Zviždačica Maja Đerek medijima je poslala novo pismo u kojem se obraća šefici Državnih nekretnina Renati Sabo. U pismu se osvrnula na pozamašni iznos koji je potrošen kako bi se adaptirao podrum u kojem šef premijerova kabineta Zvonimir Frka Petešić skladišti svoje knjige, piše Jutarnji list.

Nakon što je 24sata objavio kako je na preuređenje podrumskih prostorija potrošeno 417.000 kuna, priopćenjem su reagirali iz Državnih nekretnina. Poručili su kako oni ne rade po političkom nalogu, nego po godišnjem planu. Đerek u svom pismu poziva šeficu Državnih nekretnina da objasni zašto je u tom godišnjem planu odobrila ulaganje u podrum s obzirom na to da se taj novac ni na koji način neće vratiti Državnim nekretninama. Njezino pismo niže prenosimo u cijelosti.

"Poštovana gospođo Sabo,

čitam Vaš odgovor vezano za adaptaciju podrumskih prostorija koje koristi gospodin Frka- Petešić i prisiljena sam reagirati zbog niza manipulacija i nelogičnosti iz očitovanja.

Dakle, tvrdite da ste radili po Planu nabave Društva za 2021. godinu. Poštovana gospođo Sabo, netko je navedenu adaptaciju trebao odobriti u Planu nabave Društva za 2021. godinu, a svi jako dobro znamo da to ne može proći bez Vašeg izravnog odobrenja. Nadalje, Plan nabave Društva za 2021. godinu napravljen je krajem 2020. godine, dakle, nakon zagrebačkog potresa i nakon što je gospodin Frka- Petešić već koristio podrum za skladištenje svojih knjiga.

Učinkovito i ekonomično upravljanje državnim nekretninama, za koje se zalažu Vaši nadređeni u Strategiji upravljanja imovinom svakih par godina, a za koje bi i Vi kao vrsna menadžerica (bar se tako predstavljate na sudu) trebali znati, pretpostavlja da ulažete u nekretnine kroz čije raspolaganje će se to ulaganje vratiti Društvu (kroz najamninu, zakupninu, prodaju, itd.). Razmišljajući dolazimo do zaključka da u ovom slučaju to nikako nije moguće jer gospodin Frka-Petešić ne plaća korištenje podruma, a ono malo što plaća za stan za službene potrebe (484 kn mjesečno) nije dovoljno ni da se ulaganje vrati kroz 110 godina (za ulaganje u obnovu stana i adaptaciju podruma). Jedina vrijednost koja se vratila Vama osobno je da ste se (vjerojatno) jako svidjeli gospodinu Frki - Petešiću.

Nemam ništa osobno protiv takvog ulaganja, ali isključivo kada budete imali svoju privatnu firmu koja upravlja nekretninama, a ne da koristite državnu tvrtku za osobne interese!

Napominjem da je za vrijeme prve godine mog rada na čelu Sektora za poslovne prostore, na ulaganje i adaptaciju u poslovne prostore kojima upravlja Društvo, potrošeno cca 900 000 kn, a da smo samo te iste 2019. godine uprihodili na ime poslovnih prostora preko 80 000 000 kn.

Vrijeme je da objasnite javnosti Vašu vezu s obitelji Glavinić, kao i da Vaši stručnjaci iz javne nabave objasne kako je moguće da tvrtka Kultura prostora d.o.o. uvijek ponudi najjeftiniju ponudu (mala pomoć: način na koji formirate uvjete za javnu nabavu i broj zaposlenih u istoj tvrtki). Kao i što bi bilo vrijeme da napokon stanete pred kamere i osobno, bez PR službe, objasnite javnosti svoje odluke te zašto Vas porezni obveznici plaćaju mjesečno bruto 32 000 kuna", piše Đerek.

Zviždačica Maja Đerek medijima je poslala novo pismo u kojem se obraća šefici Državnih nekretnina Renati Sabo. U pismu se osvrnula na pozamašni iznos koji je potrošen kako bi se adaptirao podrum u kojem šef premijerova kabineta Zvonimir Frka Petešić skladišti svoje knjige, piše Jutarnji list.

