Hrvatska udruga poslodavaca je predložila povećanje plaća kroz porezno rasterećenje i to tako da se neoporezivi dio plaće digne sa 533 na 663 eura te da se porezni razred od 20 posto smanji na 15. Dodatno, sugeriraju da se 30 posto poreza na dohodak primjenjuje tek na plaće veće od 50.000 kuna.
Smatraju da bi se iznos koji bi lokalna samouprava tako izgubila mogao nadomijestiti uvođenjem poreza od 10 posto na rentu apartmana. Ovaj prijedlog je gotovo identičan onom SDP-ovom, prenosi N1.
Predsjednik Saveza samostalnih sindikata Hrvatske Mladen Novosel je rekao: “HUP bi morao doslovno promijeniti svoju politiku da svaki porast primanja radnika traže od države, u panici su što nemaju dovoljno radnika, a htjeli bi zadržati istu nisku cijenu rada, pa traže povlasticu od države ili traže radnike u Indiji i Nepalu”.
SDP-ov Siniša Hajdaš Dončić pojašnjava: “U nekim vremenskim periodima to može biti isto jer je HUP-u u interesu zbog manjka radnika i velikog odljeva radnika, postoji jaz u potražnji za radnicima da se povećaju plaće jer se taj jaz može suzbiti tako da dižete plaće”.
Ako bi se napravilo navedeno, kažu iz HUP-a, plaća od 663 eura narasla bi za 41 euro, prosječna plaća od 1.016 eura za 61 euro, ona od 1.327 za 84 eura, a plaća od 2.000 eura za 137 eura.

Ipak, Novosel je upozorio da bi lokalna samouprava skupljim komunalijama mogla poništiti korist od poreznog rasterećenja plaće. “Ako istovremeno lokalna smaouprava digne cijenu vode ili prireza, onda radnik neće dobiti ništa”, tvrdi.
I zato HUP kao kompenzacijsku mjeru, ali i SDP kroz porez na nekretnine i ostalu imovinu, predlaže porez od 10 posto na prihode od iznajmljivanja apartmana na moru umjesto simboličnog paušala od 40 eura po krevetu, odnosno apartmanu.
Doduše, SDP zagovara još nešto. “Pritisak ili prijedlog i SDP-a i HUP-a nadam se da će uroditi plodom i da će se Vlada probuditi i predložiti novu fiskalnu politiku. Treba naći ili mjere kompenzacije ili redefiniranje teritorijalnog ustroja Hrvatske”, kaže Hajdaš Dončić.
I ekonomski analitičar Damir Novotny smatra da je takav porez neizbježan: “To je pitanje financiranja lokalne samouprave koja mora pronaći i druge izvore financiranja, rješenje je porez na nekretnine koji je izvor prihoda lokalne samouprave svugdje u Europi, pa bi tako trebalo biti i u RH”.
No, on dodaje i da bi porezno rasterećenje trebalo biti i veće: “Da bi se vidio stvarni iskorak moralo bi se prilagoditi neoporezivi dio u susjednim zemljama Sloveniji i Austriji, a to znači da bi neoporezivi dio bio veći od tisuću eura”.

Hrvatska udruga poslodavaca je predložila povećanje plaća kroz porezno rasterećenje i to tako da se neoporezivi dio plaće digne sa 533 na 663 eura te da se porezni razred od 20 posto smanji na 15. Dodatno, sugeriraju da se 30 posto poreza na dohodak primjenjuje tek na plaće veće od 50.000 kuna.
Smatraju da bi se iznos koji bi lokalna samouprava tako izgubila mogao nadomijestiti uvođenjem poreza od 10 posto na rentu apartmana. Ovaj prijedlog je gotovo identičan onom SDP-ovom, prenosi N1.
Predsjednik Saveza samostalnih sindikata Hrvatske Mladen Novosel je rekao: “HUP bi morao doslovno promijeniti svoju politiku da svaki porast primanja radnika traže od države, u panici su što nemaju dovoljno radnika, a htjeli bi zadržati istu nisku cijenu rada, pa traže povlasticu od države ili traže radnike u Indiji i Nepalu”.
SDP-ov Siniša Hajdaš Dončić pojašnjava: “U nekim vremenskim periodima to može biti isto jer je HUP-u u interesu zbog manjka radnika i velikog odljeva radnika, postoji jaz u potražnji za radnicima da se povećaju plaće jer se taj jaz može suzbiti tako da dižete plaće”.
Ako bi se napravilo navedeno, kažu iz HUP-a, plaća od 663 eura narasla bi za 41 euro, prosječna plaća od 1.016 eura za 61 euro, ona od 1.327 za 84 eura, a plaća od 2.000 eura za 137 eura.

Ipak, Novosel je upozorio da bi lokalna samouprava skupljim komunalijama mogla poništiti korist od poreznog rasterećenja plaće. “Ako istovremeno lokalna smaouprava digne cijenu vode ili prireza, onda radnik neće dobiti ništa”, tvrdi.
I zato HUP kao kompenzacijsku mjeru, ali i SDP kroz porez na nekretnine i ostalu imovinu, predlaže porez od 10 posto na prihode od iznajmljivanja apartmana na moru umjesto simboličnog paušala od 40 eura po krevetu, odnosno apartmanu.
Doduše, SDP zagovara još nešto. “Pritisak ili prijedlog i SDP-a i HUP-a nadam se da će uroditi plodom i da će se Vlada probuditi i predložiti novu fiskalnu politiku. Treba naći ili mjere kompenzacije ili redefiniranje teritorijalnog ustroja Hrvatske”, kaže Hajdaš Dončić.
I ekonomski analitičar Damir Novotny smatra da je takav porez neizbježan: “To je pitanje financiranja lokalne samouprave koja mora pronaći i druge izvore financiranja, rješenje je porez na nekretnine koji je izvor prihoda lokalne samouprave svugdje u Europi, pa bi tako trebalo biti i u RH”.
No, on dodaje i da bi porezno rasterećenje trebalo biti i veće: “Da bi se vidio stvarni iskorak moralo bi se prilagoditi neoporezivi dio u susjednim zemljama Sloveniji i Austriji, a to znači da bi neoporezivi dio bio veći od tisuću eura”.
