Zaprimanje prijava za sufinanciranje energetske obnove obiteljskih kuća počinje u utorak, 7. prosinca. Natječaj je ponovno raspisan jer je prilikom prvog pokušaja pao sustav zbog velikog broja prijava, javlja Bauštela. 

Za provedbu natječaja osigurano je 390 milijuna kuna, a kombinacijom različitih mjera kućanstvo će moći bespovratno dobiti i do 204 tisuće kuna.

Na Javni poziv za energetsku obnovu obiteljskih kuća mogu se prijaviti građani koji su vlasnici ili suvlasnici kuća površine do 600 m2 ili do 3 stambene jedinice, u kojima je više od 50 % površine namijenjeno stanovanju i koji u njima imaju prebivalište.

Fond u okviru Javnog poziva sufinancira energetsku obnovu postojećih obiteljskih kuća koje nisu oštećene u potresu, odnosno mjere sukladno Tehničkim uvjetima Poziva.

A1 – cjelovita energetska obnova koja obuhvaća povećanje toplinske zaštite elemenata vanjske ovojnice grijanog prostora kroz provedbu minimalno jedne od mjera na vanjskoj ovojnici obiteljske kuće i ugradnju sustava za korištenje obnovljivih izvora energije – sufinancira se s do 60% sufinanciranja;

A2 – povećanje toplinske zaštite elemenata vanjske ovojnice grijanog prostora kroz provedbu minimalno jedne od mjera na vanjskoj ovojnici obiteljske kuće – sufinancira se s do 60% sufinanciranja;

A3 – ugradnja sustava za korištenje obnovljivih izvora energije – sufinancira se s do 40, 60 ili 80%, ovisno o lokaciji.

Obiteljske kuće čija se energetska obnova potiče moraju biti energetski certificirane te energetskog razreda (prema godišnjoj potrebnoj toplinskoj energiji za grijanje, QH,nd):

D ili lošijeg u kontinentalnoj Hrvatskoj odnosno C ili lošijeg u primorskoj Hrvatskoj, u slučaju provedbe aktivnosti A1 ili A2,

C ili boljeg u kontinentalnoj Hrvatskoj odnosno B ili boljeg u primorskoj Hrvatskoj, u slučaju provedbe aktivnosti A3.

Podnošenje prijava na Poziv moguće je isključivo putem sustava ePrijave, dostupnog za prijavu na razne javne pozive Fonda. Preduvjet za to je izrađen korisnički račun.

Putem registriranog korisničkog računa građani mogu pripremiti svoju prijavu, a zatim ju i podnijeti do 6.prosinca 2021. u 12 sati. Ona uključuje unos osnovnih podataka o prijavitelju, učitavanje obvezne dokumentacije, potvrdu unosa podataka i dokumenata.

Nakon 6. prosinca 2021. od 12 sati neće biti moguće dopune ni izmjene pripremljenih prijava.  Dovršetak odnosno podnošenje prijave bit će moguće od utorka, 7. prosinca 2021. od 10 sati. Zaprimljeni zahtjevi će biti rangirani prema vremenu njihovog zaprimanja, navodi Bauštela.

Zaprimanje prijava za sufinanciranje energetske obnove obiteljskih kuća počinje u utorak, 7. prosinca. Natječaj je ponovno raspisan jer je prilikom prvog pokušaja pao sustav zbog velikog broja prijava, javlja Bauštela. 

Za provedbu natječaja osigurano je 390 milijuna kuna, a kombinacijom različitih mjera kućanstvo će moći bespovratno dobiti i do 204 tisuće kuna.

Na Javni poziv za energetsku obnovu obiteljskih kuća mogu se prijaviti građani koji su vlasnici ili suvlasnici kuća površine do 600 m2 ili do 3 stambene jedinice, u kojima je više od 50 % površine namijenjeno stanovanju i koji u njima imaju prebivalište.

Fond u okviru Javnog poziva sufinancira energetsku obnovu postojećih obiteljskih kuća koje nisu oštećene u potresu, odnosno mjere sukladno Tehničkim uvjetima Poziva.

A1 – cjelovita energetska obnova koja obuhvaća povećanje toplinske zaštite elemenata vanjske ovojnice grijanog prostora kroz provedbu minimalno jedne od mjera na vanjskoj ovojnici obiteljske kuće i ugradnju sustava za korištenje obnovljivih izvora energije – sufinancira se s do 60% sufinanciranja;

A2 – povećanje toplinske zaštite elemenata vanjske ovojnice grijanog prostora kroz provedbu minimalno jedne od mjera na vanjskoj ovojnici obiteljske kuće – sufinancira se s do 60% sufinanciranja;

A3 – ugradnja sustava za korištenje obnovljivih izvora energije – sufinancira se s do 40, 60 ili 80%, ovisno o lokaciji.

Obiteljske kuće čija se energetska obnova potiče moraju biti energetski certificirane te energetskog razreda (prema godišnjoj potrebnoj toplinskoj energiji za grijanje, QH,nd):

D ili lošijeg u kontinentalnoj Hrvatskoj odnosno C ili lošijeg u primorskoj Hrvatskoj, u slučaju provedbe aktivnosti A1 ili A2,

C ili boljeg u kontinentalnoj Hrvatskoj odnosno B ili boljeg u primorskoj Hrvatskoj, u slučaju provedbe aktivnosti A3.

Podnošenje prijava na Poziv moguće je isključivo putem sustava ePrijave, dostupnog za prijavu na razne javne pozive Fonda. Preduvjet za to je izrađen korisnički račun.

Putem registriranog korisničkog računa građani mogu pripremiti svoju prijavu, a zatim ju i podnijeti do 6.prosinca 2021. u 12 sati. Ona uključuje unos osnovnih podataka o prijavitelju, učitavanje obvezne dokumentacije, potvrdu unosa podataka i dokumenata.

Nakon 6. prosinca 2021. od 12 sati neće biti moguće dopune ni izmjene pripremljenih prijava.  Dovršetak odnosno podnošenje prijave bit će moguće od utorka, 7. prosinca 2021. od 10 sati. Zaprimljeni zahtjevi će biti rangirani prema vremenu njihovog zaprimanja, navodi Bauštela.

Sve infomacije o potrebnim uvjetima i načinu prijave mogu se pronaći na internetskoj stranici Fonda za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost.

Zaprimanje prijava za sufinanciranje energetske obnove obiteljskih kuća počinje u utorak, 7. prosinca. Natječaj je ponovno raspisan jer je prilikom prvog pokušaja pao sustav zbog velikog broja prijava, javlja Bauštela. 

Za provedbu natječaja osigurano je 390 milijuna kuna, a kombinacijom različitih mjera kućanstvo će moći bespovratno dobiti i do 204 tisuće kuna.

Na Javni poziv za energetsku obnovu obiteljskih kuća mogu se prijaviti građani koji su vlasnici ili suvlasnici kuća površine do 600 m2 ili do 3 stambene jedinice, u kojima je više od 50 % površine namijenjeno stanovanju i koji u njima imaju prebivalište.

Fond u okviru Javnog poziva sufinancira energetsku obnovu postojećih obiteljskih kuća koje nisu oštećene u potresu, odnosno mjere sukladno Tehničkim uvjetima Po...
