Susret guvernera regije po prvi je put održan u Rijeci, na riječkom Ekonomskom fakultetu, piše Novi list.

Ne očekujemo bankarsku krizu u eurozoni, niti ikakvo njeno “prelijevanje” kod nas, rekao je Boris Vujčić, guverner Hrvatske narodne banke, u sklopu Susreta guvernera regije, koji je danas održan na Ekonomskom fakultetu u Rijeci.

– Problemi koje smo vidjeli u dvije banke, pri čemu je jedna bila globalna sistemska banka Credit Suisse, a druga manje važna, ali opet značajna u SAD-u, nisu karakteristika cijelog bankovnog sustava.

Recimo, u Silicon Valley banci, 54 posto ukupne aktive bilo je u državnim obveznicama, što je vrlo nekarakteristično za banke općenito.

Credit Suisse je pak niz godina imao raznih problema koji su kulminirali. Dakle, njihovi slučajevi ne znače da imamo sistemski problem u bankovnom sustavu, tako da ni na koji način ne očekujemo bankovnu nestabilnost koja bi mogla proizaći iz nekog sistemskog rizika, rekao je Vujčić novinarima.

U krajnjoj liniji, dodao je, “tržišta su se u potpunosti smirila i više nemamo nervozu kakvu smo imali”.

– Hrvatski štediše apsolutno mogu biti sigurni, ne samo zbog ove činjenice da nemamo sistemski problem, već i zbog toga što su hrvatske banke po pokazateljima izvrsno kapitalizirane i vrlo likvidne, značajno iznad prosjeka i EU-a i eurozone, poručio je Vujčić.

Otvoreni za sve

S obzirom da je predsjednica Europske središnje banke Christine Lagarde u zadnjem istupu ostavila otvorene obje mogućnosti, i da će ključne kamate dalje rasti, ali i da neće, hrvatskog smo guvernera pitali, koji je po tom pitanju stav Hrvatske, odnosno zalaže li se, s obzirom da je sada član Upravnog vijeća ECB-a, za daljnje zatezanje monetarne politike ili ipak ne.

– Predsjednica Lagarde je na konfenciji za tisak u ožujku rekla da ćemo do petog mjeseca, kada je idući sastanak Upravnog vijeća na kojem se odlučuje o kamatnim stopama, biti otvoreni za sve podatke koji će doći u međuvremenu.

Još uvijek čekamo cijeli niz podataka. Imali smo sad podatke za inflaciju koji su pokazali što smo i očekivali, da će inflacija padati, sa 8,5 na 6,9 posto je pala, ali je temeljna inflacija porasla sa 5,6 na 5,7 posto.

To znači da inflacijski pritisci i dalje postoje, i ja bih rekao, ako se zadrže ovako do petog mjeseca, da to predstavlja i dalje ‘case’ za rast kamatnih stopa, a koliki, to je druga stvar, kazao je Vujčić.

Znači, kamate na kredite i dalje će rasti, pitali smo.

– Najveći dio ciklusa rasta kamatnih stopa već smo prošli, ali s obzirom na trenutno još uvijek snažnu temeljnu inflaciju koja je i predviđena u projekciji ECB-a da ostane iznad 4 posto do kraja godine, možemo očekivati još nešto rasta kamatnih stopa, kaže Vujčić.

S obzirom da cijene nekretnina svugdje u eurozoni padaju, samo kod nas rastu, pitali smo Vujčića, kakva je po tom pitanju prognoza HNB-a.

Cijene nekretnina

– To je potencijalni problem, u smislu da smo imali dosta “pjene” na tom tržištu, a neki su govorili i o balonima, ali ja ne bih to rekao.

Mislim da postoji dosta fundamentalnih razloga zašto smo u Hrvatskoj vidjeli tako snažan rast cijena nekretnina. Na početku su glavni uzrok bile niske kamate na kredite, s druge niske depozitne stope, koje su učinile da je dio ljudi počeo povlačiti štednju iz banaka i ulagati u nekretnine da bi ostvarili neki povrat.

Sada se situacija promijenila i u Hrvatskoj smo, za razliku od drugih zemalja, imali učinak prelaska na euro gdje je dio novca prije konverzije otišao i u sektor nekretnina što je isto potaklo rast cijena nekretnina.

U ovom trenutku imamo i efekt ulaska u Schengen i u eurozonu koji tržište nekretnina u Hrvatskoj čini atraktivnijim nego prije.

