U zagrebačkoj Klinici za dječje bolesti među najčešćim problemima i dalje su virusne infekcije, a gužvi uvijek ima. Dio djece ima virusnu infekciju, neke roditelji drže na zraku, dalje od vrtića. Kod djece najviše vlada gripa, tipa B.
"U pravilu djeca je dobro podnose, puno bolje nego odrasli, a ako se zakomplicira, može se zakomplicirati akutnom upalom uha ili blažom upalom pluća", navodi specijalist pedijatar Mario Mašić za dnevnik.hr.
Ipak, u Klinici se lakše diše. Opterećenje je manje, nakon gotovo rekordne zime.
"Mislim da su sve bolnice koje se bave pedijatrijom bile vrlo opterećene, mi smo vikendima imali svakako više od stotinu pregleda djece", kazao je Mašić.
Kad se gleda samo gripa, ona je u padu. Najviše slučajeva ove zime, očekivano, bilo je kod djece predškolske i školske dobi - više od 8000.
"Svjedoci smo nekoliko dana opet lošeg vremena, što je hladnije, što više moramo boraviti u zatvorenim prostorima, to je već vjerojatnost da će se širiti respiratorne infekcije", upozorava epidemiologinja HZJZ-a Dijana Mayer.

"Infekcije dišnog sustava, ima dosta različitih infekcija od prehlada do težih upala pluća, naravno COVID je još tu", rekla je ravnateljica Klinike Alemka Markotić.
A sada se pojavio novi soj COVID-a. Još ga nema kod nas, stigao je do Velike Britanije.
"Zasad se ne čini da su nekakve posebne nove stvari, osim da se još brže širi. Ljudi visoke dobi, s teškim kroničnim bolestima, trudnice, imunokomprimitirani se moraju i dalje jako čuvati", kaže Markotić.
Za novi soj vrijede stara pravila, ali prepoznaje se i po novom vodećem simptomu.
"Jedino što znamo jest da je vodeći simptom nepurulentni konjuktivitis sa svrbežom, poglavito kod djece", navodi Mayer za dnevnik.hr.
Dolaskom toplijeg vremena i respiratornih infekcija bit će sve manje, a to i djeca i odrasli jedva čekaju.

U zagrebačkoj Klinici za dječje bolesti među najčešćim problemima i dalje su virusne infekcije, a gužvi uvijek ima. Dio djece ima virusnu infekciju, neke roditelji drže na zraku, dalje od vrtića. Kod djece najviše vlada gripa, tipa B.
"U pravilu djeca je dobro podnose, puno bolje nego odrasli, a ako se zakomplicira, može se zakomplicirati akutnom upalom uha ili blažom upalom pluća", navodi specijalist pedijatar Mario Mašić za dnevnik.hr.
Ipak, u Klinici se lakše diše. Opterećenje je manje, nakon gotovo rekordne zime.
"Mislim da su sve bolnice koje se bave pedijatrijom bile vrlo opterećene, mi smo vikendima imali svakako više od stotinu pregleda djece", kazao je Mašić.
Kad se gleda samo gripa, ona je u padu. Najviše slučajeva ove zime, očekivano, bilo je kod djece predškolske i školske dobi - više od 8000.
"Svjedoci smo nekoliko dana opet lošeg vremena, što je hladnije, što više moramo boraviti u zatvorenim prostorima, to je već vjerojatnost da će se širiti respiratorne infekcije", upozorava epidemiologinja HZJZ-a Dijana Mayer.

Tako i kod odraslih. I u Klinici za infektivne bolesti Fran Mihaljević ima posla.
"Infekcije dišnog sustava, ima dosta različitih infekcija od prehlada do težih upala pluća, naravno COVID je još tu", rekla je ravnateljica Klinike Alemka Markotić.
A sada se pojavio novi soj COVID-a. Još ga nema kod nas, stigao je do Velike Britanije.
"Zasad se ne čini da su nekakve posebne nove stvari, osim da se još brže širi. Ljudi visoke dobi, s teškim kroničnim bolestima, trudnice, imunokomprimitirani se moraju i dalje jako čuvati", kaže Markotić.
Za novi soj vrijede stara pravila, ali prepoznaje se i po novom vodećem simptomu.
"Jedino što znamo jest da je vodeći simptom nepurulentni konjuktivitis sa svrbežom, poglavito kod djece", navodi Mayer za dnevnik.hr.
Dolaskom toplijeg vremena i respiratornih infekcija bit će sve manje, a to i djeca i odrasli jedva čekaju.
