigenskih testova jer ne posluje s državom. Rekao je i da se u sv. Katarini provode brza antigenska testiranja, ali da ne posluju s državom niti prodaju državi antigenske testove.

"Mislim da je kolega Đikić pogriješio, pucao je sačmaricom ne brinući koga će pogoditi", rekao je Primorac za portal Index.

Đikić je pak ustvrdio kako se čini da je svojim pitanjima pogodio 'u sridu' i da Primorac izbjegava dati direktne odgovore te ga ponovno zamolio da odgovori na pitanje tko je i kako financirao testiranje nogometaša na covid19 u RH.

"Isticali ste se da je to revolucionarna nova strategija RH kojoj se cijeli svijet divi uključujući i UEFA i FIFA. Ako je tome tako, onda ne razumijem zašto ju sada ne koristite u Hrvatskoj uspješno kada imamo toliko nogometaša zaraženih?", upitao je Đikić u javnom pismu Primorca.

"Mene, a vjerujem i građane RH, zanima kolika je ukupna vrijednost tog projekta: 200 ili 500 tisuća kuna? Ili još više od toga? Također, važno je i tko je dobio novce od HNS-a te gdje su vršena testiranja? Jeste li Vi osobno ili bolnica Sv. Katarina primili iznos od HNS-a za testiranja nogometaša? Rekli ste da je jedan dio testiranja napravljen u kompaniji Genos (kolega Lauc tvrdi da je Genos sve napravio bez novca HNS-a). Koliko je novca plaćeno Nastavnom Zavodu Andrija Štampar u Zagrebu?", pitao je dalje Primorac i dodao da će, tak kad se to sazna, cijeli slučaj s financijske strane biti transparentan i jasan.

Pozvao je Primorca i da pojasni tvrdnje da to nije državni nego privatni projekt između njega i HNS-a i tko je dopustio da se takva „privatna“ testiranja vrše u javnoj zdravstvenoj ustanovi kada je cijeli zdravstveni sustav bio pod ogromnim opterećenjem.

Đikić smatra da je tu riječ o ozbiljnim problemima u pristupu testiranju građana Hrvatske te da je pismo zato uputio Vladi RH i građanima.

"Hrvatska je danas 'Wild West' testiranja. Ne postoje transparentna pravila, nije uvijek jasno tko se i kada testira, tko se ubraja u zaražene a tko ne. Primjerice antigeni testovi nisu uračunati u broj zaraženih, „vjerojatni“ covid19 pacijenti su osobe u izolaciji sa simptomima  bez ikakvih testiranja, ne uračunavaju se u broj zaraženih", ustvrdio je Đikić i ocijenio da su u listopadu i studenom stoga donošene "potpuno krive procjene", a Vlada RH "krive odluke" što je, napominje, rezultiralo današnjom situacijom s velikim ljudskim i ekonomskim gubicima.

"To se može riješiti jasnim pravilima i odlukama. No, veći problem su kapaciteti testiranja i veliki nered u naplaćivanju i cijenama testiranja", upozorio je te ustvrdio da je primjer masovnog testiranja u Zagrebu - potpuni promašaj stručnog djelovanja.

"Samo masovno testiranje bez pravilnih mjera i korištenja podataka za brzo lokalno djelovanja neće pomoći u sprečavanju zaraze a ogromni novci građana Zagreba bit će potrošeni", ocijenio je Đikiće te dodao kako nije upoznat s cijenama testiranja u Zagrebu.

Na premijera Andreja Plenkovića apelirao je da preispita cijeli slučaj i odgovori kako je moguće da se prostorije javnog zdravstva koriste za privatne projekte pojedinaca tijekom ozbiljne zdravstvene krize.

Ministru zdravstva Viliju Berošu predložio je način kako regulirati cijenu antigenih testiranja u RH te da treba definirati limit za cijene svih antigenih testova na 70 ili max 100 kuna po testu u državnim i privatnim laboratorijima.

"Ovo su izrazito teška i krizna vremena i nerazumno podizanje cijena testiranja od strane privatnika nisu etična, opravdana niti u interesu većina građana RH", zaključio je Đikić.

Znanstvenik Ivan Đikić u ponedjeljak je u otvorenom pismu ponovno pozvao znanstvenika Dragana Primorca da objasni je li u sukobu interesa kad su u pitanju brza antigenska testiranja odnosno testiranje nogometaša na covid-19 u Hrvatskoj.

Primorac mu je ranije odgovorio da ne može biti u u sukobu interesa zbog antigenskih testova jer ne posluje s državom. Rekao je i da se u sv. Katarini provode brza antigenska testiranja, ali da ne posluju s državom niti prodaju državi antigenske testove.

"Mislim da je kolega Đikić pogriješio, pucao je sačmaricom ne brinući koga će pogoditi", rekao je Primorac za portal Index.

