Eurozastupnica Biljana Borzan provela je veliko istraživanje javnog mnijenja, u kojem je, između ostalog, ispitivano mišljenje građana o tome kako rat u Ukrajini i poskupljenja hrane utječu na životne navike i potrošnju. Istraživanje je provedeno u travnju na uzorku od 805 ispitanika u Hrvatskoj.

Velikih 79 posto ispitanika je kazalo kako će poskupljenje hrane utjecati na njihove kupovne i prehrambene navike. Više od polovice građana, njih 52 posto, je kazalo kako će kupovati jeftiniju hranu, odnosno proizvode i brandove, dok je jedna trećina odgovorila kako će kupovati manje hrane nego prije.

Rezultati istraživanja

"Kriza će ostaviti traga ne samo na novčaniku građana, već i na njihovom zdravlju, odnosno zdravlju društva u cjelini. Ovi rezultati su u skladu s ranijim istraživanjima koja su pokazala kako su, za trajanja ekonomske krize prije desetak godina, obitelji u prosjeku kupovale manje npr. voća i povrća, a više jeftinije, slabije hranjive i kaloričnije hrane, s manje vitamina, minerala, vlakana i ostalih zdravih sastojaka, " kazala je Borzan.

Prema rezultatima istraživanja 84 posto građana je zabrinuto radi poskupljenja hrane, dok njih 62 posto brine radi potencijalnih nestašica hrane.

"Jasno je kako je rast cijena hrane jedno od najvažnijih pitanja za veliku većinu građana Hrvatske, no zanimljiva je razlika u percepciji krize. Podatak da znatno više građana brine o poskupljenjima nego o nestašicama govori u prilog tome kako su svjesni da se više radi o krizi pristupačnosti, a manje o problemu proizvodnje. Problem je više socijalni nego poljoprivredni, stoga i mjere moraju biti takve, usmjerene da svim građanima, a posebno najugroženijima, osiguraju pristup dostatnoj i zdravoj hrani," smatra Borzan.

Ogromnih 91 posto ispitanika se slaže da radi krize treba povećati domaću proizvodnju.

Na pitanje treba li radi situacije povećati uvoz hrane, 38 posto ispitanika se tome protivi, 36 posto je neodlučno, a 25 posto se slaže s tvrdnjom.

Kada su u pitanju ekološki, sigurnosni i zdravstveni standardi u proizvodnji hrane, građani se slažu kako oni ne bi smjeli biti dovedeni u pitanje radi problema u opskrbi. Čak 89 posto ih to misli za sigurnosne i zdravstvene standarde, a 86 posto za ekološke.

"Vesele me rezultati ovog dijela istraživanja jer pokazuju da kriza nije umanjila svijest građana o potrebi mijenjanja načina na koji proizvodimo i trošimo hranu. Zdravstveni i sigurnosni standardi naravno ne bi nikad smjeli biti upitni. Bilo je poziva da se radi situacije smanje standardi za uvoz GMO hrane i upotrebu pesticida, istraživanje dokazuje kako to nije prihvatljivo našim građanima," upozorila je Borzan.

Eurozastupnica Biljana Borzan provela je veliko istraživanje javnog mnijenja, u kojem je, između ostalog, ispitivano mišljenje građana o tome kako rat u Ukrajini i poskupljenja hrane utječu na životne navike i potrošnju. Istraživanje je provedeno u travnju na uzorku od 805 ispitanika u Hrvatskoj.

Velikih 79 posto ispitanika je kazalo kako će poskupljenje hrane utjecati na njihove kupovne i prehrambene navike. Više od polovice građana, njih 52 posto, je kazalo kako će kupovati jeftiniju hranu, odnosno proizvode i brandove, dok je jedna trećina odgovorila kako će kupovati manje hrane nego prije.

"Kriza će ostaviti traga ne samo na novčaniku građana, već i na njihovom zdravlju, odnosno zdravlju društva u cjelini. Ovi rezultati su u skladu s ranijim istraživanjima koja su pokazala kako su, za trajanja ekonomske krize prije desetak godina, obitelji u prosjeku kupovale manje npr. voća i povrća, a više jeftinije, slabije hranjive i kaloričnije hrane, s manje vitamina, minerala, vlakana i ostalih zdravih sastojaka, " kazala je Borzan.

Prema rezultatima istraživanja 84 posto građana je zabrinuto radi poskupljenja hrane, dok njih 62 posto brine radi potencijalnih nestašica hrane.

"Jasno je kako je rast cijena hrane jedno od najvažnijih pitanja za veliku većinu građana Hrvatske, no zanimljiva je razlika u percepciji krize. Podatak da znatno više građana brine o poskupljenjima nego o nestašicama govori u prilog tome kako su svjesni da se više radi o krizi pristupačnosti, a manje o problemu proizvodnje. Problem je više socijalni nego poljoprivredni, stoga i mjere moraju biti takve, usmjerene da svim građanima, a posebno najugroženijima, osiguraju pristup dostatnoj i zdravoj hrani," smatra Borzan.

Ogromnih 91 posto ispitanika se slaže da radi krize treba povećati domaću proizvodnju.

Na pitanje treba li radi situacije povećati uvoz hrane, 38 posto ispitanika se tome protivi, 36 posto je neodlučno, a 25 posto se slaže s tvrdnjom.

Kada su u pitanju ekološki, sigurnosni i zdravstveni standardi u proizvodnji hrane, građani se slažu kako oni ne bi smjeli biti dovedeni u pitanje radi problema u opskrbi. Čak 89 posto ih to misli za sigurnosne i zdravstvene standarde, a 86 posto za ekološke.

"Vesele me rezultati ovog dijela istraživanja jer pokazuju da kriza nije umanjila svijest građana o potrebi mijenjanja načina na koji proizvodimo i trošimo hranu. Zdravstveni i sigurnosni standardi naravno ne bi nikad smjeli biti upitni. Bilo je poziva da se radi situacije smanje standardi za uvoz GMO hrane i upotrebu pesticida, istraživanje dokazuje kako to nije prihvatljivo našim građanima," upozorila je Borzan.
