Srpsko Tužiteljstvo za ratne zločine podiglo je optužnicu protiv četiri visoka časnika Hrvatske vojske zbog ratnog zločina nad srpskim civilima.

Kako piše N1, optužnica je podignuta protiv četvorice pripadnika hrvatskoga ratnog zrakoplovstva - Vladimira Mikca iz Ptuja, Zdenka Radulja iz Osijeka, Željka Jelenića iz Pule i Danijela Borovića iz Varaždina zbog sumnje da su izvršili ratne zločine protiv civilnog stanovništva jer su u vojno-redarstvenoj akciji "Oluja" 7. i 8. kolovoza 1995. naredili avionsko raketiranje kolone srpskih izbjeglica na Petrovačkoj cesti kod Bosanskog Petrovca i u mjestu Svodna kod Novoga Grada.

U avionskom raketiranju identificirano je 13 ubijenih osoba, od kojih šestero djece, te 24 ranjenih.

Optužnica je predana sudu na odluku o potvrđivanju, znači još uvijek nije pravomoćna, a Tužiteljstvo je predložilo da se optuženima sudi u odsutnosti. Kako je obrazloženo u optužnici, protek vremena daje dovoljno razloga za sumnju da će Hrvatska ili BiH pokrenuti kaznene postupke protiv odgovornih za kazneno djelo.

U vrijeme provedbe vojno-redarstvene akcije "Oluja", kada se i zbio događaj iz optužnice, general Pavao Miljavac bio je pomoćnik načelnika Glavnog stožera Oružanih snaga RH i zapovjednik "A" tima za provedbu te akcije. Kaže nam da poznaje svu četvoricu pilota, ali i sada se do u detalje sjeća da ta kolona nije bila samo izbjeglička.

- S narodom je bježala i srpska vojska i u koloni su prevoženi i ruski protuzračni sustavi, tzv. KUB-ovi, koje su naši piloti u nadlijetanju vrlo brzo uočili. To oružje je bilo opasnost za naše avione s obzirom na to da se radi o ruskim raketama srednjeg dometa s dva navođena radara u sebi. S tim KUB-ovima Srbi su u Bosni srušili dva francuska aviona u ovom ratu.

Odgovorno tvrdim, nitko nije izdao naredbu da se izvrši napad na tu kolonu unatoč postojanju opasnosti za naše zračne snage. Često se neko djelovanje VBR-ova i drugih oruđa može okvalificirati kao djelovanje iz aviona. Toga sigurno nije bilo.

Mi imamo zabilježen razgovor dvojice oficira srpske vojske u povlačenju koji pitaju jedan drugoga kakvo je stanje u sektoru njihove odgovornosti. Jedan drugome kažu: "Prelijeću nas hrvatski MIG-ovi, ali ne djeluju."

Mi smo imali problema i oko tumačenja zločina koje je počinila muslimanska tzv. Bužimska brigada u povlačenju Srba. Ti zločini su u prvom trenutku pripisani našoj vojsci, pa se i to razjasnilo. Razjasnit će se i ovo. Većinu ovih pilota osobno poznajem i to su ljudi koji nikada ne bi išli protiv načela humanosti i ratnog prava - rekao nam je umirovljeni general Pavao Miljavac.

Probali smo kroz razne braniteljske udruge doći i do nekih od ove četvorice pilota, ali su nam u tim udrugama rekli da nemaju njihove brojeve te da i inače nisu baš previše aktivni u braniteljskoj populaciji.

Srpsko Tužiteljstvo za ratne zločine podiglo je optužnicu protiv četiri visoka časnika Hrvatske vojske zbog ratnog zločina nad srpskim civilima.

Kako piše N1, optužnica je podignuta protiv četvorice pripadnika hrvatskoga ratnog zrakoplovstva - Vladimira Mikca iz Ptuja, Zdenka Radulja iz Osijeka, Željka Jelenića iz Pule i Danijela Borovića iz Varaždina zbog sumnje da su izvršili ratne zločine protiv civilnog stanovništva jer su u vojno-redarstvenoj akciji "Oluja" 7. i 8. kolovoza 1995. naredili avionsko raketiranje kolone srpskih izbjeglica na Petrovačkoj cesti kod Bosanskog Petrovca i u mjestu Svodna kod Novoga Grada.

U avionskom raketiranju identificirano je 13 ubijenih osoba, od kojih šestero djece, te 24 ranjenih.

Optužnica je predana sudu na odluku o potvrđivanju, znači još uvijek nije pravomoćna, a Tužiteljstvo je predložilo da se optuženima sudi u odsutnosti. Kako je obrazloženo u optužnici, protek vremena daje dovoljno razloga za sumnju da će Hrvatska ili BiH pokrenuti kaznene postupke protiv odgovornih za kazneno djelo.

U vrijeme provedbe vojno-redarstvene akcije "Oluja", kada se i zbio događaj iz optužnice, general Pavao Miljavac bio je pomoćnik načelnika Glavnog stožera Oružanih snaga RH i zapovjednik "A" tima za provedbu te akcije. Kaže nam da poznaje svu četvoricu pilota, ali i sada se do u detalje sjeća da ta kolona nije bila samo izbjeglička.

- S narodom je bježala i srpska vojska i u koloni su prevoženi i ruski protuzračni sustavi, tzv. KUB-ovi, koje su naši piloti u nadlijetanju vrlo brzo uočili. To oružje je bilo opasnost za naše avione s obzirom na to da se radi o ruskim raketama srednjeg dometa s dva navođena radara u sebi. S tim KUB-ovima Srbi su u Bosni srušili dva francuska aviona u ovom ratu.

Odgovorno tvrdim, nitko nije izdao naredbu da se izvrši napad na tu kolonu unatoč postojanju opasnosti za naše zračne snage. Često se neko djelovanje VBR-ova i drugih oruđa može okvalificirati kao djelovanje iz aviona. Toga sigurno nije bilo.

Mi imamo zabilježen razgovor dvojice oficira srpske vojske u povlačenju koji pitaju jedan drugoga kakvo je stanje u sektoru njihove odgovornosti. Jedan drugome kažu: "Prelijeću nas hrvatski MIG-ovi, ali ne djeluju."

Mi smo imali problema i oko tumačenja zločina koje je počinila muslimanska tzv. Bužimska brigada u povlačenju Srba. Ti zločini su u prvom trenutku pripisani našoj vojsci, pa se i to razjasnilo. Razjasnit će se i ovo. Većinu ovih pilota osobno poznajem i to su ljudi koji nikada ne bi išli protiv načela humanosti i ratnog prava - rekao nam je umirovljeni general Pavao Miljavac.

Probali smo kroz razne braniteljske udruge doći i do nekih od ove četvorice pilota, ali su nam u tim udrugama rekli da nemaju njihove brojeve te da i inače nisu baš previše aktivni u braniteljskoj populaciji.