Đikić je pak ustvrdio kako se čini da je svojim pitanjima pogodio 'u sridu' i da Primorac izbjegava dati direktne odgovore te ga ponovno zamolio da odgovori na pitanje tko je i kako financirao testiranje nogometaša na covid19 u RH.

"Isticali ste se da je to revolucionarna nova strategija RH kojoj se cijeli svijet divi uključujući i UEFA i FIFA. Ako je tome tako, onda ne razumijem zašto ju sada ne koristite u Hrvatskoj uspješno kada imamo toliko nogometaša zaraženih?", upitao je Đikić u javnom pismu Primorca.

"Mene, a vjerujem i građane RH, zanima kolika je ukupna vrijednost tog projekta: 200 ili 500 tisuća kuna? Ili još više od toga? Također, važno je i tko je dobio novce od HNS-a te gdje su vršena testiranja? Jeste li Vi osobno ili bolnica Sv. Katarina primili iznos od HNS-a za testiranja nogometaša? Rekli ste da je jedan dio testiranja napravljen u kompaniji Genos (kolega Lauc tvrdi da je Genos sve napravio bez novca HNS-a). Koliko je novca plaćeno Nastavnom Zavodu Andrija Štampar u Zagrebu?", pitao je dalje Primorac i dodao da će, tak kad se to sazna, cijeli slučaj s financijske strane biti transparentan i jasan.

Pozvao je Primorca i da pojasni tvrdnje da to nije državni nego privatni projekt između njega i HNS-a i tko je dopustio da se takva „privatna“ testiranja vrše u javnoj zdravstvenoj ustanovi kada je cijeli zdravstveni sustav bio pod ogromnim opterećenjem.

Đikić smatra da je tu riječ o ozbiljnim problemima u pristupu testiranju građana Hrvatske te da je pismo zato uputio Vladi RH i građanima.

"Hrvatska je danas 'Wild West' testiranja. Ne postoje transparentna pravila, nije uvijek jasno tko se i kada testira, tko se ubraja u zaražene a tko ne. Primjerice antigeni testovi nisu uračunati u broj zaraženih, „vjerojatni“ covid19 pacijenti su osobe u izolaciji sa simptomima  bez ikakvih testiranja, ne uračunavaju se u broj zaraženih", ustvrdio je Đikić i ocijenio da su u listopadu i studenom stoga donošene "potpuno krive procjene", a Vlada RH "krive odluke" što je, napominje, rezultiralo današnjom situacijom s velikim ljudskim i ekonomskim gubicima.

"To se može riješiti jasnim pravilima i odlukama. No, veći problem su kapaciteti testiranja i veliki nered u naplaćivanju i cijenama testiranja", upozorio je te ustvrdio da je primjer masovnog testiranja u Zagrebu - potpuni promašaj stručnog djelovanja.

"Samo masovno testiranje bez pravilnih mjera i korištenja podataka za brzo lokalno djelovanja neće pomoći u sprečavanju zaraze a ogromni novci građana Zagreba bit će potrošeni", ocijenio je Đikiće te dodao kako nije upoznat s cijenama testiranja u Zagrebu.

Na premijera Andreja Plenkovića apelirao je da preispita cijeli slučaj i odgovori kako je moguće da se prostorije javnog zdravstva koriste za privatne projekte pojedinaca tijekom ozbiljne zdravstvene krize.

Ministru zdravstva Viliju Berošu predložio je način kako regulirati cijenu antigenih testiranja u RH te da treba definirati limit za cijene svih antigenih testova na 70 ili max 100 kuna po testu u državnim i privatnim laboratorijima.

"Ovo su izrazito teška i krizna vremena i nerazumno podizanje cijena testiranja od strane privatnika nisu etična, opravdana niti u interesu većina građana RH", zaključio je Đikić.

Znanstvenik Ivan Đikić u ponedjeljak je u otvorenom pismu ponovno pozvao znanstvenika Dragana Primorca da objasni je li u sukobu interesa kad su u pitanju brza antigenska testiranja odnosno testiranje nogometaša na covid-19 u Hrvatskoj.

Primorac mu je ranije odgovorio da ne može biti u u sukobu interesa zbog antigenskih testova jer ne posluje s državom. Rekao je i da se u sv. Katarini provode brza antigenska testiranja, ali da ne posluju s državom niti prodaju državi antigenske testove.

"Mislim da je kolega Đikić pogriješio, pucao je sačmaricom ne brinući koga će pogoditi", rekao je Primorac za portal Index.

Đikić je pak ustvrdio kako se čini da je svojim pitanjima pogodio 'u sridu' i da Primorac izbjegava dati direktne odgovore te ga ponovno zamolio da odgovori na pi...