Ne očekujemo bankarsku krizu u eurozoni, niti ikakvo njeno “prelijevanje” kod nas, rekao je Boris Vujčić, guverner Hrvatske narodne banke, u sklopu Susreta guvernera regije, koji je danas održan na Ekonomskom fakultetu u Rijeci.

– Problemi koje smo vidjeli u dvije banke, pri čemu je jedna bila globalna sistemska banka Credit Suisse, a druga manje važna, ali opet značajna u SAD-u, nisu karakteristika cijelog bankovnog sustava.

Recimo, u Silicon Valley banci, 54 posto ukupne aktive bilo je u državnim obveznicama, što je vrlo nekarakteristično za banke općenito.

Credit Suisse je pak niz godina imao raznih problema koji su kulminirali. Dakle, njihovi slučajevi ne znače da imamo sistemski problem u bankovnom sustavu, tako da ni na koji način ne očekujemo bankovnu nestabilnost koja bi mogla proizaći iz nekog sistemskog rizika, rekao je Vujčić novinarima.

U krajnjoj liniji, dodao je, “tržišta su se u potpunosti smirila i više nemamo nervozu kakvu smo imali”.

– Hrvatski štediše apsolutno mogu biti sigurni, ne samo zbog ove činjenice da nemamo sistemski problem, već i zbog toga što su hrvatske banke po pokazateljima izvrsno kapitalizirane i vrlo likvidne, značajno iznad prosjeka i EU-a i eurozone, poručio je Vujčić.

Otvoreni za sve

S obzirom da je predsjednica Europske središnje banke Christine Lagarde u zadnjem istupu ostavila otvorene obje mogućnosti, i da će ključne kamate dalje rasti, ali i da neće, hrvatskog smo guvernera pitali, koji je po tom pitanju stav Hrvatske, odnosno zalaže li se, s obzirom da je sada član Upravnog vijeća ECB-a, za daljnje zatezanje monetarne politike ili ipak ne.

– Predsjednica Lagarde je na konfenciji za tisak u ožujku rekla da ćemo do petog mjeseca, kada je idući sastanak Upravnog vijeća na kojem se odlučuje o kamatnim stopama, biti otvoreni za sve podatke koji će doći u međuvremenu.

Još uvijek čekamo cijeli niz podataka. Imali smo sad podatke za inflaciju koji su pokazali što smo i očekivali, da će inflacija padati, sa 8,5 na 6,9 posto je pala, ali je temeljna inflacija porasla sa 5,6 na 5,7 posto.

To znači da inflacijski pritisci i dalje postoje, i ja bih rekao, ako se zadrže ovako do petog mjeseca, da to predstavlja i dalje ‘case’ za rast kamatnih stopa, a koliki, to je druga stvar, kazao je Vujčić.

Znači, kamate na kredite i dalje će rasti, pitali smo.

– Najveći dio ciklusa rasta kamatnih stopa već smo prošli, ali s obzirom na trenutno još uvijek snažnu temeljnu inflaciju koja je i predviđena u projekciji ECB-a da ostane iznad 4 posto do kraja godine, možemo očekivati još nešto rasta kamatnih stopa, kaže Vujčić.

S obzirom da cijene nekretnina svugdje u eurozoni padaju, samo kod nas rastu, pitali smo Vujčića, kakva je po tom pitanju prognoza HNB-a.

Cijene nekretnina

– To je potencijalni problem, u smislu da smo imali dosta “pjene” na tom tržištu, a neki su govorili i o balonima, ali ja ne bih to rekao.

Mislim da postoji dosta fundamentalnih razloga zašto smo u Hrvatskoj vidjeli tako snažan rast cijena nekretnina. Na početku su glavni uzrok bile niske kamate na kredite, s druge niske depozitne stope, koje su učinile da je dio ljudi počeo povlačiti štednju iz banaka i ulagati u nekretnine da bi ostvarili neki povrat.

Sada se situacija promijenila i u Hrvatskoj smo, za razliku od drugih zemalja, imali učinak prelaska na euro gdje je dio novca prije konverzije otišao i u sektor nekretnina što je isto potaklo rast cijena nekretnina.

U ovom trenutku imamo i efekt ulaska u Schengen i u eurozonu koji tržište nekretnina u Hrvatskoj čini atraktivnijim nego prije.
