Da je sve ostalo na riječima predsjednika Republike Zorana Milanovića, Hrvatska bi se danas crvenjela od stida. Ali, srećom, nije. U slučaju hladnokrvnog ubojstva 12-godišnje Aleksandre Zec, njezine Marije i oca Mihajla Zeca, stvar je 2004. spasila HDZ-ova Vlada Ive Sanadera.

Donijeli su oduku da se preživjelima iz likvidacije koju su "merčepovci" počinili u prosincu 1991. godine – Aleksandrinu bratu Dušanu i sestri Gordani – isplati jednokratna novčana potpora u iznosu od milijun i pol kuna.

Jadranka Kosor u to je vrijeme bila potpredsjednica Vlade zadužena za društvene djelatnosti i ljudska prava, i s tadašnjim je premijerom razgovarala o tome kako riješiti situaciju obitelji Zec, koja je, preko svojeg odvjetnika Ante Nobila, od Hrvatske tih dana zatražila odštetu.

– Razgovarali smo o tome što napraviti. On se doista u tom slučaju nije želio izlagati. Smatrala sam da bi bilo važno da Vlada RH nakon toliko godina napravi tu gestu i isplatom potpore omogući Dušanu i Gordani dostojan život i školovanje, u kontekstu patnje i trauma kroz koje su prošli. Rekla sam da će mi biti drago, pa na neki način i čast, da im ja to predam – kaže Jadranka Kosor.

Nakon što je Vlada donijela odluku, dogovoreno je da se novac uplati na njihov račun, a da će Dušan i Gordana Zec doći u Zagreb i u Banskim dvorima tu odluku i simbolično preuzeti. Sve je bilo riješeno u samo nekoliko dana. Čekao se samo njihov dolazak.

Emotivan razgovor

Tadašnja potpredsjednica Vlade dugo je razmišljala o tome kako pristupiti djeci čiju su sestru, majku i oca ubili pripadnici Hrvatske policije.

– Bojala sam se da ih nečim što ću reći ne povrijedim, da ne pitam previše, ni premalo. U vrijeme ubojstva oni su još bili mali, Gordana se, po svemu sudeći, ničega iz te noći nije sjećala. Njezin se brat sjećao, ali je to potisnuo. Je li u takvoj situaciji pametno pitati sjećate li se mame i tate? Sjećate li se sestre? Trebam li spominjati novac, je li to prilično ili neprilično? Znala sam da ću čitavo vrijeme trebati hodati po rubu. Na koncu sam odlučila izbjegavati takva pitanja i pokušati ih navesti da pričaju o svakodnevici – govori nam Jadranka.

Postojala je, naravno, i druga mogućnost. Da je preživjeli članovi obitelji Zec – a Dušan je tada imao 23, Gordana 20 godina – verbalno napadnu zbog zločina u kojemu su ostali bez sestre i roditelja.

– Doista, moglo se dogoditi da mi svašta izgovore. Tog sam dana bila spremna to otrpjeti – ističe naša sugovornica.

No do takve situacije ipak nije došlo.

– Imali smo dug i emotivan razgovor. Oni su na sastanak došli prilično suzdržani i zakopčani. Djelovali su jako mlado i krhko. Na početku sam izrazila svoje osobno žaljenje, i žaljenje Vlade, zbog svega što im se dogodilo. Rekla sam im da to činim iskreno i iz svega srca, kao roditelj koji ima osjećaj za svako dijete u nevolji.

'O ubojstvu nisu govorili'

Malo-pomalo i oni su se "odledili". Pričali su o svemu, o baki u Banjoj Luci, o svojem životu, prijateljima, planovima… Rekli su mi i da im je jako teško, da su teško odrastali. Da im ništa nije falilo, a da im je sve nedostajalo. Na kraju smo se i spontano zagrlili, skoro smo se i rasplakali – otkriva nam Kosor.

O ubojstvu na zagrebačkoj Trešnjevci u prosincu 1991. nisu detaljnije govorili.

– Dugo smo sjedili zajedno i rekla sam im da, ako imaju potrebu pričati o tome što se dogodilo, da slobodno možemo, no činilo mi se da to ne žele, da su to zakopali duboko u sebi. Vidjelo se da žive mirno, i zaključila sam da ne vole pretjerano pričati o prošlosti. Više smo razgovarali o budućnosti...

Kad sam im predala odluku Vlade, oni su zahvalili i rekli da je to doista lijepa gesta koja će im pomoći da ostvare svoje planove. Bilo mi je divno vidjeti, a to sam im tada i rekla, da ne osjećaju ni trunku mržnje ni ogorčenosti prema bilo kome. Rekla sam im da je jako važno da ne budu ogorčeni, nego da nastave živjeti i graditi svoju budućnost – zaključuje Kosor.

Dušan i Gordana Zec tog su dana bili u Zagrebu, ali nisu željeli posjetiti obiteljsku kuću na Trešnjevci ispred koje je ubijen njihov otac, i iz koje su na Sljeme odvedeni njihova majka i sestra.

Zagreb jednostavno nisu doživljavali kao svoj grad...

