Koordinacija hrvatske obiteljske medicine (KoHOM) prozvala je u srijedu ministra zdravstva Vilija Beroša da izmišlja nepotrebne sistematske preglede, umjesto da se suoči s propadanjem primarne zdravstvene zaštite i dugim listama čekanja.

 "Umjesto da rješava goruće probleme u sustavu, ministar ‘izmišlja toplu vodu‘, pa tako zaboravlja da je preventiva oduvijek bila dio posla obiteljskih doktora", ističe KoHOM u priopćenju.

Navode kako sistematski pregledi postoje desetljećima u Hrvatskoj, od onih u školama i na fakultetima, do pregleda prilikom zapošljavanja, izdavanja vozačke dozvole, poslodavci šalju zaposlenike na sistematske preglede, preglede imaju i branitelji, a postoje i preventivni paneli i paneli kroničnih bolesnika u "skriningu" pri svakom pregledu u obiteljskoj medicini.

Stoga KoHOM smatra da Beroš, inzistiranjem na tzv. sistematskim pregledima, samo skreće pozornost javnosti s gorućih problema poput nepreglednih listi čekanja, sve nedostupnije zdravstvene zaštita i propadanja primarne zdravstvene zaštite,

Primarna pedijatrija i ginekologija na rubu su opstanka, a u nešto više od dva mjeseca novih je 12 tisuća pacijenata ostalo bez svog izabranog liječnika jer je ukinuto šest timova obiteljske medicine, upozorava udruga.

Istodobno, ističu, ministar nije realizirao nijedno obećanje vezano uz poboljšanje uvjeta rada u primarnoj zaštiti, pa tako nije im doveo obećane administratore, HZZO nije preuzeo putne naloge, nisu izjednačeni platni koeficijenti obiteljskih i bolničkih liječnika, a nisu uvedene ni stimulacije.

Ministar je obećao i masovne specijalizacije za primarnu zdravstvenu zaštitu, no pomak je, kažu, minimalan jer za njih nema interesa zbog svih neriješenih problema.

"Zakonskim izmjenama koje je ministar pretenciozno nazvao - reformama, sustav ostaje jednako neučinkovit, nepravedan, nedostupan i neracionalan", poručuje KoHOM  uoči drugog saborskog čitanja prijedloga  Zakona o zdravstvenoj zaštiti i Zakona o obveznom zdravstvenom osiguranju. 

Smatraju da će i nakon donošenja tih zakona pacijentima ostati "sramotno duge" liste čekanja, skupi lijekovi i visoke participacije, a zdravstvenim radnicima preopterećenost i brojni neplaćeni prekovremeni sati.

Koordinacija hrvatske obiteljske medicine (KoHOM) prozvala je u srijedu ministra zdravstva Vilija Beroša da izmišlja nepotrebne sistematske preglede, umjesto da se suoči s propadanjem primarne zdravstvene zaštite i dugim listama čekanja.

 "Umjesto da rješava goruće probleme u sustavu, ministar ‘izmišlja toplu vodu‘, pa tako zaboravlja da je preventiva oduvijek bila dio posla obiteljskih doktora", ističe KoHOM u priopćenju.

Navode kako sistematski pregledi postoje desetljećima u Hrvatskoj, od onih u školama i na fakultetima, do pregleda prilikom zapošljavanja, izdavanja vozačke dozvole, poslodavci šalju zaposlenike na sistematske preglede, preglede imaju i branitelji, a postoje i preventivni paneli i paneli kroničnih bolesnika u "skriningu" pri svakom pregledu u obiteljskoj medicini.

Stoga KoHOM smatra da Beroš, inzistiranjem na tzv. sistematskim pregledima, samo skreće pozornost javnosti s gorućih problema poput nepreglednih listi čekanja, sve nedostupnije zdravstvene zaštita i propadanja primarne zdravstvene zaštite,

Primarna pedijatrija i ginekologija na rubu su opstanka, a u nešto više od dva mjeseca novih je 12 tisuća pacijenata ostalo bez svog izabranog liječnika jer je ukinuto šest timova obiteljske medicine, upozorava udruga.

Istodobno, ističu, ministar nije realizirao nijedno obećanje vezano uz poboljšanje uvjeta rada u primarnoj zaštiti, pa tako nije im doveo obećane administratore, HZZO nije preuzeo putne naloge, nisu izjednačeni platni koeficijenti obiteljskih i bolničkih liječnika, a nisu uvedene ni stimulacije.

Ministar je obećao i masovne specijalizacije za primarnu zdravstvenu zaštitu, no pomak je, kažu, minimalan jer za njih nema interesa zbog svih neriješenih problema.

"Zakonskim izmjenama koje je ministar pretenciozno nazvao - reformama, sustav ostaje jednako neučinkovit, nepravedan, nedostupan i neracionalan", poručuje KoHOM  uoči drugog saborskog čitanja prijedloga  Zakona o zdravstvenoj zaštiti i Zakona o obveznom zdravstvenom osiguranju.

Koordinacija hrvatske obiteljske medicine (KoHOM) prozvala je u srijedu ministra zdravstva Vilija Beroša da izmišlja nepotrebne sistematske preglede, umjesto da se suoči s propadanjem primarne zdravstvene zaštite i dugim listama čekanja.

 "Umjesto da rješava goruće probleme u sustavu, ministar ‘izmišlja toplu vodu‘, pa tako zaboravlja da je preventiva oduvijek bila dio posla obiteljskih doktora", ističe KoHOM u priopćenju.

Navode kako sistematski pregledi postoje desetljećima u Hrvatskoj, od onih u školama i na fakultetima, do pregleda prilikom zapošljavanja, izdavanja vozačke dozvole, poslodavci šalju zaposlenike na sistematske preglede, preglede imaju i branitelji, a postoje i preventivni paneli i paneli kroničnih bolesnika u "skriningu" pri svakom pregledu u obiteljsk...
