Petnaest dana "hlađenja" u zatvoru dobio je 19- godišnji vozač, koji je bez važeće prometne dozvole napravio nekoliko prometnih prekršaja u Sinju, doznaje se u petak u splitskoj policiji.

Policijski službenici Policijske postaje Sinj u u četvrtak su za vrijeme obavljanja nadzora i kontrole prometa oko 16.10 sati u Sinju pokušali zaustaviti vozača na što se oglušio i nastavio vožnju tijekom koje je počinio veći broj prometnih prekršaja.

"Tijekom vožnje je pretjecao vozilo ispred sebe, iako je na kolniku bila iscrtana puna linija, a i dva je puta tijekom vožnje pretjecao vozila koja su se približavala pješačkom prijelazu", kazala je Sanja Nazlić iz splitske policije.

Policijski službenici su ga zaustavili na području Trilja. Prije zaustavljanja je iz vozila izbacio plastičnu vrećicu u kojoj se nalazila manja količina zelene materije karakteristične za marihuanu, koju su policijski službenici pronašli i oduzeli. Osoba je dovedena u službene prostorije i nad njim je provedeno kriminalističko istraživanje, kazala je Sanja Nazlić iz splitske policije.

Provedenim kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrđeno je postojanje osnovane sumnje da je 19-godišnjak upravljao osobnim vozilom prije stjecanja prava na upravljanje motornim vozilom, bez važeće prometnu dozvole, potom nije na zahtjev policije predočio policu osiguranja, nije se zaustavio na zahtjev policije, tijekom vožnje je tri puta nepropisno obavljao pretjecanje, te je odbio preliminarno testiranje na prisutnost droga i lijekova u organizmu.

Devetnaestogodišnjak se sumnjiči da je svojim ponašanjem ostvario obilježja devet prekršaja iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama i jedan prekršaj iz Zakona o suzbijanju zlouporabe droga, radi čega je uz optužni prijedlog priveden na Općinski prekršajni sud Split, koji mu je odredio zadržavanje od 15 dana.

Petnaest dana "hlađenja" u zatvoru dobio je 19- godišnji vozač, koji je bez važeće prometne dozvole napravio nekoliko prometnih prekršaja u Sinju, doznaje se u petak u splitskoj policiji.

Policijski službenici Policijske postaje Sinj u u četvrtak su za vrijeme obavljanja nadzora i kontrole prometa oko 16.10 sati u Sinju pokušali zaustaviti vozača na što se oglušio i nastavio vožnju tijekom koje je počinio veći broj prometnih prekršaja.

"Tijekom vožnje je pretjecao vozilo ispred sebe, iako je na kolniku bila iscrtana puna linija, a i dva je puta tijekom vožnje pretjecao vozila koja su se približavala pješačkom prijelazu", kazala je Sanja Nazlić iz splitske policije.

Policijski službenici su ga zaustavili na području Trilja. Prije zaustavljanja je iz vozila izbacio plastičnu vrećicu u kojoj se nalazila manja količina zelene materije karakteristične za marihuanu, koju su policijski službenici pronašli i oduzeli. Osoba je dovedena u službene prostorije i nad njim je provedeno kriminalističko istraživanje, kazala je Sanja Nazlić iz splitske policije.

Provedenim kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrđeno je postojanje osnovane sumnje da je 19-godišnjak upravljao osobnim vozilom prije stjecanja prava na upravljanje motornim vozilom, bez važeće prometnu dozvole, potom nije na zahtjev policije predočio policu osiguranja, nije se zaustavio na zahtjev policije, tijekom vožnje je tri puta nepropisno obavljao pretjecanje, te je odbio preliminarno testiranje na prisutnost droga i lijekova u organizmu.

Devetnaestogodišnjak se sumnjiči da je svojim ponašanjem ostvario obilježja devet prekršaja iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama i jedan prekršaj iz Zakona o suzbijanju zlouporabe droga, radi čega je uz optužni prijedlog priveden na Općinski prekršajni sud Split, koji mu je odredio zadržavanje od 15 dana.

Petnaest dana "hlađenja" u zatvoru dobio je 19- godišnji vozač, koji je bez važeće prometne dozvole napravio nekoliko prometnih prekršaja u Sinju, doznaje se u petak u splitskoj policiji.

Policijski službenici Policijske postaje Sinj u u četvrtak su za vrijeme obavljanja nadzora i kontrole prometa oko 16.10 sati u Sinju pokušali zaustaviti vozača na što se oglušio i nastavio vožnju tijekom koje je počinio veći broj prometnih prekršaja.

"Tijekom vožnje je pretjecao vozilo ispred sebe, iako je na kolniku bila iscrtana puna linija, a i dva je puta tijekom vožnje pretjecao vozila koja su se približavala pješačkom prijelazu", kazala je Sanja Nazlić iz splitske policije.
