Broj hospitaliziranih zbog koronavirusa u blagom je porastu te je za razliku od prošle nedjelje, kada je u bolnicama bilo 1717 pacijenata, danas bilo 143 pacijenta više. I broj novozaraženih je u porastu, odnosno danas smo imali 28 posto više oboljelih nego prije tjedan dana, pa je na PCR testovima bilo 7095 pozitivnih, a na brzim testovima 2181 pozitivan, piše Jutarnji list.
Ravnatelj KB-a Dubrava Ivica Lukšić kaže kako u toj bolnici još nema povećanja broja hospitaliziranih te su jučer imali 68 covid-pacijenata i deset na respiratoru. Situacija je stabilna i u KBC-u Sestre milosrdnice, a ravnatelj Davor Vagić kaže kako imaju 85 pacijenata i da zasad nema povećanja, te napominje da je najveći broj hospitaliziranih bio 140.
Popunjeni termini
Ogromni brojevi zaraženih dovode do problema s testiranjima. Predsjednica Hrvatske ljekarničke komore Ana Soldo kaže kako su dobili informaciju da u nekim ljekarnama više nema testova za kupiti.
- Potražnja je golema pa je i očekivano da će se javiti nestašice. Prema informacijama, još uvijek ih ima u ljekarnama koje su imale veće zalihe, neovisno o geografskoj lokaciji ljekarne. Vjerojatno se očekuju nove količine testova u dogledno vrijeme - kaže Soldo.
No, čini se da je najveći izazov dobiti termin za PCR test. Primjerice, u zagrebačkom Štamparu čeka se od pet do sedam dana, a slično je i u Hrvatskom zavodu za javno zdravstvo. Situacija ponekad zna biti toliko neobična da građani za PCR dođu na red kada im je već izolacija završila.
Sustav na području Karlovačke županije je napregnut, ali redovno funkcionira. Što se tiče PCR testiranja, u Zavodu za javno zdravstvo Karlovačke županije doznajemo da su u petak bili popunjeni svi termini za srijedu sljedeći tjedan, odnosno da je prvi slobodan termin u četvrtak, što bi značilo da se na testiranje čeka šest dana (nedjeljom se ne testira).
Ravnateljica Doma zdravlja Karlovac Tatjana Šterk Tudić kaže da su liječnici obiteljske medicine dobili tražene količine testova i provode BAT testiranja za sve, pa tako i za školsku djecu. Nalaz od BAT testiranja dobiva se u roku od 15-ak minuta.
Zatrebaju li Međimurci PCR testiranje, obave ga u roku od 24 sata. Isti su dan gotovi i rezultati, u četvrtak je bilo 800 testiranih i izdano je 800 nalaza.
Povećan pritisak
Jednako je i za školsku djecu, rekla je za Jutarnji šefica međimurskog Zavoda za javno zdravstvo, dr. Marina Payer Pal.
Zavod, na upit, prosljeđuje testove liječnicima obiteljske medicine, a tih je upita, kaže dr. Pal, dosta, pa zaključuje da pacijenti nemaju problema testirati se kod izabranog liječnika.
U susjednoj se Varaždinskoj županiji na testiranje čeka koji dan dulje, ali ne dulje od tri dana. Voditeljica službe mikrobiologije u varaždinskom Zavodu, Iva Koščak, kaže da dnevno dobiju oko 1500 testova na analizu, a rezultate izdaju u roku od 24 sata.
U Zavodu u Puli u ovom trenutku naručuje se na PCR na osnovi uputnica iz primarne i čeka se 4-5 dana. Prošli tjedan je to bilo 3-4 dana. Ovaj tjedan ne da se nije smanjio pritisak na PCR testiranje nego je i povećan, tako da se ne primjećuje da se korisnici više testiraju na BAT.

Broj hospitaliziranih zbog koronavirusa u blagom je porastu te je za razliku od prošle nedjelje, kada je u bolnicama bilo 1717 pacijenata, danas bilo 143 pacijenta više. I broj novozaraženih je u porastu, odnosno danas smo imali 28 posto više oboljelih nego prije tjedan dana, pa je na PCR testovima bilo 7095 pozitivnih, a na brzim testovima 2181 pozitivan, piše Jutarnji list.
Ravnatelj KB-a Dubrava Ivica Lukšić kaže kako u toj bolnici još nema povećanja broja hospitaliziranih te su jučer imali 68 covid-pacijenata i deset na respiratoru. Situacija je stabilna i u KBC-u Sestre milosrdnice, a ravnatelj Davor Vagić kaže kako imaju 85 pacijenata i da zasad nema povećanja, te napominje da je najveći broj hospitaliziranih bio 140.

Ogromni brojevi zaraženih dovode do problema s testiranjima. Predsjednica Hrvatske ljekarničke komore Ana Soldo kaže kako su dobili informaciju da u nekim ljekarnama više nema testova za kupiti.
- Potražnja je golema pa je i očekivano da će se javiti nestašice. Prema informacijama, još uvijek ih ima u ljekarnama koje su imale veće zalihe, neovisno o geografskoj lokaciji ljekarne. Vjerojatno se očekuju nove količine testova u dogledno vrijeme - kaže Soldo.
No, čini se da je najveći izazov dobiti termin za PCR test. Primjerice, u zagrebačkom Štamparu čeka se od pet do sedam dana, a slično je i u Hrvatskom zavodu za javno zdravstvo. Situacija ponekad zna biti toliko neobična da građani za PCR dođu na red kada im je već izolacija završila.
Sustav na području Karlovačke županije je napregnut, ali redovno funkcionira. Što se tiče PCR testiranja, u Zavodu za javno zdravstvo Karlovačke županije doznajemo da su u petak bili popunjeni svi termini za srijedu sljedeći tjedan, odnosno da je prvi slobodan termin u četvrtak, što bi značilo da se na testiranje čeka šest dana (nedjeljom se ne testira).
Ravnateljica Doma zdravlja Karlovac Tatjana Šterk Tudić kaže da su liječnici obiteljske medicine dobili tražene količine testova i provode BAT testiranja za sve, pa tako i za školsku djecu. Nalaz od BAT testiranja dobiva se u roku od 15-ak minuta.
Zatrebaju li Međimurci PCR testiranje, obave ga u roku od 24 sata. Isti su dan gotovi i rezultati, u četvrtak je bilo 800 testiranih i izdano je 800 nalaza.
Povećan pritisak
Jednako je i za školsku djecu, rekla je za Jutarnji šefica međimurskog Zavoda za javno zdravstvo, dr. Marina Payer Pal.
Zavod, na upit, prosljeđuje testove liječnicima obiteljske medicine, a tih je upita, kaže dr. Pal, dosta, pa zaključuje da pacijenti nemaju problema testirati se kod izabranog liječnika.
U susjednoj se Varaždinskoj županiji na testiranje čeka koji dan dulje, ali ne dulje od tri dana. Voditeljica službe mikrobiologije u varaždinskom Zavodu, Iva Koščak, kaže da dnevno dobiju oko 1500 testova na analizu, a rezultate izdaju u roku od 24 sata.
U Zavodu u Puli u ovom trenutku naručuje se na PCR na osnovi uputnica iz primarne i čeka se 4-5 dana. Prošli tjedan je to bilo 3-4 dana. Ovaj tjedan ne da se nije smanjio pritisak na PCR testiranje nego je i povećan, tako da se ne primjećuje da se korisnici više testiraju na BAT.
