S Josipom Perićem iz Udruge za promicanje prava pacijenata o smrti novinara Vladimira Matijanića razgovarao je reporter Dnevnika Nove TV Ivan Čorkalo, a prenosi Dnevnik.hr.
Nakon što je u 51. godini preminuo novinar Vladimir Matijanić, ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš poslao je inspekciju u KBC Split. Naime, tužna je vijest odjeknula medijskim prostorom nakon što je njegova životna partnerica, novinarka Andrea Topić, u objavi na društvenim mrežama istaknula kako mu liječnici u splitskoj bolnici i splitska Hitna pomoć nisu željeli pomoći.
Reporter Dnevnika Nove TV Ivan Čorkalo o ovom je slučaju razgovarao sa Josipom Perićem iz Udruge za promicanje prava pacijenata.
Osvrnuvši se na cijeli slučaj, Perić je za Dnevnik Nove TV poručio kako će, kada dobiju izvješće inspekcije, moći sa sigurnošću utvrditi je li došli do propusta ili nije.
"Zanimljiva je činjenica da se radi o pacijentu koji ima autoimune bolesti, koji je zaražen COVID-om, koji radi toga nije mogao primiti cjepivo. Ako to nije ugrožena skupina, ako to nije čovjek koji mora biti zadržan na promatranju, tko je to. Tri puta su ga pregledavali", pojasnio je za Dnevnik Nove TV Josip Perić iz Udruge za promicanje prava pacijenata.
Perić je ustvrdio da su olako "ne dozvolili pacijentu da ga prime u bolnicu".
"Odgovornost je uvijek ono što na kraju dolazi. Tko zna hoće li se na kraju biti odgovoran. Mi iz Udruge definitivno vidimo propust koji se mora istražiti. Radi se o smrti pacijenta", rekao je Perić.
Dodao je kako se radi o sustavu. "Sustav je takav. Gospođa govori o nedostatku lijekova za postcovid pacijente u svim bolnicama u Hrvatskoj. Zar nismo imali već 15 milijuna doza cjepiva, pa nismo nabavili te lijekove", rekao je.
"Sustav zahtijeva profesionalne djelatnike koji moraju imati kontrolu i moraju imati proceduru koje se svi moraju držati", zaključio je Perić.
O slučajevima koji nisu dospjeli u javnost, Perić je rekao kako takvih slučajeva ima dosta.
"Ovo su stvari koje su sada došle na vidjelo. O tim se stvarima mora prodiskutirati. Moraju se promijeniti zakoni. Obavezno moramo krenuti u rješavanje tih problema, uvođenje novih normi i novih pravila", ustvrdio je Perić za Dnevnik Nove TV.
O cijelom se slučaju oglasilo i Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu.
"Povodom više objava u sredstvima javnog priopćavanja, Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu će, na temelju članka 205. stavak 6. i članka 206. stavak 4. Zakona o kaznenom postupku, provesti izvide zbog postojanja osnova sumnje da je, za sada, nepoznata osoba/osobe počinila kazneno djelo nesavjesnog liječenja iz članka 181. Kaznenog zakona kojim je prouzročena smrt jedne osobe.
Objave u sredstvima javnog priopćavanja se odnose na smrt novinara jednog internetskog portala", priopćili su iz Županijskog državnog odvjetništva u Splitu, piše Dnevnik.hr.

S Josipom Perićem iz Udruge za promicanje prava pacijenata o smrti novinara Vladimira Matijanića razgovarao je reporter Dnevnika Nove TV Ivan Čorkalo, a prenosi Dnevnik.hr.
Nakon što je u 51. godini preminuo novinar Vladimir Matijanić, ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš poslao je inspekciju u KBC Split. Naime, tužna je vijest odjeknula medijskim prostorom nakon što je njegova životna partnerica, novinarka Andrea Topić, u objavi na društvenim mrežama istaknula kako mu liječnici u splitskoj bolnici i splitska Hitna pomoć nisu željeli pomoći.
Reporter Dnevnika Nove TV Ivan Čorkalo o ovom je slučaju razgovarao sa Josipom Perićem iz Udruge za promicanje prava pacijenata.
Osvrnuvši se na cijeli slučaj, Perić je za Dnevnik Nove TV poručio kako će, kada dobiju izvješće inspekcije, moći sa sigurnošću utvrditi je li došli do propusta ili nije.
"Zanimljiva je činjenica da se radi o pacijentu koji ima autoimune bolesti, koji je zaražen COVID-om, koji radi toga nije mogao primiti cjepivo. Ako to nije ugrožena skupina, ako to nije čovjek koji mora biti zadržan na promatranju, tko je to. Tri puta su ga pregledavali", pojasnio je za Dnevnik Nove TV Josip Perić iz Udruge za promicanje prava pacijenata.
Perić je ustvrdio da su olako "ne dozvolili pacijentu da ga prime u bolnicu".
"Odgovornost je uvijek ono što na kraju dolazi. Tko zna hoće li se na kraju biti odgovoran. Mi iz Udruge definitivno vidimo propust koji se mora istražiti. Radi se o smrti pacijenta", rekao je Perić.
Dodao je kako se radi o sustavu. "Sustav je takav. Gospođa govori o nedostatku lijekova za postcovid pacijente u svim bolnicama u Hrvatskoj. Zar nismo imali već 15 milijuna doza cjepiva, pa nismo nabavili te lijekove", rekao je.
"Sustav zahtijeva profesionalne djelatnike koji moraju imati kontrolu i moraju imati proceduru koje se svi moraju držati", zaključio je Perić.
O slučajevima koji nisu dospjeli u javnost, Perić je rekao kako takvih slučajeva ima dosta.
"Ovo su stvari koje su sada došle na vidjelo. O tim se stvarima mora prodiskutirati. Moraju se promijeniti zakoni. Obavezno moramo krenuti u rješavanje tih problema, uvođenje novih normi i novih pravila", ustvrdio je Perić za Dnevnik Nove TV.
O cijelom se slučaju oglasilo i Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu.
"Povodom više objava u sredstvima javnog priopćavanja, Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu će, na temelju članka 205. stavak 6. i članka 206. stavak 4. Zakona o kaznenom postupku, provesti izvide zbog postojanja osnova sumnje da je, za sada, nepoznata osoba/osobe počinila kazneno djelo nesavjesnog liječenja iz članka 181. Kaznenog zakona kojim je prouzročena smrt jedne osobe.
Objave u sredstvima javnog priopćavanja se odnose na smrt novinara jednog internetskog portala", priopćili su iz Županijskog državnog odvjetništva u Splitu, piše Dnevnik.hr.