Da je sve ostalo na riječima predsjednika Republike Zorana Milanovića, Hrvatska bi se danas crvenjela od stida. Ali, srećom, nije. U slučaju hladnokrvnog ubojstva 12-godišnje Aleksandre Zec, njezine Marije i oca Mihajla Zeca, stvar je 2004. spasila HDZ-ova Vlada Ive Sanadera.

Donijeli su oduku da se preživjelima iz likvidacije koju su "merčepovci" počinili u prosincu 1991. godine – Aleksandrinu bratu Dušanu i sestri Gordani – isplati jednokratna novčana potpora u iznosu od milijun i pol kuna.

Jadranka Kosor u to je vrijeme bila potpredsjednica Vlade zadužena za društvene djelatnosti i ljudska prava, i s tadašnjim je premijerom razgovarala o tome kako riješiti situaciju obitelji Zec, koja je, preko svojeg odvjetnika Ante Nobila, od Hrvatske tih dana zatražila odštetu.

– Razgovarali smo o tome što napraviti. On se doista u tom slučaju nije želio izlagati. Smatrala sam da bi bilo važno da Vlada RH nakon toliko godina napravi tu gestu i isplatom potpore omogući Dušanu i Gordani dostojan život i školovanje, u kontekstu patnje i trauma kroz koje su prošli. Rekla sam da će mi biti drago, pa na neki način i čast, da im ja to predam – kaže Jadranka Kosor.

Nakon što je Vlada donijela odluku, dogovoreno je da se novac uplati na njihov račun, a da će Dušan i Gordana Zec doći u Zagreb i u Banskim dvorima tu odluku i simbolično preuzeti. Sve je bilo riješeno u samo nekoliko dana. Čekao se samo njihov dolazak.

Emotivan razgovor

Tadašnja potpredsjednica Vlade dugo je razmišljala o tome kako pristupiti djeci čiju su sestru, majku i oca ubili pripadnici Hrvatske policije.

– Bojala sam se da ih nečim što ću reći ne povrijedim, da ne pitam previše, ni premalo. U vrijeme ubojstva oni su još bili mali, Gordana se, po svemu sudeći, ničega iz te noći nije sjećala. Njezin se brat sjećao, ali je to potisnuo. Je li u takvoj situaciji pametno pitati sjećate li se mame i tate? Sjećate li se sestre? Trebam li spominjati novac, je li to prilično ili neprilično? Znala sam da ću čitavo vrijeme trebati hodati po rubu. Na koncu sam odlučila izbjegavati takva pitanja i pokušati ih navesti da pričaju o svakodnevici – govori nam Jadranka.

Postojala je, naravno, i druga mogućnost. Da je preživjeli članovi obitelji Zec – a Dušan je tada imao 23, Gordana 20 godina – verbalno napadnu zbog zločina u kojemu su ostali bez sestre i roditelja.

– Doista, moglo se dogoditi da mi svašta izgovore. Tog sam dana bila spremna to otrpjeti – ističe naša sugovornica.

No do takve situacije ipak nije došlo.

– Imali smo dug i emotivan razgovor. Oni su na sastanak došli prilično suzdržani i zakopčani. Djelovali su jako mlado i krhko. Na početku sam izrazila svoje osobno žaljenje, i žaljenje Vlade, zbog svega što im se dogodilo. Rekla sam im da to činim iskreno i iz svega srca, kao roditelj koji ima osjećaj za svako dijete u nevolji.

'O ubojstvu nisu govorili'

Malo-pomalo i oni su se "odledili". Pričali su o svemu, o baki u Banjoj Luci, o svojem životu, prijateljima, planovima… Rekli su mi i da im je jako teško, da su teško odrastali. Da im ništa nije falilo, a da im je sve nedostajalo. Na kraju smo se i spontano zagrlili, skoro smo se i rasplakali – otkriva nam Kosor.

O ubojstvu na zagrebačkoj Trešnjevci u prosincu 1991. nisu detaljnije govorili.

– Dugo smo sjedili zajedno i rekla sam im da, ako imaju potrebu pričati o tome što se dogodilo, da slobodno možemo, no činilo mi se da to ne žele, da su to zakopali duboko u sebi. Vidjelo se da žive mirno, i zaključila sam da ne vole pretjerano pričati o prošlosti. Više smo razgovarali o budućnosti...

Kad sam im predala odluku Vlade, oni su zahvalili i rekli da je to doista lijepa gesta koja će im pomoći da ostvare svoje planove. Bilo mi je divno vidjeti, a to sam im tada i rekla, da ne osjećaju ni trunku mržnje ni ogorčenosti prema bilo kome. Rekla sam im da je jako važno da ne budu ogorčeni, nego da nastave živjeti i graditi svoju budućnost – zaključuje Kosor.

Dušan i Gordana Zec tog su dana bili u Zagrebu, ali nisu željeli posjetiti obiteljsku kuću na Trešnjevci ispred koje je ubijen njihov otac, i iz koje su na Sljeme odvedeni njihova majka i sestra.

Zagreb jednostavno nisu doživljavali kao svoj grad...