Nakon što je 24sata objavio kako je na preuređenje podrumskih prostorija potrošeno 417.000 kuna, priopćenjem su reagirali iz Državnih nekretnina. Poručili su kako oni ne rade po političkom nalogu, nego po godišnjem planu. Đerek u svom pismu poziva šeficu Državnih nekretnina da objasni zašto je u tom godišnjem planu odobrila ulaganje u podrum s obzirom na to da se taj novac ni na koji način neće vratiti Državnim nekretninama. Njezino pismo niže prenosimo u cijelosti.

"Poštovana gospođo Sabo,

čitam Vaš odgovor vezano za adaptaciju podrumskih prostorija koje koristi gospodin Frka- Petešić i prisiljena sam reagirati zbog niza manipulacija i nelogičnosti iz očitovanja.

Dakle, tvrdite da ste radili po Planu nabave Društva za 2021. godinu. Poštovana gospođo Sabo, netko je navedenu adaptaciju trebao odobriti u Planu nabave Društva za 2021. godinu, a svi jako dobro znamo da to ne može proći bez Vašeg izravnog odobrenja. Nadalje, Plan nabave Društva za 2021. godinu napravljen je krajem 2020. godine, dakle, nakon zagrebačkog potresa i nakon što je gospodin Frka- Petešić već koristio podrum za skladištenje svojih knjiga.

Učinkovito i ekonomično upravljanje državnim nekretninama, za koje se zalažu Vaši nadređeni u Strategiji upravljanja imovinom svakih par godina, a za koje bi i Vi kao vrsna menadžerica (bar se tako predstavljate na sudu) trebali znati, pretpostavlja da ulažete u nekretnine kroz čije raspolaganje će se to ulaganje vratiti Društvu (kroz najamninu, zakupninu, prodaju, itd.). Razmišljajući dolazimo do zaključka da u ovom slučaju to nikako nije moguće jer gospodin Frka-Petešić ne plaća korištenje podruma, a ono malo što plaća za stan za službene potrebe (484 kn mjesečno) nije dovoljno ni da se ulaganje vrati kroz 110 godina (za ulaganje u obnovu stana i adaptaciju podruma). Jedina vrijednost koja se vratila Vama osobno je da ste se (vjerojatno) jako svidjeli gospodinu Frki - Petešiću.

Nemam ništa osobno protiv takvog ulaganja, ali isključivo kada budete imali svoju privatnu firmu koja upravlja nekretninama, a ne da koristite državnu tvrtku za osobne interese!

Napominjem da je za vrijeme prve godine mog rada na čelu Sektora za poslovne prostore, na ulaganje i adaptaciju u poslovne prostore kojima upravlja Društvo, potrošeno cca 900 000 kn, a da smo samo te iste 2019. godine uprihodili na ime poslovnih prostora preko 80 000 000 kn.

Vrijeme je da objasnite javnosti Vašu vezu s obitelji Glavinić, kao i da Vaši stručnjaci iz javne nabave objasne kako je moguće da tvrtka Kultura prostora d.o.o. uvijek ponudi najjeftiniju ponudu (mala pomoć: način na koji formirate uvjete za javnu nabavu i broj zaposlenih u istoj tvrtki). Kao i što bi bilo vrijeme da napokon stanete pred kamere i osobno, bez PR službe, objasnite javnosti svoje odluke te zašto Vas porezni obveznici plaćaju mjesečno bruto 32 000 kuna", piše Đerek.

Maja Đerek uputila oštro pismo šefici Državnih nekretnina: ‘Zašto ste renovirali podrum Frke Petešića? Jedina korist je da mu se svidite‘

Zviždačica Maja Đerek medijima je poslala novo pismo u kojem se obraća šefici Državnih nekretnina Renati Sabo. U pismu se osvrnula na pozamašni iznos koji je potrošen kako bi se adaptirao podrum u kojem šef premijerova kabineta Zvonimir Frka Petešić skladišti svoje knjige, piše Jutarnji list.

Nakon što je 24sata objavio kako je na preuređenje podrumskih prostorija potrošeno 417.000 kuna, priopćenjem su reagirali iz Državnih nekretnina. Poručili su kako oni ne rade po političkom nalogu, nego po godišnjem planu. Đerek u svom pismu poziva šeficu Državnih nekretnina da objasni zašto je u tom godišnjem planu odobrila ulaganje u podrum s obzirom na to da se taj novac ni na koji način neće vratiti Državnim nekretninama. Njezino pismo niže prenosimo u cijelosti....
